Taming the Tyrant Beast Women
Chapter 89: The Arena’s Unstoppable Monster
The Arena’s Unstoppable Monster
In Aurelia City.
Principal Lawrence saw the scene on screen and nearly had a heart attack from sheer joy.
His hands slapped against the table.
His old face was practically glowing.
"This kid... amazing!"
"He’s making No. 1 High proud!"
"Redcloud’s first and second-ranked students—one-shotted! Hah! When has No. 1 High ever produced a student like this?"
Principal Lawrence’s eyes gleamed, his face split by a grin.
He had been nervous earlier.
Now?
He wanted to laugh until his stomach hurt.
That quiet, unknown boy had just delivered the shock of a lifetime.
Around him, the teachers and staff members exchanged excited looks.
Nobody had expected Leon to become the center of attention this quickly.
Lawrence leaned toward the screen.
"Keep watching him."
His voice was filled with satisfaction.
"Don’t miss a single match."
Leon stood on the arena, watching his name light up on the massive screen above.
[Arena 102 — Aurelia No. 1 High, Martial High (8) Class, Leon — Complete Victory +10 Points!]
[Total Score: 40 Points]
The result appeared in enormous golden letters.
The crowd immediately erupted again.
"Holy shit—look! That guy who just beat our city’s top two—he’s got 40 points total now!"
"Damn. This guy’s ruthless."
"That’s his fourth Complete Victory, isn’t it?"
"You know what—I just searched him. Every single match has been a total sweep."
"Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying!"
Leon barely reacted.
The cheers entered one ear and left the other.
His gaze remained focused.
There was no reason to celebrate yet.
The exam wasn’t over.
As soon as this match ended, the next one came immediately.
Leon’s emotions barely stirred.
His goal was simple: maximize his score and crush everyone.
That was what the system quest demanded.
Ten evolution chances.
If he encountered another SSS-rank beast-girl, he could evolve her instantly with those chances.
Leon narrowed his eyes slightly.
Imagine getting another beast-girl as strong as Selena.
After leveling her up—the Great Dawn Dynasty would be his playground.
That thought alone made his blood stir with anticipation.
But he didn’t let it show.
One step at a time.
First, the placement matches.
Then the Heavenly-tier hunting ground.
Then everything else.
A flash of light—
But Leon’s figure didn’t disappear.
He was still in the Redcloud City venue.
The fifth match was about to begin.
Selena stood beside him.
Evelyn’s long green hair swayed lightly as she stepped forward.
Her purple eyes looked toward the arena.
Leon glanced at both women.
"Selena. Evelyn. The remaining five matches—clean out the obstacles. We’re getting that Heavenly-tier hunting ground ticket!"
Evelyn’s lips curved slightly.
"That sounds simple when you say it like that."
Leon looked at her.
"It is simple."
Selena gave a quiet laugh.
"Then we’ll make sure nobody gets in our way."
After the placement matches, the top ten scores would be placed in the Heavenly-tier hunting ground for the final practical exam.
Once there, Leon could unleash the Heavenly Fall skill and farm monsters efficiently.
The martial exam hunting grounds were divided into six tiers: Heaven, Earth, A, B, C, and D.
Just qualifying for the Heavenly-tier hunting ground was a symbol of strength!
And Leon intended to take that qualification without leaving any doubt.
----------------------
Fifth match—begin!
The countdown disappeared.
The moment the signal sounded—
[Sacred Beast Skill · White Tiger Judgment]
Activate!
Selena’s energy surged.
Her silver-white hair exploded outward.
Golden light flashed across her eyes.
The phantom image of a divine white tiger appeared behind her.
For a heartbeat, the entire arena seemed to fall beneath the shadow of an ancient beast.
Selena raised her hand.
The next instant—
The arena exploded with invisible blades that sent everyone flying.
Boom!
Boom!
Boom!
Bodies were thrown through the air.
The defensive barrier shook violently.
Dust rolled across the ground.
And then it was over.
Seconds.
That’s all it took.
Leon’s name flashed across the screen once more.
[Arena 102 — Aurelia No. 1 High, Martial High (8) Class, Leon — Complete Victory +10 Points!]
[Total Score: 50 Points]
The crowd was speechless.
Another Complete Victory.
Another sweep.
And they had watched it happen in real time—less than thirty seconds.
Nobody knew what to say anymore.
Even the people who had been shouting earlier were now staring silently at the arena.
Leon glanced down at his two beast-girls.
Selena stood tall, her silver-white hair settling behind her after the burst of power.
Her golden eyes met his.
A small smile touched her lips.
It was subtle.
Almost invisible.
But Leon noticed it.
Evelyn looked at the knocked-out bodies lying on the ground, then back at Leon.
Her purple eyes were wide.
Her lips parted slightly.
"Leon..." she breathed. "You’re really not playing around, are you?"
Leon smirked.
He reached out and gently brushed a strand of green hair away from her face.
"Darling Evelyn, I never play."
Evelyn’s cheeks warmed.
She gave him a small, helpless look.
"You say that like you’re some terrifying villain."
Leon chuckled.
"Maybe I am."
Selena stepped closer.
Her hand found his.
Her fingers slipped naturally between his.
"We’ve got five more to go, darling. You think they’ll still call us ’dark horses’ after this?"
Leon squeezed her hand.
"Let them call us whatever they want, my love."
Selena’s golden eyes softened.
Evelyn looked between them and smiled.
For a moment, the terrifying arena around them seemed distant.
The screams.
The defeated students.
The flashing screens.
None of it mattered.
There were only the three of them standing together beneath the arena lights.
Then Leon turned his gaze to the sky.
The enormous display above them reflected faintly in his purple eyes.
"After this—Heaven-tier hunting ground. That’s where the real game begins."
Evelyn’s cheeks flushed.
She still wasn’t used to how natural he was with them—the way he touched, the way he spoke.
There was no hesitation in him.
No awkwardness.
No attempt to hide how much he trusted them.
But she didn’t pull away.
Instead, her fingers tightened around his sleeve.
"So..." she said softly, her voice barely carrying, "does this mean you’ll take us to the Heavenly-tier?"
Leon laughed, low and warm.
"We’re not just going to the Heavenly-tier, my spider."
Evelyn’s eyes widened slightly.
She knew that nickname.
A faint smile appeared on her lips.
Selena squeezed Leon’s hand.
"Then we’d better be ready."
Leon looked at both of them.
"We’re going to dominate it."
The countdown began for the sixth match.
And Leon was ready.
