After she finished speaking, Yun Xirou felt even more confident. So what if she lied? Was there anyone who saw Han Jianyou take the exam seriously and not cheat? She did not believe that anyone could prove it. The chances of this boy escaping this time around were close to null!

However, just as she was feeling smug, Han Ruochen walked over again and slapped the young girl in the face. "You are so good at devising such devious plans at such a young age. You think I will not deal with you just because you are younger than me?"

Han Ruochen’s slap was not light at all. She had, in fact, put in a lot of strength when she delivered the slap, causing Yun Xirou’s face to swell like a pig.

"You! How can you be so unreasonable? Your brother cheated on the paper, and you are slapping me because I told the truth? Do you think that there is no sense of justice in this world?" Yun Xirou was so furious that she wished she could slap Han Ruochen right back. This woman was really too much. She actually slapped her every time she met. Who did she think she was?

"Are you sure that you are telling the truth?" sneered Han Ruochen. There was a mischievous glint in her eyes, which made Yun Xirou nervous. However, before she could even ask what Han Ruochen was planning to do, she saw her turn around and walk over to Teacher Xu. Before she could even fathom what Han Ruochen was trying to do, she heard her say, "Teacher Xu, can you please hand me Jianyou’s mathematics papers?"

When Teacher Xu heard her say that, she wanted to check the mathematics papers; he could not help but frown, but he still nodded and took out the papers.

Han Ruochen took the thin sheet of papers and flipped through them one by one. Once she found what she was looking for, she turned and handed the sheet to Teacher Xu and said to him, "Teacher Xu, take a look at these papers. Don’t you see that there is something unique about my brother’s way of solving the problems?"

At first, Teacher Xu did not see what Han Ruochen was trying to tell him, but as he paid more and more attention to the solution, he realised that Han Jianyou had actually used an advanced matrix to solve the problems! This was a method that was taught in college. The reason he did not notice it was that he had seen this method many times in college, knew it, and did not notice anything weird earlier, but after Han Ruochen pointed it out, he realised that Han Jianyou actually used advanced mathematical solutions.

He then started looking at the papers even more closely and then realised that most of the methods used were taken from the college textbook. His eyes flickered before his face turned ugly. He turned to look at Yun Xirou and almost hurled the papers at her feet, but then he recalled that he was still a teacher and she was his student.

As her teacher, he could not lose his temper at her.

So, Teacher Xu simply handed the papers to Yun Xirou and said, " Look at this; Student Han has used the methods from the college textbooks. Since when did high school textbooks start publishing these methods in the books?" Teacher Xu kept his tone neutral, but everyone could sense that he was quite angry, which made Yun Xirou’s heart skip a beat.

She stretched out her hand and took the papers from him. Though her heart was telling her that she should not look at the papers, her curiosity got the best of her. She opened the papers and took a look at the methods that Han Jianyou had used, and her face started to turn paler by the second.

"Now, do you realise why I slapped you in the face?" Han Ruochen sneered coldly. "You knew that you were lying, but you still insisted on sticking to your story even when I gave you a chance so graciously. I am the one who handed those mock papers to my brother, and I know that given his skills, he would definitely use them. After all, he is smarter than most students."

"He was able to learn the syllabus of the college’s first-year textbook. Do you still want to lie and say that he has actually cheated? If you want to lie, then I will continue to fight with you till the end; let’s see how long you can lie!"

After she finished speaking, Yun Xirou parted her lips. She wanted to say something, but before she could even come up with something, she heard Han Ruochen say, "Teacher Xu, since it has been proven that these students have lied, you might as well leave the bad remark you were talking about. I am not an unreasonable person; I did give these kids a chance earlier, as you suggested, and yet they did such a thing."

"They know how important these exams were for my brother, and yet they still lied. If he was not talented, then would he be able to defend himself?"

"He would be the one to be scolded and punished."

"It’s all because he is skilled enough that he was able to avoid being scolded. Who knows what would happen to him?"

"No!" Ji Yuan was stunned after the series of actions that happened. She thought that since Yun Xirou was confident, the chances of something happening to them would be close to none, but it seemed like she was wrong! Han Jianyou was much more skilled than she thought! He was actually able to come up with such a good way to slither away from trouble.

Ji Yuan was worried that she would be left with a bad remark and immediately blurted out, "I did not want to lie, but it was Yun Xirou who forced me to. She was the one who lied to me and said that she saw Jianyou cheat, she said that as long as I helped her, she would keep the matter of me having an athlete’s foot a secret."
