Yin Ruxue’s face was pale. "We’ve searched the entire orphanage. Where on earth could Mengmeng have gone!"

Jiang Fan saw a panic on Yin Ruxue’s face that he had never seen before.

Junyue explained, "After the lunch break, Qian’Er brought the children out to play again. President Yin arrived a few minutes later, but we don’t know when Mengmeng disappeared. It all happened within a ten-minute window."

"Did you check the backyard?" Jiang Fan asked.

"I know this orphanage like the back of my hand. We’ve basically searched everywhere. Qian’Er is taking people to the construction site out back now."

"Mengmeng isn’t a mischievous child. She definitely wouldn’t just run off," Jiang Fan said hurriedly.

"Then you tell me, where is Mengmeng?" Yin Ruxue asked, a tear rolling down her cheek.

"Let’s focus on finding the child first. Qian’Er took people to the construction site, and the director is searching inside the orphanage. Let’s go check outside. Maybe she got worried when she couldn’t see you and ran out!"

"Mengmeng, where did you go? Did he do anything to you?" Yin Ruxue asked hurriedly.

Mengmeng looked at Liujiang River and shook her head. "When I woke up, I couldn’t find Daddy. An auntie said she could take me to find you, and then this uncle came. He gave me a lollipop and then brought me to you."
