Tanner pointed at the surrounding shops, speaking steadily.

"Among these trade associations, the largest ones are the Light Pavilion, All Things Association, and True Law Hall."

Lize asked curiously, "What’s the difference between these three?"

Tanner smiled and said, "The Light Pavilion is run by a Radiant Dragon in its Ancient Dragon Stage. However, there’s a rumor that there’s support from the Dragon Realm behind the shop, which is why the Light Pavilion has many treasures unavailable elsewhere."

A Radiant Dragon is a high-level Dragon Race, its body resembling a statue of shining platinum, radiating a heavenly glow.

A Radiant Dragon in its Old Stage possesses powers of a Level 3 Wizard.

A Radiant Dragon in its Ancient Dragon Stage, its real power is estimated to be infinitely close to that of a True Spirit Wizard.

As for the Dragon Realm, it is the Origin Plane of the Giant Dragons, rumored to be the birthplace of the source of all Giant Dragon bloodlines, gathering the most numerous and varied Giant Dragons across the multiverse.

The strength of its influence is not inferior to that of other large Wizard Influences, like the Deep Blue Alliance and the Wisdom Code.

However, while the Ancient Dragon Stage Radiant Dragon is extremely powerful, it’s not strong enough to run one of the top three large trade associations in All Things City alone, but with the support of the Dragon Realm, it becomes reasonable.

Lize nodded thoughtfully, "Giant Dragons love collecting treasures, so it’s not surprising that a shop they open would have many valuable items. But would Giant Dragons be willing to sell the treasures they painstakingly collected?"

Tanner laughed, "That’s indeed the case. That’s why the Light Pavilion has a special rule: it only accepts barter and refuses to sell items for magic stones. Whether a transaction is successful depends entirely on the shop owner’s mood."

"Such a rule exists?" Lize was astonished, "Isn’t that pushing business away?"

"Exactly, which shows how many treasures the Light Pavilion possesses." Tanner chuckled.

Lize quickly understood.

With such a peculiar rule in place, the Light Pavilion can still become one of the top three trade associations in All Things City, which speaks volumes about the allure of its merchandise.

Although Sunan had been to All Things City, he wasn’t very familiar with the three largest trade associations. Listening to Tanner’s explanation, he found it quite interesting and followed up:

"What about All Things Association?"

"All Things Association is established by the city’s ruler, the All Things Association, as an official commercial organization. It excels in comprehensive merchandise, honest quality, and reputation for fair transactions throughout All Things City, but the prices are somewhat high."

Sunan was noncommittal.

He had long suspected Tanner’s connection to All Things City, and his words surely showed some bias towards All Things Association. Even Tanner said that the prices at All Things Association were expensive, which implied that it must be very expensive.

"And True Law Hall?"

"True Law Hall’s range of products isn’t as extensive as the other two associations, but it’s cheap, albeit without quality assurance. Occasionally, you hear about some unlucky soul buying defective or counterfeit items there; buying things there really tests one’s discernment."

Discernment, huh...

Sunan secretly chuckled.

He was least afraid of testing discernment. No matter what item it was, putting it into the magic cube would give detailed information.

However, he immediately abandoned the thought.

During purchases, the seller would not allow a customer to put an unbought item into a spatial magic item, which could easily lead to conflicts.

After pondering for a moment, Sunan quickly made a decision.

"Let’s visit the Light Pavilion first."

If he could trade for the Soul Purifying Flower with what he presently had, it would be ideal.

If unsuccessful, then it wouldn’t be too late to visit True Law Hall and All Things Association.

Near the entrance was a counter, where a tall, blond young man was browsing a ledger, seemingly unaware of the arriving customers.

His features were extremely handsome, more exquisite and flawless than elves, but Sunan sensed a peculiar aura from him, even faintly giving an oppressive feeling.

Sunan instantly realized that high-level Giant Dragons mostly possessed transformation abilities; this blond young man was evidently the owner of the Light Pavilion, the Radiant Dragon in its Prime Stage.

He just hadn’t expected that the grand Radiant Dragon would personally manage the shop without even a single servant.

And the shop’s setup gave no impression of the top three trade associations’ grandeur.

"Boss." Tanner called out.

Upon hearing the voice, the blond young man’s eyes lazily lifted, his gaze swept over Tanner, paused slightly upon Lize, and then moved away until it settled on Sunan, where his platinum eyes lit up slightly.

"A very solid soul aura; for level three condensation to have such a solid soul aura, you are very likely to be the next True Spirit Wizard in the future."

Sunan and Lize were slightly stunned.

Tanner then looked at Sunan in surprise.

The Radiant Dragon was naturally endowed with the ability to detect soul aura, allowing it to discern a person’s strength with remarkable accuracy, almost never making mistakes, often praised for being fluid in its appraisal.

In the past, other wizards were evaluated by him, and subsequently, those wizards’ growth confirmed the accuracy of the Light Pavilion owner’s remarks.

The Soul Purifying Flower was undoubtedly rare, but just as much as a Wizard-level puppet is invaluable; their value is nearly equivalent, but the rarity of the Master-Touch Puppet makes it a collectible.

"I want two Soul Purifying Flowers." Sunan said.

Other than Lize, Attila also needed to reconstruct a body.

The Radiant Dragon glanced at him and lazily said, "Fine, but I only need one Master-Touch Puppet, for the second Soul Purifying Flower you’ll have to trade something else."

Sunan frowned slightly, but quickly relaxed and flipped his wrist, revealing in his palm a shining gemstone inscribed with strange runes.

"How about this?"

When it comes to treasures most beloved by Giant Dragons, undoubtedly, various sparkling gemstones are at the top.

Even high-level Giant Dragons like the Radiant Dragon are no exception, though at his level, ordinary gemstones wouldn’t entice him; only Magic Gemstones could stir his interest.

And Engraving Gemstones are unquestionably the elite among Magic Gemstones.

The Radiant Dragon’s gaze fell on the Engraving Gemstone, initially indifferent, but after a closer look, surprise gradually appeared on his face.
