He looked over at Ouyang Feifei and said,

"Miss Ouyang, whether Liu Tao lives or dies is for you to decide!"

Qin Tuo had deliberately given the power of life and death over to Ouyang Feifei, wanting to help her overcome her inner trauma.

After Qin Tuo released her pressure points, Ouyang Feifei walked up to Liu Tao.
