The Arbiter had already informed these two about the proposal that Elena had. Previously, the Arbiter herself was definitely against it because of the danger that was associated with the whole plan but after seeing how incredibly capable of Elena was, she had started to think that this was actually a feasible plan.
So just like that, two new mighty people also joined in the meeting. But only one extra seat got occupied. And the reason for that was because the Accessor had decided to sit on Elena’s lap instead of any chairs.
Elena was actually very happy about this and while her newest cute little sister was sitting on her lap, she was continuously patting her head.
So the discussion continued in this fashion for some time and at the end, Elena was able to make everyone to agree to her idea.
The person who was most hostile toward her was the leader of the Grand Celestial Alliance for very obvious reasons but he was not an insanely stubborn person and at the end, he also understood that Elena’s plans were definitely the best solution to this super long lasting problem.
So he also ended up giving his seal of approval to this plan and promised to assist with the preparations as much as he and his orginisation could.
As for when the trapped individuals were going to be released, it would actually not be immediately. Before doing something so big, all the top orginisations needed to make some preparations in order to keep the danger associated with it to the minimum possible level.
And that was exactly what Elena also wanted. So she was fine with waiting for some time. But all the leaders of the top orginisations reassured her that they were going to take at most a year to complete all the preprations according to the most prominent time line of this universe.
So Elena actually had quite a bit of time in her hands and there was no need for her to wait here for that whole duration. With that in mind, she decided to go and do her own thing for this one year and she would be ready to take action wherever the top orginisations were ready.
With this decision made, the very sudden super important meeting came to an end. Then all the leaders and the supremes present started to return.
The Accessor was actually very unwilling to return and was still in the mood to get doted on by Elena. But after the end of a massive mission and with another massive mission in the very near future, she was going to get busy.
So that was why, even though she was unwilling, she had to leave. But before leaving, she did manage to get a promise from Elena that she was going to come to meet her in the head quarters of the Truth Guild at least once every 300 years. Elena, as a very doting big sister, was more than fine with this promise.

After everyone was gone, only four people were left behind in the golden space filled with clocks. They were Elena, Alexandriana, Nyxarae and Chisato.
Alexandriana was staying behind to finally thank Elena personally for her all her help. Chisato was here for the meeting that she had already booked and lastly, Nyxarae’s avatar was here because she had to stay beside Elena all the time or the leaders of the top ranking orginisations would erase her.
Actually, the Abolisher and the Adjudicator both wanted to destroy this avatar for security reasons. But obviously, Nyxarae was extremely unwilling about that outcome. So she had negotiated super hard and after she had promised to help out with the preparations of the grand plan while also always staying close to either Elena or one of the leaders, she was allowed to exist outside.
Elena was fine with this lady staying around her as she was quite interested in Nyxarae. From the story that she had heard, this lady was supposed to be very withdrawn and introverted. But from her behaviour here, she looked like a completely different person.
So Elena was very interested in learning more about her life and what had happened to her.
As for her doing something sneaky, there was no chance. Elena was going to keep an close eye on her. She also do not want her home universe to suffer any kind of actual damage.
So the group of these four decided to go back to the Otrefiona Empire and join in the festival there. Elena had came to assist Alexandriana when she was in the middle of having fun. And as that area with the golden clock was a special region, not much time had passed in the outside universe. So there was still more than enough time for Elena to enjoy herself in the food festival.

When Elena had disappeared without saying much, the other ladies had became worried about her. But just as they were thinking about trying to contact her even if that was something dangerous, Elena returned.
All the ladies and gentlemen had already met back up. Then they had came to a city that was one of the most prosperous cities of the whole Otrefiona Empire. Here Elena was going to treat everyone to an amazing late night dinner, freshly made by her own hand. But then, she had to leave because of the emergency.
But now, she had safely returned and even Alexandriana was with her. Seeing this, all the ladies managed to relax. Alexandriana was also happy as she had thought that she was going to miss the whole festival.
Elena quickly introduced everyone and starter cooking. For this special occasion, she was cooking everything from scratch with her own hands. And that was why she was going to be away for quite some time.
But that was not a problem as Azusa was actually familiar with Chisato. In truth, there were very few high level people in the universe who were not aware of her identity.
That was because Chisato was one of the most helpful supremes who also had the reputation of being almsot invincible. Azusa had actually seen her father being defeated by her.
Chisato had also helped Draegor out in taking care of a powerful void monster who had a very troublesome ability. Draegor was unable of go all out against this monster as it was capable of sucking away the life force of his weak subjects by using him as a medium.
So he had to ask a different supreme for assistance in this matter and it was Chisato who had accepted this mission.
So as the people become more familiar with one another and the amazing smell of Elena’s food started to spread in the air, this simple private party started to became more and more lively.
