The Unveiling of Secret Queen
Chapter 2501: Felix Kingsley Is Struck by Nathalie
The sales assistant’s expression suddenly became serious at the sight of the black card she pulled out.
She quickly looked up and stole a glance at Nathalie Quinlan, then silently took the black card from her hands with both hands, respectfully saying, “Madam, please wait a moment.”
Felix Kingsley watched her briskly carry the tray to the packaging area and couldn’t help but look curiously at the girl who was browsing other items.
“Ms. Quinlan, are you a VIP here?”
“Hmm?” Aside from showing a brooch to the little guy, Nathalie Quinlan had also spotted a pair of sapphire cufflinks for men. The cufflinks were in SEVEN’s typical minimalist style, with platinum holding up the sapphires, understated yet elegant, very suitable for Amadeus Yancey.
She earnestly observed the men’s cufflinks lying in the display cabinet, belatedly realizing that Felix was speaking to her: “Are you talking to me?”
Felix, seeing her finally look at him directly, quickly nodded and followed up: “I was just asking if Ms. Quinlan is a VIP here?”
The sales assistant had already packaged Edric Yancey’s little cat brooch and walked over, presenting the exquisitely wrapped gift bag with both hands.
The girl lifted her raven-black eyelashes, her beautiful eyes looking at them as she pointed to the men’s cufflinks in the display cabinet in front of her and said to the sales assistant, “I’ll take this one as well.”
Felix couldn’t help but glance at the price this time.
He thought Nathalie Quinlan had her eye on another piece of antique jewelry.
Fortunately, this wasn’t the case.
The price was labeled beneath the men’s cufflinks, yet after counting it, he realized a small pair of cufflinks cost as much as seven digits!
Felix was in a daze.
After Nathalie Quinlan finished buying what she wanted, she finally had a moment to recall his earlier question, turning around to look at him and leisurely replied, “More or less.”
“Uh…” Felix was still caught up with the fact that one pair of men’s cufflinks was in the seven-digit range, suddenly hearing Nathalie speak to him, his mind couldn’t pivot: “More or less what?”
Nathalie stretched out her pale hand, adjusted her duckbill cap, giving him a puzzled look, and answered him in an easygoing manner, “Sort of a VIP.”
Mrs. Ingram had given her SEVEN’s original card. There are only two original cards from the Pinecone Group — one in Silvania Ingram’s own hand, and the other with Nathalie Quinlan.
However, Nathalie rarely used it before.
This time was an exception.
That’s why Felix calling her a VIP wasn’t completely off.
Felix saw the sales assistant had also finished packaging the cufflinks and didn’t press Nathalie further about how she became a SEVEN VIP, demonstrating a gentlemanly spirit by asking the girl, “Ms. Quinlan, is there anything else you’d like to buy?”
Nathalie, having received the gift she wanted to purchase, shook her head: “That’s it.”
“Then I’ll give you a lift back.”
Felix touched his earring, having already forgotten the resolve he set before entering the mall.
Nathalie retrieved her card from the sales assistant, carrying the two beautifully packaged gift bags as if she were holding plastic bags, and walked ahead.
The mall was not far from the hotel where Nathalie was staying.
After safely escorting her back and watching the girl’s cool silhouette disappear into the hotel, Felix finally turned the car around.
“…Help me check what it takes to become a SEVEN brand VIP.” Felix drove with one hand on the steering wheel, tapping the Bluetooth earpiece in his ear with the other.
The Bluetooth earpiece had blue lights flashing, clearly showing it was in a call.
Felix recalled the black card Nathalie had taken out, feeling a bit curious, he added: “See what their VIP card looks like, take a photo for me. Also, find out what kind of customers can get their black card.”
