Most robots on the market are for home use, but the one Marcus Quinn has is an intelligent military model. It can not only do housework and cleaning, but also guard and alert, with built-in remote monitoring that can be integrated into a phone.

Marcus Quinn is exploring some of its special functions.

"Wow." A-Tan’s eyes lit up when she saw the robot’s round head turning back and forth and heard it say, "Lazybones, the sun is shining on your butt."

The round head of the robot was slapped by Marcus Quinn’s large hand.

The little robot looked aggrieved, "???"

"A-Tan, record your fingerprint and scan it," Marcus Quinn said.

A-Tan excitedly nodded and recorded her fingerprint. Then, the round-headed little robot scanned her, and Marcus Quinn set the highest authority for her in the settings, categorizing A-Tan as the "female owner."

"So cute." A-Tan couldn’t help but pat the robot’s head and asked, "Does it have a name?"

"It has a name, Keke Xili," the little robot said.

Keke Xili? Is that a female name? A-Tan couldn’t help but think of the famous movie "The Beautiful Legend of Keke Xili." The developer must be a straight guy.

Seeing that the robot had successfully caught A-Tan’s attention, Marcus Quinn said a bit unhappily, "Hmm, go sweep the floor."

"Okay, Marcus Quinn," the little robot said and then went off to act as a vacuum cleaner for the floor.

A-Tan: "!!!"

Marcus Quinn: "..."

"Haha, it’s really cute. Did it hear me call you Marcus Quinn, so it calls you Marcus Quinn now?" A-Tan said with a smile, thinking that this little cutie was going to be her new favorite. If taken back to the Holiday Village, it could even act as a security patrolling the area.

Seeing A-Tan’s gaze focused on the robot, Marcus Quinn turned her face back and said, "Eat."

"Oh." A-Tan started eating while watching the little Keke Xili cleaning, noticing it could even go through doorways. It originally had a round head and body, but at the doorway and steps, it could automatically extend two mechanical arms—truly adorable.

Technology today is really exploding.

Marcus Quinn suddenly felt buying this robot was a mistake and planned to send it to be a security guard at the Holiday Village once they returned.

"Hey, where did you guys get a home robot?" Yeats Howard said as he drove over to join the meal and saw the new member of the courtyard.

"Isn’t it cute?" A-Tan said excitedly.

Marcus Quinn snorted coldly.

Yeats Howard chuckled, nodded, and walked up to the robot, touching it here and there.

"Please do not disturb Keke Xili while it cleans," the little robot said.

Yeats Howard’s eyes brightened up, "Hahaha, interesting."

"What are you here for?" Marcus Quinn gave the robot a command to clean the bedroom.

"Of course, to report the latest intel. I almost forgot about this if you hadn’t mentioned it." Yeats Howard said mischievously, looking at A-Tan still naively eating porridge, "The Yarn Family held a press conference. Did you guys not know?"

A-Tan shook her head; she had just woken up.

Marcus Quinn was busy fiddling with the robot and wasn’t in the loop about these things. He rarely paid attention to entertainment gossip or news, familiar with too many internal operational rules, he wasn’t interested anymore.

Yeats Howard: "Your awareness is not high enough. You’re closing the doors and living your own life while the outside world is in chaos. Caspian Yarn hosted a press conference after returning home and realizing he couldn’t marry into the Shaw Family. He used a brilliant tactic to say that the reason he left the engagement banquet was that his long-missing former fiancée showed up. He left the banquet because he was worried about her safety."

Marcus Quinn frowned, and A-Tan’s chopsticks fell out of her mouth. Could this move really work?

"Now the media is praising him for being faithful and having a sense of duty, whereas the Shaw Family looks unkind for breaking off the engagement," Yeats Howard shrugged and said.

"That’s a comeback," A-Tan said, realizing it belatedly.

"Sis, you’re dragged into this; did you know?"

A-Tan looked at Marcus Quinn, indicating that she really had no idea.

Marcus Quinn: "Vicious intentions, not only blackening the Shaw Family but also whitewashing himself. The worst part is."

Caspian Yarn knew well what he’d done. With the marriage to the Shaw Family gone, involving A-Tan, was it just to clear his name?

"The worst part is, sis, Caspian Yarn said he and Lana Shaw were fated not to be, and he will fulfill the marriage contract to marry his former fiancée," Yeats Howard said with mischievous glee.
