"It is alright. Anyway, it was for a short 100 years, so we can still work together in the near future," Wandering Thief said amicably, glossing over the fact that he stopped them from growing stronger as if it was nothing.

The he changed the subject, saying, "Anyway, when are you going to establish your Domain? The sooner the better."

Loki’s voice was full of immense regret as he said, "Unfortunately, I have to decline. I don’t have enough lifespan to build more Domains right now."

"The four Domains and four Supreme Metacs I made earlier completely drained me, so I will need some time before I can establish another Domain. I really regret making those deals with the super worlds."

"That’s a shame," Wandering Thief said, feigning disappointment.

"It really is a shame," Loki said in agreement. "However, you can help me become ready faster."

"You can help me by asking all of the members of the alliance to help me spread my cultivation system and expand the Olympic Sect. You know that the bigger my sect, the faster I’ll gain lifespan."

"Of course, I’ll do the same for them. I’ll open my Domains to their sects and let them recruit mortals."

"Everything is fine as long as they don’t force anyone to choose. Mortals have to choose which sect to join. So they don’t have to force the mortals in their Domains to join my sect either."

"That’s a good idea," Wandering Thief said, his eyes lighting up with joy.

"I will tell everyone in the alliance as soon as possible. I’m sure they will agree immediately."

Loki was very satisfied to hear this. He nodded in satisfaction and said, "I’m counting on you."

"Speaking of which, when can I meet the members of our alliance? I don’t even know how many people are in the alliance."

"Essentially, everyone except Black has joined the alliance. You’ll meet them soon during the next meeting when I have something important for us to discuss," he said evasively.

"In the meantime, you can talk to them anytime using the divine constellation. No one is stopping you from doing that."

In response, Loki chuckled and said, "I know I can do that without anyone’s permission, which is why I wasn’t asking for your permission to talk to them."

"I was asking you to hold a meeting in the upper realm where we can meet face to face. I’ve always found direct communication to be the best form of communication."

Hearing this, Wandering Thief burst out laughing and said, "Hahaha! So funny. You really have a great sense of amusement."

"Hahahaha," Loki also laughed. "Right. Yes. I was joking."

After a few seconds of fake laughter, Wandering Thief said, "What a refreshing joke. You’re really good."

"But jokes aside, we need your help for something. It is my second agenda for coming here. I have been hesitant to ask because I’m not sure if I should."

"Go ahead and ask for anything. As long as it is within my power, I will fulfill it," he promised confidently.

"I was hoping you would allow us to join your Divine Court. That way, the alliance will be strengthened, and we will have a better chance of taking Black Chain down," Wandering Thief explained.

Now Loki was caught in a pickle. On the one hand, he didn’t want to strengthen his enemies by allowing them to use their Authority to empower their attacks and expand their capacity for Entropy.

He also didn’t want to invite them into his home, where they could act to take his position. So the consequences of allowing them to join the Olympic Court had a lot of negative impact.

On the other hand, he wanted them to join his Divine Court and strengthen him with their Domains. As long as he maintained his position as Mountain Lord, they would have no chance of defeating him.

As he agonized over the decision, he thought, ’I doubt Wandering Thief and the others will take no for an answer if they really want to join my Divine Court, so my opinion on the matter is moot. The only thing I can do to stop them is kill them when they come to the Divine Spark.’

’So in a way, it is good that they want to join my Divine Court. They can just deliver themselves to my doorstep.’

’However, I’m not even sure if I want to stop them. All of that power will go to waste if they don’t use it to strengthen me.’

’Plus, I am not even sure I want to kill them. After all, I can’t even kill them permanently, at least not for a year. If I kill them now, they will only be replaced by their more annoying and difficult-to-kill children.’

’This is so annoying,’ he thought, sighing inwardly.

’I guess the only thing I can do is prioritize increasing my strength. It is the only thing I can do to secure my power.’

’I also have to deal with Time Traveler and the Time Loop Supreme Metac. Not only him, but I also want to deal with every potential Time Traveler that comes along.’

’I don’t want anyone to invalidate my work by reversing time just because they don’t like me. I want to be the only one in control of the time stream.’

Having made his decision, he said to Time Traveler, "I promised, so I will deliver. You have my permission to join the Olympic Court. Let it not be said that Ragnarok is not a man of his word."

"Wow. How generous," Wandering Thief said with the most exaggerated reaction of surprise and respect he could produce.

"Earlier, you said I was the bigger man. But you’re truly the big man here. I don’t think I could have done what you just did."

Loki waved his hand as he said, "It was nothing. Don’t praise me too much or my ego will swell too much, and I explode."
