Chapter 56: Chapter 56: You Think You Can Teach Me How to Behave?

「Jiangcheng Train Station.」

A young man stood there, glancing around. He was massive, a full two meters tall. His clothes couldn’t hide his bronze skin or his bulging muscles, which looked packed with explosive power.

He was holding a ginseng root, gnawing on it as he mumbled, "Bro, where are you? If you don’t get here soon, I’m gonna starve."

It was Ye Feng’s brother, Ah Dao.

Just then, a nearby bald man sniffed the air, and his eyes shot wide open. ’What a rich ginseng scent.’

He looked around and was shocked to see Ah Dao holding a ginseng root, munching away on it with great relish.

The bald man’s face instantly clouded over.

’Just from the scent, he could tell this ginseng was at least a hundred years old, yet this big oaf was chomping on it like a carrot. CRUNCH, CRUNCH. What a goddamn waste! It’s like casting pearls before swine!’

He walked straight up to Ah Dao, pointed at the root in his hand, and said bluntly, "I want that ginseng. Give it to me."

Hearing this, Ah Dao quickly clutched the ginseng to his chest and shook his head frantically. "No! I need this to fill my belly!"

The moment Ah Dao finished speaking, a few thugs with brightly colored hair behind the bald man doubled over with laughter.

"Where the hell did this big oaf pop out from? All you know how to do is eat, huh? Haha..."

One of them, a guy with green hair, finally managed to suppress his laughter. He looked at Ah Dao and said, "Our boss told you to hand over the ginseng, so you’d better hand it over right now. Or we’ll beat you up, you believe that?"

"No, I won’t give it to you! Then I’ll have nothing to eat," Ah Dao shouted nervously, hiding the ginseng behind his back.

The green-haired guy’s eyes bulged. "You fucking dare talk back to me? Believe me, I’ll fucking kill you!"

At this point, some kind-hearted bystanders could see Ah Dao was a bit simple-minded and quickly tried to persuade him. "Hey, young man, do you know who that bald guy is? He’s Lin Bao, the boss of this whole train station area. They call him Leopard. You can’t afford to mess with him. Just give him the ginseng. No matter how valuable it is, it’s not worth more than your life!"

"No! I won’t give it to him," Ah Dao shouted stubbornly.

The bald man looked at Ah Dao and chuckled coldly. "You’ve got guts, kid, disrespecting me, Lin Bao of Jiangcheng. But you’re about to find out there’s a price to pay for your recklessness."

With that, he waved his hand and ordered arrogantly, "Get him! Snatch that ginseng and chop off his legs! That’s the price for disobedience."

The green-haired thug pulled out a steel pipe, tapping it in his hand as he snickered. "Hey guys, don’t mind his size. I bet I can take him down with one swing. You believe me?"

A guy with yellow hair behind him laughed. "I don’t believe you. How about a bet? If you can really take him down, a trip to the Hundred Flowers Building tonight is on me!"

"You’re on! Just watch me!" The green-haired thug cackled, walked up to Ah Dao, leaped into the air, and brought the steel pipe swinging down toward Ah Dao’s head.

The onlookers sighed to themselves. ’The big guy wouldn’t listen. Now he’s done for!’

But what happened next made everyone’s eyeballs nearly pop out of their sockets.

Before the thug’s steel pipe could even reach him, Ah Dao shot his right foot out in a kick.

The green-haired thug let out a piercing shriek and went flying like a kite with a snapped string. He crashed heavily to the ground, and with a GAG, a spray of blood erupted from his mouth. He twitched a couple of times and then passed out.

The onlookers stared, their jaws on the floor. ’Good heavens, he’s that strong?’

The bald man’s eyes shot wide. "Holy shit! He hurt one of my men! Brothers, get him! Cripple him for me!"

The five or six men behind him roared in agreement, raised their weapons, and charged at Ah Dao like wild animals.

What happened next completely stunned the crowd. Ah Dao charged forward like a tank. Men flew through the air at his slightest touch, collapsing the instant he brushed past. In the space of two breaths, every single one of them was on the ground.

The bald man stared at Ah Dao, his mouth hanging open, utterly speechless. ’God, how can he be so ferocious?’

He finally realized he’d picked a fight with the wrong person. He took two steps back and shouted with false bravado, "Kid, you just wait! This isn’t over!"

He turned to run, but in the next instant, a figure blocked his path. A sharp slap sent him stumbling backward. The newcomer looked down at him and asked calmly,

"How is it ’not over’?"

The bald man looked up to see a young man standing before him.

It was Ye Feng.

Seeing Ye Feng, Ah Dao immediately ran over, threw his arms around him, and shouted excitedly, "Bro!"

Ye Feng hugged Ah Dao back and said with a smile, "Let’s go. I’ll make you something good to eat when we get back."

With that, he put his arm around Ah Dao, and they walked toward a car.

The bald man scrambled up from the ground. Watching them leave, he gritted his teeth and snarled, "Bastards! You think you can just walk away after hitting me? In your dreams! You dared to offend me, and today you’re going to pay a heavy price!"

He then pulled out his phone and made a call. As soon as it connected, he yelled into it,

"Master San, it’s Leopard! I’m getting bullied over here at the station! They crippled several of my brothers! You’ve got to help us get even!"

A cold snort came from the other end of the line. "Leopard, put him on the phone. Let me teach him a lesson on how to conduct himself!"

Leopard nodded, ran over to the car, and with a smug smile, intercepted Ye Feng as he was about to get in. "Bastard, Master San is going to teach you a lesson!

"Let me tell you, we work for Cui Biao, the underground emperor of Jiangcheng! You laid a hand on his men, so you’re dead today! Not even God himself can save you!"

Ye Feng turned his head, glanced at the phone, and said a single sentence. The bald man beside him instantly froze, utterly dumbfounded.
