Chapter 1248: Chapter 843: Rending (Part 2)

The entire battlefield suddenly became somewhat quiet.

After all, with two gods confronting each other, the pressure from their merging presence pressed down not only on humans but also muddled the demons, leaving them immobile.

Kana’s voice was cold and calm, yet carried a clear force that pierced through all chaotic wills, directly flooding into Graton’s frenzy: "Useless. Did the Abyss send you because even the gate-keeping Cerberus finds your mind too noisy and wants to sweep you out like trash?" The contempt and ridicule in the tone were like tangible ice spikes, precisely targeting Graton’s godly arrogance.

"And you still hope to sneakily launch an ambush? You must be a sneaky coward afraid of fighting head-on, right?

Such lowly divine power, surely one that can only cling to existence within the Abyss."

Graton was so furious that it almost exploded on the spot, the insulting words in its chaotic mind sparked a pure desire for destruction.

"Die!!!!"

The energy it had gathered no longer hesitated, surging toward Kana like a skyfall waterfall!

Kana crossed his arms, blood marks instantly blazing.

He didn’t forcibly take this fortress-tearing energy flood but instead violently tore with both hands to the sides—not a spatial attack, but an ultra-large, perfectly precise "space cutting"!

The scene on the battlefield suddenly distorted and folded in the eyes of fortress soldiers.

Kana and Graton’s gigantic divine bodies seemed thrown into a huge mercury mirror, vanishing in an instant.

This time differed from before.

Because this time, the godly power could tear space; fighting within the mirror space would too easily let the opponent’s forces impact outside.

The sky returned to the purified normalcy by the Iron Flower Structure, as if the prior doomsday pressure was merely a nightmare.

Yet, beyond the fortress sky, that layer of false "mirror" concealed another separated space specifically for divine battle.

In high-level conflicts, when external influence is immense, Kana would naturally pull it into mirror space to avoid outside destruction.

However, Graton’s divine duty is "tearing."

Representing destruction’s rule power, even Kana’s meticulously constructed dimensional barrier couldn’t wholly isolate a madly obsessed Evil God.

How could this Evil God seem irrational?

Inside the mirror space, the battle instantly intensified.

The opponent evidently didn’t want to waste time messing around with Kana here, so it directly engaged in battle without even bothering to probe.

Graton’s every claw strike, roar, or bodily impact brought black space-tearing fissures.

Kana’s figure turned into light streams, driven by data computation to dodge, block, and counterattack, every energy clash like a supernova exploding, unleashing destructive light spots on the mirror’s "sky" and "earth."

Kana directly manipulated the most handy silver liquid, transforming it into various forms to block.

Although these forms could easily be shredded to pieces by the opponent, being torn to pieces was irrelevant; they would instantly revert to silver liquid, continuing to serve him.

This may sound odd, given divine rules, even liquid forms should incur loss.

But don’t forget.

Kana is also a god, and the silver used in his attacks is part of his divine body.

In terms of rule intensity, it doesn’t lack against the opponent; in such offsetting opposition, the current scene unfolds.

Yet only Kana’s constructs receive such treatment.

This space does not.

Deadly chain reactions ensue.

When Graton’s attacks grow excessively fierce, striking the mirror space’s "boundary," instability ripples through that area of isolation.

A massive space tear would, like a horrifying scar, briefly "project" or "penetrate" into the reality above Blood Pit Fortress.

Meanwhile, the terrifying energy fluctuations from the godly collision within the mirror space, even across barriers, transformed into tangible pressure and earth-shaking vibration, roaring into reality.

The inside and outside connected again.

This chain reaction instantly became the most lethal catalyst on the real battlefield.

"Look! Power has descended!" An earth-shattering fervent cheer erupted among the demon army.

The projection of divine battle, apocalyptic energy impact scene, and Graton’s destruction-driven divine thought occasionally roaring through the fissures, acted like the strongest frenzy aura, completely igniting all Chaos Creatures’ madness.

They were prone to leader influence.

Especially since the leader was a fierce bloodthirsty god, perfectly suiting the demons’ taste.

Low tier demons gleamed with red eyes, utterly disregarding life and death. High tier demons erupted with far beyond usual combat power amidst chaos.

The demon assault ceased to be a tide, becoming a more frantic, more reckless destructive lava flow.

Straightaway, morale soared, combat strength increased.

"Hold steady! For Purification! For Order!" Raelia’s voice resounded through the defense line via soul-link.

She had to abandon the core command position, transforming into the Centaur specter knight charging the most pressured section of the wall, wielding the giant ship-slicing blade ignited with unprecedented soul fire.

That spectral claw tear of Graton’s just the right size projected near her head, bringing massive mental oppression, yet also igniting her battle soul.

"Beneath barrier isolation, it’s just residual! Tear apart the scum that storm in!" She launched a soul fire impact wave, blasting away dozens of climbing frenzy demons.

Grey Fang, riding a wounded Winged Dragon, narrowly avoided a small stream of spatial rift turbulence unexpectedly "leaking" from the tear projection.

Wherever the rift passed, dozens of demons and a segment of the wall were instantly sliced into fragments by invisible blades.

"Damn it, that bastard Evil God affects the outside!" He roared, hurling a short spear that precisely pinned into a siege golem’s eye socket, slightly stalling its wall collision.

Abis stood on the mage tower, forehead sweating.

She had to sustain extensive protective spells and soul interference to resist the descending godly battle ripples while fully supporting the purification Iron Flower Structure stabilizing surrounding magic fields.

Yet Graton’s tearing power characteristic constantly interfered with mirror space fissures, affecting stability in reality space, causing a slight sluggishness in Order Magic Power conversions.

"Karen! Annabelle! Beware of the energy turbulence! They’re weakening Iron Flower’s area effect!" She loudly warned.

Karen, in giant bear form, charged rampantly along the walls, smashing climbing demons with bear paws and claws wrapped in Holy Light, responding: "I feel it! These demons grow crazier under such pressure! Like they’re on Abyss adrenaline!" Her holy glow dimmed considerably near energy impact projection areas.

Annabelle, like a ghost, shuttled through shadows, each dagger flash precisely severing a demon’s throat or piercing its core.

Yet, when crossing intensely vibrating spaces, her steps became unusually arduous, forcing through via sheer speed.

"The fortress shakes! That damn Evil God hasn’t invaded yet; spatial rifts might help it tear down walls!"

The defensive system of Blood Pit Fortress underwent unprecedented testing.

The magic energy beam towers faced overload risk under concentrated attacks and spatial interference; crossbow cannon positions frequently mistrusted due to earth tremors; warriors resisting the demonic tide had to also dodge or endure those deadly space turbulence or energy impact ripples unexpectedly emerging from "above."

The Iron Flower Structure continued its stubborn operation, purification beams piercing the dim battlefield, yet its pale gold Order dome intermittently rippled like water waves due to continuous "indirect erosion" by tearing rule impacts.

Each ripple signified shelter range reduction, augmented Abyss whispers, adding to the Night Watch soldiers’ burdens.

Throughout the fortress, from core figures like Raelia to the lowest Shield Guards, everyone fought fiercely.

As they combated the frenzied demon flood, they passively endured secondary disaster capable of ripping reality triggered by the divine struggle within the mirror space.

This was a destructive symphony occurring across two dimensions yet mutually influencing each other, Blood Pit Fortress teetering amid violent stormy waves.
