"Four approvals," said Seberus. "Four out of eight. A fifty percent approval, just about enough of what Michael needed in order to be inaugurated as a Mystic Master."

After all, the ninth Mystic Master was currently on the ground, in pieces.

"Congratulations, Michael. You are now a Mystic Master of the Guild of Arcana," said Seberus, patting him on the back.

"Congrats kid! Now, let’s get this over with so that I can start dissecting that touchscreen phone of yours!" Rivet said.

"Me too... I’m getting close with my Chimera studies," said Lazarus.

"I am busy too," Aetrox muttered under his breath. "My followers are asking for a new picture. I must deliver."

"Wait, are you @SkyMasterPictures?!" Rivet asked Aetrox.

"What?!" Aetrox said, the feathers on his neck ruffling. "I don’t know who that is, but that sounds like a very cool guy. You must give him a follow and like his every picture."

It seemed that the eagle-headed Mystic Master had taken a liking to the Rebornian Social Media and became a sort of influencer amongst them.

"Now, what do we do about them?" Seberus asked.

Michael then turned towards the robed Mystic Masters kneeling on the ground. They knew that they were in checkmate. Michael and Seberus had all the power at the moment.

After all, it had been proven that their prodigy, Lucy, was actually a sleeper agent from the Ersatz Organization. These robed Mystic Masters were the ones who inaugurated him as a Mystic Master, so they were the one responsible for all of this mess.

They couldn’t even say anything. They lost the Key to the Guild of Arcana. It almost went to the hands of the Ersatz Organization.

If that happened, they would have completely messed up the Guild beyond repair. It would go against everything they stood for.

"We should kill them," said Rivet. "How dare they parade their powers over the Guild of Arcana with such negligence?"

"Isn’t that too much?" Lazarus asked.

"Hmph! If only I wasn’t busy with my stuff, then I would have seen what they were doing to my Guild. Then I would have killed them myself!"

"It is true. We should all have equal powers of the Guild, but since most of us are away, these four were able to take power in the Guild simply because they are staying here for most of their time," said Aetrox.

Seberus pursed his lips. "Normally, a scandal this big merits a... return of their magic."

The only way to return the magic that a Mystic Master had accrued for all their life was to kill them. Return the mana form their body back to the world.

"Unfortunately, taking away four Mystic Masters from the Guild will do more harm than good," said Seberus. "As much as I hate these people, they are an important pillar for the Guild. For the good of all, we should first exile them and take away every single power they have over the Guild."

Hearing his words, the robed Mystic Masters looked up. They were hopeful.

But Michael wasn’t that satisfied with this conclusion. "Seberus, you’re too lenient. These guys had been planning your downfall from the very beginning. They were going to force you to retire!"

"Yes, but we must think about the Guild first and foremost. We are already quite weak with the disappearance of magic. If we lose four Mystic Masters as well, then I’m afraid that we cannot recover from that..."

Even the other Mystic Masters were silent. They knew that this was the correct choice to make, especially given the circumstances.

After all, all four of them had their own things to take care of. If these four robed Mystic Masters were to be killed, then someone had to take their place.

Meaning, the four of them would have to return to the Guild of Arcana to manage it themselves. And right now, they didn’t have any desire to do that.

Michael then stepped forward. "If you’re just worried about taking care of the Guild, then I can do that."

Seberus looked at Michael with worry. "Are you sure about that? How are you going to take care of the Reborn company and the Guild of Arcana at the same time?"

It was at this point that Michael pointed at Sol, the giant sun in the center of their structure.

"Sol isn’t just a secret library," he said. "It is also a nexus for control over the entirety of the Guild of Arcana."

With a gesture from Michael, the Guild of Arcana suddenly began to move. The metal bands revolving around Sol began to move according to his whims.

"The Ancient People, the very same ones who created this, made sure that the Guild of Arcana can manage itself. It just needs someone to facilitate that," he said.

And the one who will do that was none other than ChatJK6 herself.

In fact, he didn’t even know if he should call her that anymore. After all, at this moment, ChatJK6 was undergoing a massive software update.

He could feel her presence in Sol. Right now, she was inactive. But she could hear him and do as he asked.

For the moment, she was going to be the one who will manage the Guild of Arcana.

"But the problem of balance is still there," Seberus said. "These four Mystic Masters will need to put their powers in the Guild to maintain the balance."

Michael smiled. "That doesn’t mean that they have to be here."

He raised his hand, and suddenly, the prismatic magic circle appeared behind him once again.

He then pointed towards the four robed Mystic Masters. And suddenly, they felt a tugging in their chests.

They felt the very magic cores inside them start to move out of their place.

"No... no no no no! NO NO!"

They could only shout in pain as their magic was being forcefully twisted out of their own bodies and returned back into the world.

It wasn’t long before four crystals of different colors hovered in the air right in front of Michael.
