The way epilogue worked was quite simple. It brought everything to an end. A simple, straight forward and extremely powerful ability. But because of the inexperienced of the user, it had some massive flaws that the top leaders were able to exploit.
For this ability to be successful, the user needed construct a perfect story without any plot holes and such. So the user also needed to know about what was happening.
The broken "story" ability user did not have any proper skills for appraisal, investigation and such. But using the function of the "main story", it was actually possible to indirectly appraise something or someone by implanting information about the target directly in the mind.
But even then, understanding those newly gained information was not easy at all and was quite time consuming. Then one would also need to thinking of a properly flowing story to end the target.
Doing all of these things together was not something easy. Only someone very experienced would be able to do if perfectly. And unfortunately or fortunately for the universe, the current user of this "story" ability was definitely someone who was incapable of this much deeper thoughts.
So the seal that the leaders had prepared had taken in consideration all of these weaknesses. So the sealing skill itself was extremely complex.
And if somehow the trapped person was able to somewhat understand it, the first brother would immediately sense that and would alter it. That would immediately make the story incorrect. So the Epilogue would nor take effect with an incorrect story behind it.
That was also why the first brother needed to always guard this seal in question. Without keeping an eye on it continuously, no one could be relaxed knowing how insanely powerful the being trapped inside was.

After learning this, Elena nodded her head and instantly started to analyse it with the help of her clones. Her intentions was to create a better version of this sealing skill.
It sounded absurd but utilising her powers as a True Chaos being, this was something that Elena was very much capable of doing. She also had the support of her restricted but broken abilities and also of the laws of the omniverse.
So very soon, with her clones working very hard, she managed to get a result. This new sealing ability was not a perfected ability but just a prototype. But even then, just this prototype alone was strong enough to amaze the creators of the skills that this ability was based on.
So when Elena sent this result to the Arbiter, she actually stood up from her seat in wonder. As this seal was very very important, The top leaders had tried to come up with a better seal all the time and were never satisfied with the final result. And the current one which was given to Elena, was the best that they were able to accomplish.
But this lady before her had managed to bypass their best attempts in no time. It was actually absurd but true none the less.
The Arbiter had shared it with the other leaders and also with the first brother. And as soon as they saw what Elena had done, the leader of the Truth Guild and the first brother immediately decided to come and meet with this excellent woman who was responsible for the creation of this amazing ability.
For the first brother to come, he first needed to change the composition of the seal immediately so that the person trapped inside would need to start the work of analysing it from the very beginning once more.
So with this, the Story user would need at least a few hours to again analyse the changes which was a period of time when there was no need to keep observing her.
So this was how the First brother was able to leave if there was any need. Still, as he was extra cautious and kept a clone there to keep an eye on the seal. But unfortunately, in an truly important situation, this clone would not be of much use and the first brother would need to immediately return to take care of the trouble.

In a dark room, a very cute young lady was resting with her eyes closed. Just some time ago, she had used an insane amount of energy to modify all the seals with her latest improvements. So the consumption for this had been so high that even someone like her needed to have a little rest after doing something this grand.
But then, as soon as she got a new message from her big sister, her eyes widened immediately. Someone had managed to develop a more advanced seal for their main target. And some of the theories for it had used the laws that were definitely not from this universe. So she was extremely intrigued by this.
With this in her mind, she immediately stood up and teleportated away to the location where the creator of this ability was supposed to be. She was very excited about this meeting and wanted to meet this brilliant person.

A few moment after the Arbiter had sat down on her seat once again, two extremely powerful aura appeared in this location once more. Feeling one of the aura, the vice leader of the Truth Guild immediately left her chair and kneeled on the ground.
Elena also looked curiously toward the new arrivals. One of them, who was giving off an extremely powerful aura, he was a handsome man who looked like a Celestial being. His charm was definitely on a whole different level.
But that was definitely not the most impressive thing about him. His most impressive thing was simple which was his strength.
Elena could very confidently say that she had never seen someone as strong as this person in this universe. If she did not have the super valuable experience of meeting with the True Chaos beings, then this man would definitely have been the strongest person that Elena had ever seen.
As for the other person, as soon as Elena saw her, her instinct as a big sister started to go mad. This lady was just way too cute. Even just seeing her was enough for Elena to feel like doting on her with all of her might.
So as she got closer, Elena was able to stop herself from patting the head of this cute lady. And very suprisingly for everyone present, this lady actually ended up allowing this and from the look on her face, she was clearly enjoying this show of affection.
So what would these two super powerhouses want to say to Elena ?
