Then he sneered and said in disdain, "He is doing this because he wants whoever investigates him to give up. It is impressive, and I would be impressed if I were not the wrong person to use this kind of tactic on."

He came to the conclusion that Money Body was stalling to frustrate him because the divine constellation had been taking his lifespan all along. So even though he was watching nothing happen, he had to pay a lot of his lifespan to keep watching it.

He hadn’t realized this problem because the cost of lifespan hadn’t been significant to him at first. In the beginning, his attention was glued to their movement as he didn’t want to miss anything.

He had believed that their actions were profound. But when he ran out of tens of thousands years in lifespan and had to replenish his lifespan, he realized that all of these might be a tactic to make him give up.

Unfortunately for Money Body, he still refused to give up. This turned out to be a good decision on his part because the three of them traveled for a few more minutes before they suddenly stopped.

Where they stopped was an inconspicuous point in the river. The only defining feature of this point was that the black water of the river of death was flowing more slowly than the surrounding area.

At this point, Loki gritted his teeth and said, "This had better be worth it, or I would be very angry."

Of course, he hadn’t been wasting his time watching them doing nothing. He had also been busy traveling to small worlds and plundering them.

He had the five small worlds of the Thorn House of Commerce on his agenda. Then he had to visit the 13 small worlds that Many Eyes gave him.

From the small worlds, he would go to the second heaven to retrieve the Divine Metacs and plunder the Cave Heaven of every divine being that he had killed recently.

By the time he is done plundering all of the Cave Heavens, he will have enough materials to create 8 new Divine Positions and enough strength to protect himself and prevent anyone from interrupting the process.

Since he had offended a lot of people and will offend even more people by taking their small and medium worlds, he is sure that there will be a lot of people who would like to prevent him from growing stronger or would not mind taking advantage of him when he is in a dire situation.

So he has a lot of things to do. With these things on his plate, he has all the time in the world to wait and see what the trio of the Thorn House of Commerce is up to.

And because of all the living things he will gain from assimilating worlds, he will have enough lifespan to afford to see what the Thorn House of Commerce is hiding. But this doesn’t mean that he enjoys watching nothing.

Just like anyone spying on another person, he would prefer it if the three money cultivators show him their secret as soon as possible. And he would prefer it if their secret was going to be worth all of the effort he has put into discovering it.

If these conditions are not met, it would be reasonable for him to get angry with the Thorn House of Commerce. In fact, his mood was already becoming bad because of all these delays.

Fortunately, something different finally happened. As he watched, he saw Money Body plunge into the black river of death.

This action reminded him of the time he tried touching the river of time. He remembered vividly how the river had drained lifespan and law fragments from him. So he couldn’t understand why Money Body would do something like this.

His confusion turned into shock when minutes went by with Money Body nowhere to be found. Then he became numb when Money Body still didn’t show up an hour later. Next, his mind became unsettled when Money Body stayed down there for over a day.

Because of this incomprehensible action, he couldn’t concentrate on what he was doing in the real world. He was absent-minded as he flew in the direction of a small world.

His mind was busy trying to figure out what was going on. As he thought about what he was seeing, he said to himself, ’I only touched the black water for a few seconds, but I regretted doing so. But he has been there for over a day now. What is he doing down there? What is down there to do anyway?’

’If I didn’t know better, I would say that he is already dead. But I know that he is alive. So he must be safe down there.’

Eventually, Money Body came up. It was three days later, though. But despite being in the river of death for so long, he wasn’t dead yet.

After he came up, he didn’t say anything to the two who had been waiting for him. The three of them simply began flying around.

They flew around like this for four days without stopping. As usual, they circled through an invisible maze that Loki was sure didn’t exist. Then they suddenly left the second dimension.

They slipped into the third dimension. So his eyes lit up, and he said, "This must be where the real action is. I bet everything they did earlier was a facade to fool me.’

As he watched, he saw them travel in a straight line through the third dimension. The three of them flew like that until they reached the world barrier. Then they entered the world barrier and left the Blessed Heaven World.

With them out of the Blessed Heaven World, the will of the world couldn’t track them anymore. So the vision ended.

This made him say in disbelief, "That’s it? That’s what I spent more than 7 million years of my lifespan to see?"
