Chapter 1367: I Can Save Her.

"That’s a good idea," the yellow-haired one, Golden Sun, said, nodding.

Then he suggested, "We can also ascend to the upper realm with other Supreme Metacs."

"If we advance with different Supreme Metacs that they don’t know about, we can use that to change our identities. It should reduce the pressure on us somewhat."

Nodding, Wandering Thief said, "That will help. But I would prefer it if you advanced when our enemies are too busy to deal with us. That way, even if our other plans fall short, they won’t be able to do anything to us in the meantime."

Time Traveler said, "Then it is settled. I will use the War Pathway to ascend. I’m sure I can finish making it in time to ascend."

"I will use the Name Pathway. I’m sure I can make it right now if i want to," Golden Sun said. "Then I will use it to teach Harem King a lesson."

Wandering Thief burst out laughing, saying, "Ahhhh. You have to get over her, brother."

"Never. I gave her my heart, and she crushed it. I must pay her back and punish her to a lifetime of servitude," Golden Sun said, his eyes glinting sharply.

Hearing this, Wandering Thief laughed harder, "Hahaha hahaha."

"You say it like you want to punish her, but what you want is to turn her into your sex slave. It seems you haven’t learned your lesson."

"This time will be different. I’m sure I can save her," Golden Sun said confidently.

"When she realizes that I’m the only one who can truly love her, she will realize the error of her way and turn over a new leaf. If not, I’ll be content with having her as my sex slave."

While they joked, Time Traveler stopped speaking. He was frozen, his eyes unfocused, while the other two kept chatting.

Wandering Thief was the first to notice. He stopped joking when he saw Time Traveler’s state and realized what was going on.

His voice was solemn as he said, "It seems Brother is receiving a transmission from the future. I wonder what it is about."

"I guess it is about Black Chain. As the strongest Dao Lord in the Sea of Worlds, the odds of him being a big problem are too high," Golden Sun said, gritting his teeth in anger.

"One day, he will be brought low for what he did to us."

"I hate Black Chain, but I have to admit that he was right about keeping the Sea of Worlds sealed," Wandering Thief said, shaking his head.

Seeing as Golden Sun wanted to argue, he sighed and said, "When you experience being forced to give birth to your replacement, you will also understand what I mean."

"I know Black Chain did what he did for selfish reasons. But he was definitely right to keep the Sea of Worlds sealed. We definitely don’t have what it takes to resist the Gemini race."

"Maybe we would have never become strong enough to resist the Gemini race no matter how long we kept the Sea of Worlds sealed, but we would be stronger than our current situation. Anyway, I regret that war."

Golden Sun didn’t know what to say when he heard this. He wanted to argue that the war wasn’t only about unsealing the Sea of Worlds and letting it recover.

They also fought to decide which faction would rule the world between them. So if they had won, they’d be in Black Chain’s shoes. They would be the strongest Dao Lords in the Sea of Worlds, with Domains on nearly every super world.

But then he looked at their current situation: hiding in the cracks, weakened and nearly forgotten by the world. He also remembered their allies, the Human Emperor and the Farming God, who died permanently and would never have the chance to hide in the cracks like them and scheme to avoid being hunted down after they became Dao Lords once more.

Finally, he remembered how the war had torn him and Harem King apart. For a while, he didn’t know what to say.

When he finally spoke, he said, "Yes, you’re right. The war was a mistake."

"We shouldn’t have fought, tearing each other up. We should have worked together to get stronger and defend the Sea of Worlds."

Wandering Thief shook his head and said, "The War was objectively bad and very bad. It wasn’t a little bad. It was catastrophically bad."

"We didn’t even have a Divine Mountain, yet we were already fighting about who would become the Domain King. It was incredibly foolish of us to start killing each other for something like that."

"Come on. We didn’t start the war. Black Chain started it. We threatened him," Golden Sun said, speaking up for themselves. "So he is the cause of all of our problems."

Wandering Thief nodded and said, "You have a point, which brings to mind that Divine Mountain that just appeared. Knowing Black Chain, he would definitely try to control it."

Just then, Time Traveler nodded and said, "Black Chain will definitely try to get it. And he will succeed too. I saw it happen two timelines ago."

"But Black Chain didn’t stop there. He also began destroying every world belonging to the Gemini in the Sea of Worlds. He went on a rampage. His goal was to clear out every Gemini that could threaten him."

Hearing this, Wandering Thief chuckled even harder and said sarcastically, "Surprise, surprise. I am shocked that Black Chain would go on a campaign of world domination as soon as he could."

"That fellow is crazy. He even dares to fight against the Gemini. He is so crazy that I am now impressed with his guts," Golden Sun said, shaking his head in wonder.

But Time Traveler sighed and said, "I told him it was a bad idea. I told him to wait for their world to mature and then try to take it to strengthen himself."
