The shadowy appearance of this person hints at them being a deceiver. The three Divine Positions they possess also hint at them being the only rank 8 cultivators in the Deceit Pathway.

With these two hints, he could guess that this person was the Monarch Shadow Clone of the Nexus of Truth Sect. Unfortunately, this shadow figure didn’t have any golden holy flame above their heads, and they didn’t have any stars in that holy flame.

So there was no way to tell their identity by looking at them. If he hadn’t been the one to lead the shadowy figure, he would never have been able to guess that it was related to Monarch Shadow Clone.

But even though he knew that the shadowy figure was related in one way or another to Monarch Shadow Clone, he couldn’t tell whether this was a shadow clone of her’s or her true body.

He could only shake his head and say in awe, "She is just too powerful. With her Shadow Clone Metac, Shadow Puppet Metac, and Heart Demon Metac, this thief is done for."

Then he sneered and said, "If even she isn’t enough, then my backup plan would surely be enough. With his four Divine Positions, there is nothing that can save the thief today."

The second person who came was the opposite of the shadowy figure. He was a man who came in their true body and whose true body is a physical body that he can see clearly.

This man didn’t look like a normal human. This was not surprising since they were a seer. It was not surprising either that the mutations in their appearance were related to their eyes.

The man had three eyes on their face. A third eye was weird enough, but the two normal eyes were not normal either. These two eyes were either completely black or completely white.

So one eye was white while the other eye was black. As for the third eye in the middle, it was multicolored.

However, as if the extra third eye was not enough, the man also had eyes all over his body. He had a total of eight eyes on different parts of his body. Seven out of them were currently closed. Only one of them was open.

Many Eyes could see that the eye on this man’s neck was blood red. It was so bloody that it looked like a bleeding ruby.

The unnatural state of this eye made his scalp tingle when the eye turned to stare at the floating eye. This made it as if the bloody eye was staring directly at him across a vast distance.

The fear he just felt made him click his tongue in wonder and say, "Excellent power. I’m sure that he will be angry at me if they find out that I told the thief the location of their medium world, but for now, I don’t regret doing so."

This person is the owner of the medium world that Loki stole. So their purpose for coming here is clear enough. As for why Monarch Shadow Body came, he can’t tell.

Of course, he knows that Monarch Shadow Body wants to kill this thief, but he doesn’t know why she wants to do so. In fact, he was surprised when he found out that she was looking for the thief.

He hadn’t expected her to seek out the thief for revenge because she didn’t usually care about the deaths of her subordinates, so he was surprised when she started a manhunt for the thief. But he still set his surprise aside to help her find and meet the thief.

For the past few days, he had set up many eyeballs in the area around the Blessed Heaven World. He did this because he was hoping to catch a glimpse of the thief entering or leaving the Blessed Heaven World.

As it was, he wasn’t the only one on the lookout for the thief. He was just the luckiest one and was able to see the thief first.

Once he discovered the thief, he sent the location of the thief to the two leaders of an alliance. Now, all he has to do is sit back and watch the thief wail in despair.

As he watched, he saw that the indistinct shadow was the first to make a move. He was sure that they had made a move because a shadow appeared behind the thief.

The appearance of this shadow was abnormal because there was no light in the void. Without light, a shadow shouldn’t have formed. Even if a shadow could form without light, the shadow shouldn’t be able to move.

There was no reasonable explanation for a shadow that was moving independently of the object that created it. Therefore, this shadow had to be abnormal.

And just as he expected, the shadow did something that should be impossible for a normal shadow. The shadow stood up, approached the thief from behind, and merged with the back of the thief.

This caused the thief to stiffen immediately. It also caused a black layer of slime to begin to spread across the body of the thief.

The sight of the frozen thief made Many Eyes burst into laughter. He even began clapping in appreciation.

As he clapped, he said, "Good work. Now turn him into a puppet and make him bark like a dog."

Monarch Shadow Clone’s modus operandi is not exactly a secret. As someone who has lived for so long and has been investigated by many people, the main method she uses to defeat her enemies is known to well-informed people.

Many Eyes is a well-informed person, so he knows that her first move is to use the Heart Demon Metac. When he saw that abnormal shadow, he recognized it as the product of the Heart Demon Metac.

The Heart Demon Metac is a Divine Metac that will turn one’s shadow against them. If there is no shadow, the Heart Demon Metac will create one for them.
