THE GOD EATER

Chapter 783: Two On One.

Other divine beings might not notice that he is using the Divine Metacs of different pathways when his Insight Stat is high enough to suppress their Insight Stat and when the Nanite Metac is mixed to confuse them. But he is sure that Seers won’t be deceived so easily.

By using only the Divine Metacs of a single Beast Pathway, he would either be mistaken as a world king, a giant of the Martial Body Sect, or a deceiver pretending to be either of these two things.

However, there were still 8 Divine Metacs left in the core of his Cave Heaven after using these five. They were the Rewind Metac, the Splitting Edge Metac, the Mind Freeze Metac, the Nanite Metac, the Vengeful Bones Metac, the Rain Maker Metac, the Earth Shaker Metac, and the Gold Body Metac.

Instead of letting these 8 Divine Metacs go to waste, he used the Power Shifting Ability to convert them into the Eagle Eye Divine Metac. Then he used all 8 of them to mobilize his Insight Stat.

This action allowed him to use all 13 Divine Metacs to generate power, increasing his output.

This configuration and combination of Divine Metacs allowed him to produce a power output of 8(Cultivation Rank) × (8(Body) + 7(Mind) + 8(Will) + 8(Soul) + 8(Insight)) × (6 × 13)Divine Metacs × 425 million(Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragment), which is 74,256,000 units of divine power.

This level of power is 88% greater than the deceiver’s power. This was why he was able to see the deceiver so well and how he was able to suppress the deceiver in their fight.

With the Viper Fangs Metac and the Impaler Metac working hand to hand, the deceiver’s immunity to physical blows was nullified. Each of Loki’s punches was always able to make contact with his body, pierce through his shadowy body, and leave lasting poison damage on him.

When the deceiver realized that he couldn’t use his disappearing act to escape from Loki, he combined the Shadow Body Metac and the Shadow Blade Metac for an attack. This combination turned his shadowy body into a mass of flexible blades.

He turned his hand into blades, which he stabbed at Loki. Then he let blades grow all over his body, which turned him into a prickly porcupine made of shadowy blades.

Unfortunately for him, his Loki was always able to break his blades. Loki grabbed the blades with his bare hands and crushed them to pieces. Sometimes, Loki would pull the blades out of his body like a butcher skinning a chicken.

When this move didn’t work, the deceiver combined the Disappearing Mist Metac and the Shadow Blade Metac to create another type of attack. This attack was still in the form of a blade, but the blade was now invisible.

In this special state, the blade should be able to stab into Loki’s body without his awareness. After all, none of his Divine Metacs are actively increasing his body’s defense. So if he can’t see the blade, he won’t be able to break it, and the blade will be able to stab him.

But Loki had the Eagle Eye Metac and 9 of them at that. So there was no way the invisible blade could bypass his perception. He was always able to avoid the blades or break them with a punch.

With two different attempts failing so spectacularly, the deceiver became desperate. So he called for the running seers to come and help him.

Of the three seers, only Many Eyes joined the fight. Star Divination ran towards the small world nearby to ask the Thorn House of Commerce for help or to hide with them. Only Eye Tracker ran towards the Blessed Heaven World.

Many Eyes was not a hand-to-hand fighter. He was not a weapon user either. He was a seer, so his weapon of choice would always be his eyes.

In this case, Many Eyes possessed the Many Eyes Metac and the Laser Eyes Metac. By combining the two of them, he could create a lot of small eyes that were capable of shooting lasers from his eyes.

These eyes produced a power output of 7(Cultivation Rank) × (7(Body) + 7(Mind)) × (7(Many Eyes) + 7(Laser Eyes)) × 375 million(Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragment), which is 3,601,500 units of divine power.

This kind of power meant that Many Eyes was more than ten times weaker than Monarch Shadow Body, the deceiver. But while he was lacking in quality, he had the advantage of quantity thanks to the Many Eyes Metac.

Many Eyes was able to create plenty of small eyes to surround Loki and bombard him. The eyes did most of the fighting. As for himself, he stood some distance away to continue producing small eyes to replace the ones that were destroyed.

His job was important because Loki was actually destroying the eyes as fast as they were eating him with lasers. Sometimes he threw shadow blades that he broke off from the deceiver’s body at the eyes. Other times, he dragged the deceiver over and used his shadow body to smash the eyes.

So Many Eyes need to work constantly to replace the destroyed eyes. Unfortunately for him, his work didn’t produce any worthwhile effect because Loki was too strong.

Even though Loki wasn’t actively increasing the defense of his body, an attack with a power output of 3,601,500 units of divine power was just too weak to inflict significant damage to his body. Combined with the fact that Loki was always on the move and was never in the same spot for long, it was difficult for the lasers to hit him.

His superior power and speed made it difficult for the two enemies to gain any advantage over him. This made Monarch Many Eyes’ heart sink.

Many Eyes didn’t want to die, so he said, "Will you really let me go if I give you all of my worlds or are you just saying that to get me to surrender like a fool?"
