Nolan and Freya traded blows.

Nolan swung at Freya's right side, but she quickly dodged.

Not wanting to fall behind, Freya threw a side kick at the right side of Nolan's face, but he quickly blocked it.

Their fight was fierce. Every punch and kick landed with a loud, explosive bang!

"Is that really something an ordinary human can do?" a servant muttered in awe.

Their movements were so fast that they seemed to have turned into shadows.

It wasn't just the servants. Even the soldiers clicked their tongues in admiration.

Freya was famous in military circles as an unbeatable woman.

Only Aldric could match her. Unfortunately, the two had never fought each other, so no one knew who was stronger.

Even so, based on their recorded statistics, Freya was clearly superior, especially since she possessed the "Copy" talent.

It was a talent that allowed Freya to read her opponent's movements and mimic them within just a few seconds.

Nolan was incredibly strong, but in their eyes, Freya would surely be the winner.

"Elina, did you know that guy named Nolan was this strong?" Seira asked hesitantly.

Elina smiled awkwardly.

"Sorry, Sister. To be honest, I really had no idea."

Nolan had never shown his fighting skills in front of her. Elina had previously thought he was just being cocky when he challenged Freya.

But it turned out that wasn't the case.

He really did possess such incredible abilities.

Seira fell silent, lost in thought.

Meanwhile, Nolan and Freya were still going at it.

"Gotcha!"

Freya leaped into the air and threw a spinning kick.

Nolan was caught off guard and quickly raised his arm to block it.

WHUMP!

The impact sent Nolan flying three meters backward.

The pain in both his arms left him impressed.

"This woman's abilities are truly amazing," he muttered.

He was certain that Freya had now surpassed Luvistar—or even Luke—in one-on-one combat.

"Why are you so quiet? Does it hurt?"

Freya's teasing voice snapped Nolan out of his thoughts.

He lowered his arms and gave her a faint smile.

"No. I'm just impressed. Your skills have improved greatly. You're far better than you were before."

Freya raised an eyebrow at his words.

"What do you mean? Have we met before?"

Nolan simply kept smiling without saying a word.

Freya didn't bother asking again. She darted toward him and leaped into the air, spinning vertically.

THUD!

Her heel struck Nolan's arm as he raised it to shield himself.

Freya used her momentum to twist her body and kicked toward Nolan's right side.

Nolan parried the kick with his palm before punching her in the stomach.

The blow was so powerful that Freya was sent flying backward and tumbled across the ground. However, she quickly regained her balance and got back on her feet.

"That guy's moves are really strange," she whispered, clutching her aching stomach.

She was usually able to read and anticipate all of her opponent's attacks. But she couldn't do the same with Nolan.

His movements were simple and unassuming, making them incredibly difficult to read.

Her brain had already processed countless possibilities, yet every prediction turned out to be completely useless.

Taking a deep breath, Freya assumed a fighting stance. Her gaze sharpened.

"I'm going all out this time," she said seriously.

Nolan extended his right hand and made a defiant gesture.

"Come on."

***

"Ouch!"

Nolan groaned in pain as Freya slammed him into the ground.

"Hahaha!"

Freya laughed as she let him go.

"See? You don't stand a chance against me, Nolan. Just give up."

Nolan gritted his teeth in frustration.

"No! This can't be!"

He refused to accept defeat and quickly got back on his feet.

"Let's go again!"

"Tsk! You stubborn kid," Freya grumbled.

But instead of getting annoyed, her smile widened. She didn't have a punching bag, and Nolan had just happened to become one.

The two of them clashed again.

Nolan threw a punch at her face, but Freya easily dodged it. He followed up with a kick toward her right side, but she blocked it effortlessly once again.

"What!? Damn it! I won't accept this!"

Nolan leaped forward and punched her in the face, but Freya easily blocked the blow.

Before Nolan could react, Freya slammed him into the ground.

THUD!

"Ouch!" Nolan groaned in pain.

But unlike before, Freya didn't let him go. She straddled him and pressed her arm against his neck.

"Remember this, Nolan," she said indifferently, her eyes flashing with arrogance and confidence. "No matter how much time passes, you'll never beat me. Never!"

She tightened her grip around his neck, causing Nolan's face to turn red.

"All right, end this fight."

Ragan grabbed Freya by the collar and pulled her away from Nolan.

"Whew…"

Nolan was finally able to breathe again and gasped for air.

"Are you okay?" Ragan asked worriedly.

Nolan didn't answer. He simply tried to catch his breath, which came in ragged gasps.

Ragan shook his head and shot Freya an annoyed glance.

"Can't you control yourself a little?"

"Hmph!"

Freya simply snorted and turned away without saying a word.

Nolan glared at her back, his eyes filled with hatred.

"I swear. One day, I'll get my revenge and defeat you in front of everyone!"

***

BANG!

Nolan parried Freya's powerful punch—one strong enough to knock down a tree.

Freya gritted her teeth in frustration. She could no longer remain calm. Nolan's abilities were far beyond what she had expected.

This man was a monster… a monster who had surpassed even her!

"I have to land one final blow!"

She crouched low before leaping toward him and throwing a punch at his face.

But Nolan easily caught her fist.

Before Freya could react, he slammed her into the ground.

THUD!

The impact echoed through the arena.

This time, Nolan didn't punch her like he had before. Instead, he straddled her and pressed his right arm against her neck.

"Argh!"

Freya groaned in pain. She struggled desperately to break free, but she couldn't.

Nolan's physical strength was simply greater than hers.

"E-Enough! Let her go!" Seira ordered frantically.

But Nolan ignored her. He stared intently at Freya, whose face had gone pale as the blood drained from it.

"Did you ever think this moment would come, my dearest sister?"

Freya was shocked by his words. She looked up at him weakly and asked in a trembling voice, "What… do you mean?"

Nolan smiled faintly.

"A long time ago, you soundly defeated me and said I'd never be able to beat you in my entire life. But you were wrong. I finally did it."

Freya was confused by his words. She was certain this was the first time they had ever met.

"I—"

Before she could finish, her vision grew hazy, and she finally lost consciousness.

Nolan released her and stood up.

Taking a deep breath, he felt a sense of relief wash over him.

"Finally, I got my revenge," he chuckled.

He wasn't a vengeful person, but that memory had always bothered him from time to time. So, getting it out of his system felt good.

"Freya!"

"Freya!"

Seira, Elina, Eliza, Isabella, and the others immediately rushed over to them.

Nolan looked at them and said casually, "Don't worry. She's fine."

Elina glared at him.

"What's the meaning of this, Nolan? Why did you have to go this far?"

"Go this far?"

Nolan blinked innocently.

"She's not hurt, is she? I didn't do anything wrong."

Elina had no argument against that.

"All right, Elina. That's enough," Seira interrupted, massaging her temples. "Take Freya inside. And Nolan…"

She glanced at him irritably.

"Come with me."
