Michael used his Unity to force the mana crystals out of the four robed Mystic Masters.

This was the culmination of all of their studying, all of their practice, all of their cultivation. These mana crystals were the pinnacle of all of their magic.

And Michael took it away from them, just like that.

His True Unity mana was the tyrant in the magical space. All the elemental mana had to bow down to it, so taking away the magic from the robed Mystic Masters was as easy as pie.

"This is your punishment," Michael said to them. "You have all done heinous things in order to keep your powers here in the Guild of Arcana. You say that this is all for the good of magic, for the good of the Guild, and for the good of the world itself.

And so, that’s what you’re going to do. Your own powers are going to be used to keep the Guild of Arcana protected."

With a shove, Eren caused these mana crystals to spread around and shoot towards Sol.

As they flew through the air, they became bigger and bigger, becoming the sizes of small moons.

It wasn’t long before these four ’crystals’ now revolved around Sol, as if they were the moons of the sun.

The powers of the Mystic Masters would be used to keep the balance of power in the Guild of Arcana. They would keep their dominion over a certain reality. But instead of it being used by the Mystic Masters, they would now be used by the Guild of Arcana itself. Or more specifically, by Sol.

Meanwhile, the four robed Mystic Masters fell to the ground, completely exhausted.

After all, Michael stripped them of all of their powers. They were now basically just empty husks of themselves.

They were mortal. Meaning, they didn’t have the power to keep themselves eternally youthful like before. Their skins began to shrink and shrivel, immediately aging them decades in the span of a few seconds.

It wasn’t long before they turned into dust, which flew off into the air.

And after seeing this, Seberus and the other Mystic Masters were shocked. Him taking the powers of the robed Mystic Masters had basically legitimized his powers. Truly, he was a person who wielded Unity, the very same power that they thought was long extinct.

They immediately kneeled down towards Michael.

"Woah, guys. What are you doing?"

Aetrox kept his head down. "It has long been said in the records that the one who wields Unity will lead the Guild of Arcana."

"What?"

Rivet nodded. "Yeah, Michael. Congrats!"

Michael then immediately looked at Seberus for support. But the old man just shrugged his shoulders.

"It’s not my fault. The Ancient Humans who created this place left behind a few artifacts and reminders before they left.

Usually, Mystic Masters are supposed to be equal to each other in power. But those four had always tried to change that balance of power and hoard power all to themselves. But they couldn’t. That’s because it is a cardinal rule that has been sent down by the creators of the Guild itself.

And they explicitly stated that if there was someone who exhibited Unity, they shall be the ones to take control of Sol and the Guild of Arcana in its entirety. You have done both."

True enough, Michael was basically controlling Sol through ChatJK6. But that didn’t mean that he was ready to take the Guild of Arcana as his fiefdom.

"I... I don’t want to. I have no idea about managing the Guild of Arcana. I’m afraid that I’m just going to lead it to ruin," he said.

Seberus shook his head. "Preposterous. Just do the same as you did with Reborn. And I’m sure that the Guild of Arcana will prosper under your control.

And you don’t have to worry about anything. We four will be corresponding to each other about the Guild of Arcana about everyday situations."

Now this was much more palatable for Michael. Seberus and the other Mystic Masters would be managing the Guild about everything mundane, while Michael would just be the figurehead.

Actually, it wasn’t that different with Reborn. In truth, Castelle and Sheina were the one managing the everyday operation of Reborn, while he was just the figurehead.

"URGHH! I had a lot of things to do!" Rivet complained. "But for you, Michael. I shall return to the Guild for few months to help with the transition. You too, Lazarus."

"But but but!... fine, I shall help." Even Lazarus, who wanted nothing more than to return to his studies, ended up managing the Guild of Arcana to help Michael.

Anyway, he didn’t have to worry about it too much. ChatJK6/7 would communicate with Sol on the daily and help manage the Guild of Arcana as well.

Michael looked at the entirety of the Guild and saw the thousands upon thousands of wizards and witches looking up at them from their windows.

They didn’t know specifically about what was happening, but they knew that something substantial was changing in their organization.

Michael would have never thought that this would happen. When he went here, he just wanted to take a visit to their secret library in the hopes that it would allow him to finally advance to the 9-star realm.

And he did advance. But in the process, he seemed to have gained control of the entirety of the Guild as well.

Now, the Guild wasn’t as strong as it was before. They had lost a lot of influence in the world, thanks to the disappearance of magic.

Not only that, but Lucy’s actions had also further pushed the Guild into obscurity.

But even then, the Guild of Arcana was still a prominent organization that had its presence all over the globe. And now, Michael had full control of it.

Of course, he had no intentions of changing the status quo for now. It would only hinder them, after all.

He could only guess what those Conglomerates would think if they knew about what happened.
