Chapter 317: Chapter 317: Unwrapped or Not, You’re Still a Condom
「The next morning.」
A private jet landed at Jilong International Airport.
Two people disembarked from the jet and headed for the airport exit.
Ye Feng and Ouyang Qiu.
Just as the two reached the airport exit, a group of people came forward to greet them. At their head was a middle-aged man in his early forties. He was dressed in expensive clothes, his head held high with an air of conceited pride.
Seeing Ye Feng, he walked over and looked at him, asking coolly, "You must be Ye Feng?"
Ye Feng looked at the middle-aged man. "And you are?"
The middle-aged man announced imperiously, "I am Du Lei, Chief Ambassador of the Great Xia Empire to Malaysia!
"The Great Xia Empire’s diplomatic corps has already given me a heads-up and told me to look after you. As long as you’re sensible, I’ll handle any problems that come your way!"
Ye Feng took in Du Lei’s swaggering arrogance, a flicker of amusement in his eyes. He stared at Du Lei with mock surprise. "What did you say your name was? Du-rex? Like the condom?"
Beside him, Ouyang Qiu couldn’t help but let out a snort of laughter, quickly covering her mouth.
"You..." Du Lei hated it when people made fun of his name. Hearing Ye Feng’s remark, he flew into a rage.
"My name is Du Lei! There’s no ’x’!"
Ye Feng nodded. "Ah, so it’s not out of the wrapper yet. Wrapped or unwrapped, you’re still a condom!"
Ouyang Qiu was practically dying of laughter. Du Lei’s face went pale with rage. He glared at Ye Feng and ground out,
"If you weren’t a diplomatic envoy, I’d make you pay for that right now! I suggest you tone it down. Otherwise, you’re going to have a very hard time in Malaysia!"
The men behind Du Lei looked at Ye Feng, their eyes filled with pity.
’To make an enemy of Du Lei right after arriving in Malaysia... this guy is in for a world of hurt,’ they thought.
Du Lei didn’t spare Ye Feng another glance. He turned and strode toward a nearby car. "Get in."
Ye Feng, however, paid him no mind. He turned to Ouyang Qiu, pointed to a Chinese restaurant ahead, and said with a smile,
"Fifth Senior Sister, are you hungry? How about we grab some breakfast over there?"
Ouyang Qiu was indeed hungry. She smiled and nodded, and the two of them started walking toward the restaurant.
Du Lei, watching them go, called out coldly, "There’s breakfast at the embassy. Get in the car, and you can eat there!"
Ye Feng ignored him completely, leading Ouyang Qiu straight into the Chinese restaurant.
"You..." When had Du Lei ever been so openly disrespected? He was so furious he wanted to storm off, but he couldn’t. An official directive from above had ordered him to give Ye Feng a proper reception.
Du Lei gritted his teeth. ’Such an arrogant little brat. I’ll make you regret this!’
Swallowing his anger, he led his entourage into the restaurant and stood a short distance from Ye Feng’s table like a group of bodyguards.
Ye Feng and Ouyang Qiu had just sat down when a young Great Xia girl with a sweet face came over. She smiled brightly at them. "Hi there! What can I get for you?"
Hearing such a warm greeting, Ouyang Qiu felt a sudden sense of being at home. She smiled and said,
"We’ll have some steamed buns, fried dough sticks, a bowl of spicy pepper soup, and a few side dishes, please."
The girl nodded and quickly brought their food to the table.
"Enjoy your meal! Just let me know if you need anything," the girl said with a smile. The words had barely left her mouth when a group of men barged into the restaurant.
They all had tattoos on their arms and were clearly up to no good.
Their leader was a big, bald man with a brutish face and a Cyan Dragon tattoo on his neck. With his hands in his pockets, his head held high, and a cigar dangling from his lips, he had a face that was just begging to be punched.
When the girl saw the bald man, a flicker of fear was evident in her eyes. She bit her lip and turned to head back to the kitchen.
But one of his cronies, a man with braids, stepped forward and blocked her path. He looked her over and chuckled menacingly.
"Yaoyao, don’t try to run," he sneered. "Just be a good girl and come with us. The boss wants you to come have a drink with him."
With that, he reached out to grab her.
"Don’t touch me! I’m not going with you!" the girl shrieked, scrambling backward in a panic.
The braided man’s eyes bulged as he roared, "Li Yao, our boss taking an interest in you is your good fortune! Don’t be a fucking ungrateful bitch, or I’ll make sure you can’t work here anymore!"
He then advanced on the girl, Li Yao, again.
Li Yao backed away, crying out, "I’d rather leave this place than go with you!"
The man flew into a rage. "You shameless bitch! You think this is up to you?
I’m telling you, you’re coming with us whether you like it or not! Let me be blunt: our boss plans on breaking you in tonight!"
With that, he lunged and grabbed for the girl.
With nowhere to run, the girl was about to be caught. She was terrified and screamed,
"Somebody, help me!"
As soon as she cried out, a few diners who could no longer stand by and watch began to rise from their seats.
But the braided man swept his gaze across the room and announced belligerently,
"The Cyan Dragon Gang is conducting business! Anyone with a death wish, feel free to step forward!"
Hearing his threat, the faces of the diners who had stood up changed instantly. They all meekly sat back down. Not a single person dared to interfere.
The braided man nodded in satisfaction. He turned to Li Yao with a triumphant smirk.
"See that? You can scream your lungs out, and no one will come to save you. So stop fighting and get over here!"
He reached for Li Yao again.
A look of utter despair flashed in Li Yao’s eyes. She squeezed them shut, tears of humiliation trickling from the corners. She knew she wouldn’t be able to escape her fate today.
But in the next instant, she heard a piercing shriek. Li Yao opened her eyes in confusion. She saw the braided man clutching his right hand, from which a chopstick protruded, having pierced straight through his palm. Blood spurted everywhere in a gruesome display.
The man scanned the room, his eyes bloodshot, and roared, "Who did it?! Who?! If you have the fucking balls, show yourself!"
Before he could finish, a peanut shot through the air and—THWACK!—it knocked out one of his front teeth, filling his mouth with blood.
"Who is it?! Who?!"
The braided man was going insane.
Then, Ye Feng spoke up casually. "That would be me."
The man immediately rushed over to Ye Feng, pointing a trembling finger in his face as he roared, "You fucking dare to interfere with the Cyan Dragon Gang’s business? You’re dead, kid! You’re so dead!"
But before he could finish, Ye Feng raised his hand and—CRACK!—a vicious slap sent the man flying. He crashed through several tables before finally coming to a stop, covered in the food and leftovers from the overturned furniture. He was a pathetic sight.
Ye Feng looked down at the man and said coldly, "A dog like you thinks he can bully people? You were asking for it."
The man trembled all over. He turned to look at his bald leader.
The bald man’s expression turned icy. He strode up to Ye Feng and glared. "You dare to touch a member of my Cyan Dragon Gang? You must have a death wish—"
Before the bald man could finish his sentence, Ye Feng kicked him square in the stomach, sending him flying. He crashed heavily to the ground, his face already bruising and swelling.
Ye Feng looked down at the man on the floor and sneered, "I did. So what?"
