Chapter 820: 820. Reaching the Top

The pink cloud carried them higher still, past the glittering restaurant levels and into the one-hundred-fiftieth floor. Here the air itself felt heavier, thick with perfume, soft music, and the low murmur of many voices. Soft pink light washed over polished corridors that stretched in every direction. Suzuka’s steps slowed. She already knew, from the way Tyler’s expression had grown quietly proud, that these floors would be far more intense than anything below.

She closed her eyes the moment the first wall came into view and refused to open them again for several long seconds.

Rows of elegant partition walls lined both sides of the wide hall. From each wall a series of rounded openings revealed the bare backsides of cultivators—women and men alike—pressed outward so that only that part of their bodies was available. The rest of them remained hidden behind the panels. Guests walked slowly past, choosing whichever shape and skin tone appealed to them, reaching out to touch, stroke, or press against the offered curves. Soft moans drifted from the far side of the walls whenever someone was particularly attentive.

A short distance farther, another set of walls presented a different arrangement. Here the openings were lower and wider. Pairs of legs, already spread, extended straight outward at face height. The hidden cultivators on the other side kept perfectly still, allowing guests to lean in and use their mouths freely. Only elegant portraits in refined costumes were fixed above each opening, giving a polite face to the otherwise anonymous service. Some guests lingered for a long time; others moved from one opening to the next, sampling different scents and textures.

Beyond those stood the glory-hole walls. Medium-sized circular openings appeared at regular intervals, each marked by a portrait of a smiling woman or man in formal attire. Guests who wished could step close, free their rods, and slide them through the holes to be received by warm mouths on the far side. The same walls also offered openings positioned for women: a guest could press her most private place against the edge so that a skilled tongue waited just beyond. Both men and women used the stations without hesitation. Many cultivators moved from one flavor of service to another, spending freely, laughing softly, or simply closing their eyes in concentration.

Suzuka kept her hands over her eyes most of the time, yet she could not block out the sounds—the wet, rhythmic noises, the occasional pleased sigh, the quiet exchange of spirit stones. When she risked a peek, her face burned hotter than before. Tyler walked beside her at an easy pace, occasionally pointing out a particularly clever design detail or the way the lighting softened every edge so that nothing looked crude.

"These floors are popular," Mel said proudly "People come from other cities just for this section. Some stay for days."

She was right. The corridors stayed busy. Groups of men and women drifted from wall to wall, choosing new partners behind the panels whenever the mood struck them. Attendants in neat uniforms moved among the guests, offering cleansing cloths, fresh scented oils, or small trays of light refreshments so no one needed to leave the area.

Mel also mentioned that the lower floors also contained gambling dens. Winners could walk away with discounted or even free tickets for exactly these services. That combination of chance and reward had drawn crowds from the very first week the hub opened. The novelty, the scale, and the sheer variety had turned the entire Pink Entertainment Hub into an immediate success. Spirit stones flowed upward through the floors like a rising tide.

They did not linger. The pink cloud continued its climb. From the one-hundred-eightieth floor onward the atmosphere changed again. These levels looked almost ordinary by comparison—wide hallways, soft carpets, numbered doors. Regular brothel rooms and private inns filled the space. Guests could rent a chamber for an hour or a night and order one companion, two, or several at once, male or female or mixed. The rooms were well appointed, with spirit lamps that adjusted to any mood and large beds that could expand or contract as needed. Many visitors treated the floors as a convenient place to sleep after long evenings below, simply adding company to the reservation.

Above the one-hundred-eightieth floor the cloud paused briefly at a restricted landing. Floors one hundred eighty-one through one hundred ninety-five belonged to the staff. Living quarters, training halls, small markets, and even a floating lake for relaxation occupied those levels. Families of long-term employees lived there in comfort; children played in supervised courtyards while their parents worked the lower floors. Clean drinking water, shops, and quiet gardens made the staff levels feel almost like a small city of their own. Customers were not permitted past the checkpoint.

The pink cloud refused to rise any higher than the one-hundred-seventy-ninth floor. Mel looked disappointed. She hovered close to Tyler and offered, a little shyly, to provide any personal service he might want before he left. Tyler only smiled, shook his head, and raised one hand.

A golden cloud descended from above, its surface gleaming with soft light. Mel’s eyes widened. Golden clouds were reserved for residents and staff who lived above the one-hundred-eightieth floor. Tyler stepped onto it without hesitation. He gave Mel a casual wave and, as the cloud began to lift, thought to himself that he would arrange a quiet promotion for her. She clearly enjoyed the hub and worked with genuine enthusiasm.

Mel stared after him for only a second before summoning a golden cloud of her own. Curiosity burned too strongly to ignore. She followed at a respectful distance, wondering whether the man was a high-ranking staff member or a permanent resident.

The golden clouds rose past the staff levels, past the one-hundred-ninety-fifth floor, and kept climbing. At the one-hundred-ninety-eighth floor an invisible barrier halted Mel’s cloud. She could go no farther. Shock flickered across her face as she watched Tyler’s cloud continue upward without resistance.

"B-Boss..." she whispered.

The final two floors—one hundred ninety-nine and two hundred—belonged solely to the owner of the Pink Entertainment Hub and to the rare guests he personally invited. No one else was allowed to set foot there. The barriers recognized Tyler at once and opened for him alone.

Suzuka, still standing on the golden cloud beside him, finally lowered her hands from her eyes. The last of the public floors had vanished below them. Only quiet sky and soft golden light remained. She glanced at Tyler, her expression a mixture of lingering embarrassment.

The cloud carried them higher still, toward the very top of the hub, where the ordinary rules of the lower floors no longer applied.

---

"Finally, we are out of that thing," she said, holding back the rest of her complaint.

"That’s entertainment," Tyler replied without looking at her.

"That’s embarrassment," she shot back, arms crossed.

They reached the top floor where the mansion waited, lights glowing soft against flying cloud that holds the whole Mansion. Once again it was Tyler’s private place quiet gardens and luxurious house.

Once again he had filled it with young maids who moved quickly whenever he returned. The moment the gates opened they appeared in neat lines, bowing and offering soft greetings. Some carried warm towels, others stood ready with drinks. The air smelled of clean wood and faint incense.

"Boss," she muttered under her breath, eyes scanning the expensive halls, "how do you even have spirit stones for all this?"

"The lower floors generate. The upper floors spend," Tyler answered. He knew the truth himself—the whole entertainment district still ran at a loss for now. That would change in the coming months once the crowds grew thicker and the tables stayed full. As for spirit stones, he could rain them across the world if the mood ever struck him. The thought barely crossed his mind before he pushed it aside.

Four girls stepped forward from the shadows of the main hall. Even Suzuka felt the weight of their presence. Golden Core realm, all of them. Private bodyguards assigned to the mansion, tasked with keeping Tyler safe whenever he stayed and, when needed, handling his other requirements without complaint. They bowed in perfect unison. Tyler gave a short nod and continued toward his bedroom.

The door had barely closed behind him when three familiar figures launched themselves onto the bed and onto him. The Sinclair Sisters—Lala, Momo, and Nana—pressed close, laughing and clinging as if no time had passed at all.

"Master... the thing you asked. We investigated," Momo said, still half-draped across his chest.

Tyler’s eyes lit up. "Oh...?"

"Apparently the materials you wanted are available," Lala continued, "but the seller insisted on meeting you in person."

"What’s her cultivation?" he asked.

"Golden Core," Nana answered, "though she keeps a Nascent Soul protector close."

Tyler smiled. "Invite them here, then. But before that..." He sealed the door with a thread of qi and pulled the three sisters closer. "Let’s have some fun."

Outside the room the four bodyguards remained in place, silent and watchful. Suzuka stood a short distance away, face warm. When she glanced at the guards she noticed their cheeks had turned the same shade of red.
