Chapter 1184: Ch 1184: Meeting with the Supreme Magus

Dein Sol Zephryn was busy doing some research in his laboratory. He had been working on this for about a week now and finally, he was able to end it with a grand success. So he was in a very good mood.

The universe was getting more chaotic before his eyes. But Dein was not worried about this at all. Instead, he was actually feelings extra happy.

That was because all the changes which were happening, they were something that he was very fond of. Now with the new development, there was a high possibility for a new supreme to appear among the humanoid races too.

Still, as the supreme magus and the "one and only" guardian of the world of Sora, there was something he was worried about. And it was fact that he had no idea about who was behind all these changes.

Dein was not a fool. He could understand and changes like this could not happen suddenly. Especially in this universe which was under a very strict control.

So there was no doubt in Dein’s mind that there was someone working behind the scene and was making all these changes possible.

But Dein had no idea who this person or group was. He had used all his sources to find out but had came up with nothing special.

He did know that the new supreme goddess and the higher ups of the Transcender Academy were aware of this mysterious entity, but even for him, coming in contact with these people learning something from them was extremely hard if not impossible.

So Dein had been coming up with various plans but so far, he had gotten no good ideas. But from what he had seen, these mysterious entities did not seem to have any bad intentions toward the world of the Sora and the humanoid races. So, Dein was trying to be as cautious as possible while researching about these matters in order to not antagonise these powerhouses.

While thinking about all this, Dein sat down on his favourite chair and took out a bottle of alcohol from his spatial storage. After any successful research, this was his way of relaxing.

But just as Dein was about to pour himself some drink, he found that someone was already pouring him some. Even though he was in a relaxing mood, that did not mean he had stopped using his various detection abilities.

But none of them was able to find anyone beside him. So who was pouring him the drinks. As Dein thought about this, a chill ran down his spine and he found that he was unable to move his body at all.

But it turned out that there was no reason for him to worry. After the mysterious person was done filling his glass, a chair appeared before him and the person in question sat there.

And as soon as this happened, the beautiful figure of a golden haired lady with blue eyes appeared before Dein. In his very long life, Dein had seen many beautiful ladies from various races. But there was no doubt in his mind that none could match the beauty of this lady before him.

She was also holding a glass in her hands and was giving him an easy going smile. And as Dein looked at her beautiful smile, his nerves calmed down and suddenly the fear that was dominating his heart disappeared.

"What a beautiful night, isn’t it, Dein ? Will you allow me to join you for a drink in this stunning night ?"

While saying this, the lady extended her hand that was holding the glass and clacked it with the glass that Dein was holding. Then with the same easygoing smile on her face, she took a sip.

While watching this, Dein was finally able to fully come back to his senses. And immediately he realised who this lady was. He had been thinking about her just some time ago and she had suddenly appeared before him.

Still, Dein was unsure about what he should talk about. So he just went with the flow and replied -

"Yes, it truly is a beautiful night. And how fortunate I am to get the opportunity to share a drink with a beautiful lady after my successful research."

Dein was glad that he was used to having conversation in various settings. That was the only reason why he was able to answer in such a fluent manner even in a situation like this.

"Oh, congratulations. Is it possible to let me know what kind of research was the supreme magus is doing ? I am also quite fond of researching and testing."

Elena replied back in such a way that made the situation to look less serious. It was as if everything was fine and normal in this room. Nothing bizzare had happened here.

Just like that, both of them continued their small talk for quite some time. By then Dein had relaxed a lot and his natural smile had came back on his face. So finally, he was able to get more serious and ask Elena about her Identity and why she was here. ℯℯ𝑙.

As Elena was here to tell him the truth, there was no reason for her to hide anything. So she took her time sipping the drink and telling the Supreme Magus Dein about everything that he would need to know.

After Elena was done with the explanation, Dein took a large gulp from his glass. After that, he immediately bowed deeply to Elena and thanked her.

He was actually thanking not just her. Instead his gratitude was directed toward everyone who had helped with this situation and had managed to change the stagnated state of this universe.

He had the wish to do something similar for a long time. But mostly because of his lack of power, he had never managed to accomplish this goal of his. So for the people who had actually fulfilled this dream of his, how could he not be grateful to them.

Elena received his gratitude gracefully and she informed him that she would let others know. Then next, Elena handed Dein a bottle of a mysterious drink from a different universe and continued the conversation.

After this, they were planning to talk about the future plans for this world and what kind of role Dein could play in it.
