Chapter 249: Chapter 249: I’m Going to Flatten the Martial Arts Association, Flatten It

Ma Hui distinctly heard an explosive CRACK above his head, immediately followed by a muffled groan.

Confused, Ma Hui opened his eyes to see a young man standing before him.

It was Ye Feng!

Ma Hui glanced at the ground and saw Meng Xiong collapsed, endlessly spewing mouthfuls of blood.

Ma Hui stared at Ye Feng, his eyes nearly bulging from their sockets. ’He can take down even Meng Xiong in a single move?’

He’d thought Ye Feng was only acting so arrogantly because he had Ouyang Nan’s backing. Now, it was clear that wasn’t the case at all. The man was an unparalleled master in his own right!

As he looked at Ye Feng, his eyes filled with reverence.

At that moment, Meng Xiong struggled to his feet. Staring at Ye Feng, he asked coldly, "Who are you?"

Ye Feng looked at Meng Xiong and asked calmly, "I’ll ask you just one thing: who hired you to assassinate my fourth senior sister, Feng Qingwu?"

Meng Xiong’s pupils constricted for a moment before quickly returning to normal. He looked at Ye Feng and said arrogantly:

"So that’s why you’ve come. Fine, I’ll tell you. I couldn’t stand the sight of that bitch, so I wanted to kill her. Are you satisfied with that answer?"

Ye Feng looked at Meng Xiong and chuckled. "Is that so? Very well. In that case, I’ll have your entire Meng family die for your foolishness!"

"Haha..." Before Ye Feng had even finished speaking, Meng Xiong erupted in wild laughter. "Kill my whole family? You think you’re worthy?!

Let me tell you, the forty-plus members of my Meng family are all martial artists! If we join forces, even you won’t be leaving this place alive! You want to wipe out my clan? You’re not worthy!"

The words had barely left his mouth when a calm voice spoke from behind Ye Feng. "The Young Pavilion Master isn’t worthy? Then what do you think if you add us?"

As the voice spoke, a middle-aged man in a red training uniform strode forward. Embroidered over his heart was a blood-red dragon so ferocious it looked ready to leap off the fabric and take flight.

Meng Xiong, who stood with his back to the entrance, was instantly enraged to hear someone openly challenge him. He spun around to face the newcomer and roared in fury:

"Who the fuck do you think you are? What gives you the right to act all high and mighty in front of me..."

But in the next moment, Meng Xiong recognized the man, and the color drained from his face.

The newcomer was none other than the Grand Master of the Dragon King Pavilion, Ouyang Nan.

Meng Xiong might have the right to be arrogant in front of others, but before a man like Ouyang Nan, he could only kneel!

So, upon recognizing Ouyang Nan, his face broke into a fawning smile. He scurried forward, stopping in front of Ouyang Nan to say:

"Oh, I didn’t realize it was Squad Leader Ouyang gracing us with your presence! Forgive my disrespect!"

But Ouyang Nan didn’t spare him so much as a glance. He walked straight to Ye Feng’s side and said respectfully:

"Ouyang Nan, Grand Master of the Dragon King Pavilion, greets the Young Pavilion Master!"

BOOM!

The words struck Meng Xiong like a bolt of lightning. He froze, his face instantly turning deathly pale.

He never could have imagined that this young man was the ultimate authority of the Dragon King Pavilion.

Snapping back to his senses, he staggered toward Ye Feng, forcing a smile onto his face as he cried out:

"Oh! I had no idea you were the Young Pavilion Master of the Dragon King Pavilion! Please forgive me for my earlier offensive words!"

Ye Feng didn’t even look at Meng Xiong. Instead, he turned to Ouyang Nan and said calmly:

"Do it."

"Yes!" Ouyang Nan acknowledged. With a wave of his hand, he bellowed:

"Move out! Round up all forty-plus members of the Meng family and bring them here! Don’t let a single one escape!"

"Yes, sir!" Jin Hao replied, leading the men of the Dragon King Pavilion in a direct charge into the Meng family estate.

After a flurry of screams and cries, Meng Xiong watched helplessly as all forty-plus members of his family were dragged out and kicked to their knees before Ye Feng.

Ye Feng’s cold gaze swept over the kneeling crowd. "Send them on their way," he said indifferently.

Ma Hui, who had been on the verge of being beaten to death by Meng Xiong just moments ago, was already seething with rage. Hearing Ye Feng’s command, he was overjoyed.

He charged forward, swinging the machete in his hand and chopping down directly on the head of Meng Xiong’s son, Meng Fan.

With a sickening THWACK, Meng Fan’s head was lopped clean off. Blood sprayed three feet into the air as his body collapsed, twitched for a moment, and then went still.

Ma Hui moved over to Meng Fan’s wife and raised the machete high again.

Meng Xiong let out a bloodcurdling scream. He scrambled on his hands and knees to Ye Feng, kowtowing repeatedly. "Please, stop killing them! I’m begging you!"

Ye Feng bent down, looked calmly at Meng Xiong, and said, "Feng Qingwu is my fourth senior sister. She is the one person in this world you do not touch. But you arranged to have her killed. You’ve crossed a line that should never have been crossed.

Now, you will pay the price. The lives of the forty-plus members of your Meng family will be the payment for your stupidity!"

The moment Ye Feng finished speaking, Ma Hui’s machete fell again. The head of Meng Fan’s wife rolled away.

Seeing two of his family members—alive and standing before him just moments ago—reduced to cold corpses in the blink of an eye, Meng Xiong finally broke. He burst into tears, shrieking at Ye Feng:

"It wasn’t my idea to kill Chairman Feng! Someone hired me!"

Ye Feng leaned down and enunciated a single word: "Who?"

"The steward of the Martial Arts Association, Li Rui!"

After blurting it out, Meng Xiong collapsed completely. He had betrayed his employer; the Martial Arts Association would never spare him now.

"So, the Martial Arts Association," Ye Feng mused, nodding as a chilling glint flashed in his eyes.

’Martial Arts Association... I was planning to let you live one more day, but you just had to jump out on your own. Fine. Then tonight, the Martial Arts Association will be annihilated!’

With that, Ye Feng strode briskly outside, his cold words drifting back over his shoulder:

"I can spare your family, but you dared to reach for my fourth senior sister with your filthy paws. For that, you will not live!"

The moment his voice faded, Ouyang Nan’s blade rose and fell, slicing off Meng Xiong’s head. He and Ma Hui then led their men to follow Ye Feng.

Behind them, the remaining members of the Meng family collapsed to the ground, a sobbing, hysterical mess.

At the villa’s entrance, Ye Feng looked at Ouyang Nan and said calmly, "Gather all our men. Tonight, I will raze the Martial Arts Association’s headquarters to the ground!"

Ma Hui’s face paled upon hearing this, and he turned to look at Ouyang Nan.

Ouyang Nan hesitated, then gritted his teeth and looked at Ye Feng. "Young Pavilion Master, the Martial Arts Association is incredibly powerful. Their eight Grand Elders are masters of their craft, and their chairman, Jiang Yongsheng, is unfathomably strong. Even I am no match for him. If we attack them rashly now, our chances of success are far too low!"

Ye Feng replied nonchalantly, "Powerful? Just how powerful can they be? You just gather the men and go. I’ll take care of the rest."

Hearing Ye Feng’s supremely confident declaration, Ouyang Nan assumed he must have an ace up his sleeve. His eyes lit up, and he nodded, immediately taking out his phone to make a call.

Seeing a top figure from the Dragon King Pavilion making a move, Ma Hui felt a surge of confidence. "How could I miss out on something this big?" he roared. "I’ll call my guys and add to the show!"

With that, he whipped out his phone and made a call. The moment it connected, he bellowed, "Get the brothers together, now! Tonight, we’re going to flatten the Martial Arts Association! Flatten it!"

A small smile touched the corners of Ye Feng’s lips. He was just about to get into his car when his phone began to ring insistently. He picked it up and saw the caller ID: Qin Nuannuan.
