"Madam, there’s a car parked right at the Johnson Family’s gate blocking the way."

Sienna Johnson looked over and indeed saw a black Red Flag sedan with a red license plate, likely a military vehicle.

"Whose car is this?"

Sienna Johnson didn’t know anyone from the military, nor did she have any relatives or friends in the service.

Curly tilted his head, glanced, and said, "This is Kevin Taylor’s family car. Kevin is here again... Mom, let’s hurry back; Claire is probably crying again."

"What’s going on?" Sienna Johnson frowned.

Sienna had just heard about Kevin Taylor, and also heard about what he did to Claire.

Even though he’s just a kid and not mature yet, Sienna was furious about him injecting Claire with an adult dose of sedative.

This can’t be excused as "little boys being mischievous"—it’s attempted murder; Claire could actually die from this.

"I don’t know what’s going on; he harasses Claire every day. Claire is very afraid of him; she starts wailing whenever she sees Kevin.

Last time, Grandma took Claire for vaccination, Kevin somehow got in, hugged Claire, and Claire fainted from fear.

Dad knew about it and listed Kevin as a key threat.

But that brat Kevin is really annoying."

George frowned listening nearby; Curly was also just a kid, yet he’s calling Kevin a brat.

"Sally, go and tell the driver to move the car," Sienna Johnson said coldly, her voice carrying discontent.

Sally quickly got out of the car to negotiate with the driver.

The driver was likely from the military, standing there in a straight posture like he was standing at parade rest.

"Hello, our Madam’s car has arrived; your car is blocking the way. Please move your car." Sally’s voice was consistently icy.

Kevin smiled upon seeing Sally, "I want to see Claire; they’re not letting me in. Now that you’re here, you can have them open the door."

Sally said expressionlessly, "Sixth Master’s order: Kevin and dogs are not allowed inside!"

Kevin frowned, "Why?"

"No reason!"

"..."

Sally said to the driver, "Please move the car!"

Kevin commanded, "Don’t move the car!"

The driver looked at Kevin in distress, feeling cursed to be tasked with serving this troublesome ancestor.

"Kevin, I think it’s best to move the car; you see, it’s blocking the road."

Kevin said, "If they don’t let me in, then no one gets in."

Sally had dealt with Kevin a few times, knowing this guy wasn’t any good, and didn’t waste words with them. She glanced at the sedan and directly pushed it from behind.

The car actually moved...

The driver was dumbfounded as he watched Sally move a car to the side—this was just a woman!

Sally dusted off her hands, looked up, and saw the driver’s shocked gaze. After Sally looked away, the driver’s gaze turned from shock to admiration.

"Um, my name is Elliott Wilson, may I know your name?" the driver asked.

Sally acted like she hadn’t heard, heading towards the car, "Wait..." Elliott’s hand just touched Sally’s shoulder, and she grabbed his hand and flipped him violently against the wall.

Elliott looked at Sally in shock, as if seeing a Martian, yet the light in his eyes only grew brighter.

"Hmph, they say you’re so brilliant, yet you can’t even beat a woman," Kevin said angrily.

Elliott grinned widely, showing his white teeth, "Hey beauty, do you have a boyfriend?

If not, could you consider me...

I’m 28, single, don’t smoke or drink, no bad habits, healthy without diseases or chronic illnesses, faithful, family-oriented, responsible... after we get married, I can hand over all my salary to you, cook, do laundry, clean, and after we have kids, besides feeding them, I’ll handle all childcare.

I raised my sister, so you don’t have to worry about my lack of experience in raising children..."

Kevin was shocked to see his driver and bodyguard acting shamelessly, feeling disgraced.

"Elliott, what are you here for?" Kevin said unhappily.

"I’m here to protect you."

"What are you doing now?"

"Chasing a wife," Elliott said with unabashed confidence, as if it was the most natural thing.

Sally ignored him and got into the car.

As the car drove, Sally honked at the gate, the door opened, and Sally’s car slowly drove inside.

"I want to go in too." Seeing the gate finally open, Kevin rushed to break in, with Elliott quickly getting up to chase.

As Kevin reached the door, several men in black appeared, blocking the Johnson Family’s door.

Each man, just like Sally, was expressionless, holding daggers in their hands, their eyes filled with warning and hostility as they looked at Kevin.

Kevin, a soldier who had truly been baptized by the horrors of war, felt the hostility emanating from them; if Kevin dared to act recklessly, they’d truly strike.

Elliott swiftly lifted Kevin, smiling, "Sorry, kids are naive. Haha... haha..."

"Elliott, put me down!"

"The Johnson house is so big; even if you break in, you wouldn’t know where Claire is."

The Johnson Family was merely ordinary merchants, but their security was more formidable than their military’s.

He tried taking Kevin over the wall, only to be thrown out directly. He must investigate upon returning, what background does the Johnson Family have to possess such exceptional bodyguards.

"I want to see Claire; I want to see Claire..."

The gate slowly closed, Kevin said pitifully, "Why won’t they let me see Claire?"

"You almost got their daughter killed. If it were my daughter, I wouldn’t let you see her either."

"I already apologized; what more do they want?... This is too much; I’m very upset."

Elliott patted Kevin’s butt, looking at the Johnson Family’s gate, thinking about the tall woman earlier, he’s going to ask his friends to investigate who she is.

As long as she’s not married, he’s going to win her over, and make her his wife.

He’s 28; it’s time to get married.

Finally spotting someone he fancies, Elliott decided to seize the initiative.

"Let’s go back and study how to chase a woman," Elliott said, carrying Kevin back to the car.

"I’m not leaving; I’m not leaving... Elliott, put me down!"

"Come on, they won’t let you see her. Waiting here till the seas dry up won’t change anything."
