After the phone connected, Abby’s face lit up with a smile, and she began speaking softly, "Hello, may I ask if you are the author of ’Ideal Dining Companions,’ Jocelyn?"

"Yes, and you are...?"

"Hello, my name is Abby Sawyer. I am the actress playing Telma. We’ve already started filming this series today."

"Hello, hello." Jocelyn Morgan was quite surprised but very happy to receive a call from an actress; she felt a sense of inexplicable familiarity.

"I’m a newcomer actress, but I’ve always had a dream of performing, and I cherish this chance to act very much. I really like the character Telma, but I want to portray the essence and act even better, so I wanted to talk to you about Telma and see if you have some time."

"Yes, certainly." Jocelyn was more than willing to discuss the character with her.

Abby liked Telma, and Jocelyn also had a particular fondness for the character.

Although Telma is not the main character, her personality is particularly vivid and distinctive.

So these two people, exchanging ideas for the first time, were drawn together by the character Telma, chatting as if they had known each other forever, without any barriers...

Jocelyn Morgan was also a person with great emotions; every character she created in her writings was like a child she had personally crafted, full of life and flesh.

And Abby was eager to bring the soul of this character to life on screen...

Thus, the phone call was very pleasant as the two girls, who were complete strangers, chatted for an entire hour.

The talented Abby Sawyer deeply understood the information the character ought to convey—resolve, kindness, and dedication to love.

Jocelyn was very kind, providing Abby with much encouragement. Despite not meeting Abby in person, she could sense that Abby was someone with a passionate inner self.

That evening, Abby Sawyer went to bed quite late. After the call ended, she kept studying the script, determined not to slow down the show’s progress and aiming to pass in one take.

She did feel some pressure, but she was trying very hard.

At night, a car stopped in the yard in front of a certain villa.

Trevor and Janelle got out of the car, hand in hand, and walked into the living room.

It had been another beautifully joyful and fulfilling day; they went rock climbing together, realizing that they had a commendable level of courage after trying something new.

Together, they took a green train to an ancient town nearby, walking hand in hand along the blue stone steps, tasting local specialties, watching a grand live-performance, and visiting the waterfalls perched on a cliff...

They visited an orchard, picked many ripe fruits, and after returning to the city, delivered them to Old Mills and Sister Sterling...

They went horse riding, chasing after the sunset together...

After taking a bath, wearing matching couple pajamas, they came into the study room.

As usual, Janelle sat on Trevor’s lap.

In front of them was an open computer, with most of the wedding planning already done, the renderings were incredibly dreamy, with some details still being polished.

They discussed everything together, brainstorming ideas, often arriving at the same conclusions.

On the commemorative album that held 100 small tasks they needed to complete, the dates filled up more and more, with handprints covering more and more pages...

It was almost fully packed.

"I’m feeling a little tired." A wave of fatigue hit Janelle as she turned to hug his neck, "I think the wedding effect is already quite nice."

Trevor held her hand, turning his eyes to look outside the window, seeing the bright moonlight pouring down.

Janelle stood up, "Good night, you should rest early too," as she prepared to walk out.

He got up and gently turned her by the shoulders, "I’ll take you to the rooftop to enjoy the breeze."

"I don’t want to go; I’m really a bit tired today." Her voice was also weary, "I want to sleep. We walked over ten thousand steps along the old town steps."

Trevor then gently held her shoulders, looking at her affectionately, "It won’t take too long, just for a while?"

Why was he so persistent?

In the past, no matter what, he would mostly accommodate her; if she said she was tired, he would accompany her to rest early.

So... did he have something planned for her tonight?

"Alright then." Janelle agreed, becoming slightly expectant, curious about what he had in mind.

Thus, Trevor led her by the hand, walking together, as they went up to the rooftop.

The warm yellow ambiance lights blinked on and off, while numerous pots of various types of roses were blooming, under the clear moonlight and bright lights, the wind blew, swaying the floral designs.

This certainly was a carefully arranged courtyard scene.

Trevor bent down on one knee, took out a small box, and from inside of it took out a ring...
