Unholy Priest: Reborn with a Glitched Lust System
Chapter 71: Meeting Dina
The moment she stood up, Aiden could see her exact height; her head was around where his stomach was, and the most important reason: her breasts were completely disproportionate to her size; she had very huge knockers.
“Miss Katarina, and… Oh my goddess… A male priest,” She mumbled as she swallowed her saliva.
Aiden couldn’t believe what he was seeing. From his position, he was looking down at her, or rather, down at her milkers, and he could see everything; just a few centimeters downward, and he would be able to see her nipples.
“Dina, I see you’re engrossed in your research as always, but we need help- a request coming directly from the king,” Katarina said, but Dina wasn’t paying attention; she was looking around as if searching for something.
Then Aiden and Kat heard the humming sound once again, and since Dina, who was in front of them wasn’t humming, Kat turned towards her, and from her eyes Dina knew she wanted an explanation.
“You see, I discovered something some days ago while I was researching. I know it’s not ethical, but you have to look on the bright side,” Dina spoke frantically, and the next moment the three of them heard footsteps coming, and soon another figure was in sight.
An exact replica of Dina was walking towards them, her head buried in a book as she made her way forward. She was so focused on the book that she didn’t notice the two of them until she was right in front of Aiden.
“Move,” Dina said as she stood in front of Aiden. She didn’t bother to look up, thinking she was in front of another clone, until she heard Katarina’s voice.
“Dina?” Kat spoke, her voice hoarse, and her face had turned expressionless.
Then Dina looked up to see Aiden staring directly at her. The moment she noticed his clothing and then looked over to the side to see a replica of herself, the book she held dropped to the floor.
“Your Holiness and Miss Kat, this isn’t what it seems. You should know I wasn’t planning…”
“I’m going to kill you,” Kat said as she took a step forward.
“Katie, you’re letting your temper get the better of you. You should know this is for a good…causeee…” Dina shouted as she turned around and dashed away.
Kat immediately chased after her while Aiden turned around, but the other replica was gone. It didn’t run away; instead, it disappeared, meaning the one Kat was chasing was most likely the original.
‘This is a very good chance; I don’t even have to bring up the topic of clones. There’s no better chance to obtain the cloning spell than now,’ Aiden muttered as a smile formed on his face.
The chase had finally stopped with Dina on her knees in front of Kat and Aiden.
“Are you going to explain?’ Kat asked.
“Your Holiness, I know how this must seem, but I promise you, I’ve never used the spell outside of this library, and I used it for a different reason. I know how the church feels about forbidden magic, but I didn’t use it to do any harm; instead, it was to further the kingdom’s interest,” Dina said, looking at Aiden.
She knew there was an attack and the devastation it caused to the church; then she heard there was a male survivor, which was the best news, as everyone believed all the priests had perished, and since this male was in front of her in what clearly was a robe meant for a priest, she could only assume he was the male priest.
Given the fact that he came with Katarina, it was her conclusion, and she knew how the church feels about forbidden magic, so her best bet was to convince Aiden, even tho she would probably be unsuccessful.
“Further the kingdom’s interest with a clone spell?” Aiden asked.
“Yes, I tweaked the spell a little bit, and after weeks of trial and error, I perfected it. I can create a clone, have that clone read a book, and when I cancel the clone spell, the memories of that clone are transferred back to me, so I can complete two tasks at once in the same timeframe,” Dina said.
“With that, I’ve managed to read through more information and correct even more spells. I’ve made some corrections to that dark magic spell you showed me, the one you created. I’ve made it more powerful and increased the range of the spell,” Dina spoke as she turned to Katarina. After that, she got off her knees and sat down on the floor.
“Wait… You can create a clone, and that clone can learn information, and when the spell is canceled, you get that information. Can the clone do that for training, and you get the effects of the training without actually training?” Aiden asked.
“Yes, you get what I was trying to do, but unlike reading, I found out that training is a little difficult. With reading, you get the complete information, but if a clone trained for days and then the spell is canceled, the effect is reduced. I still haven’t been able to overcome that problem,” Dina replied.
‘Oh my God, she’s a genius… Instead of learning spells, I can simply learn the clone spell and have my clones practice magic, spells, and everything, then I cancel the clone spell, and all that experience is mine’
“That is your explanation for using forbidden magic? To increase your knowledge, you have all the time to read books, and you’re choosing a shortcut; it’s unlike you?” Kat spoke.
“I’m not going to live long enough to acquire all the knowledge I want. My kind only live for around 300 – 400 years, and I’m going to be 61 this year; I have around 300 years left to live,” Dina replied.
‘I knew she wasn’t human, and she’s not an elf either. With her height, she’s most likely a dwarf, but dwarfs are mostly blacksmiths; at least that is what most fantasy made them out to be, or maybe she’s a halfling… But she’s 60 years old; that means she’s older than Katarina, and she’s stacked; look at those boobs’
“So that is what you have been working on all this while? We came here for something different, Your Holiness,” Kat spoke as she sat down on the floor.
*Cough*
Aiden cleared his throat as he was getting carried away. “The elven queen is currently in the palace, and she’s sick. She’s suffering from something called memory collapse,” Aiden said as he also sat on the ground.
“Memory Collapse? I’ve never heard of that before,” Dina muttered.
“The elves called it Eternal Slumber”
“Eternal Slumber… It’s a disease that only affects long-lived elves. According to what I read, it has no cure, and I’ve never seen someone up close to know if I would be able to cure it… Wait, you called it memory collapse?” Dina asked.
“Yes, that is the main cause of the sickness. The memories of the elves are too much for her brain to handle, so it shut itself off, eventually turning into the Eternal Slumber the elves know,” Aiden replied.
“Oh… How did you know that? The goddess really isn’t fair,” Dina scoffed.
“What are you saying in front of a priest?” Kat mouthed.
“I want to be able to analyze diseases and sickness too, but you must have holy magic. Just so you know, I’ve tried to replicate holy magic, but I just can’t”
“You’ve tried?” Kat asked.
“Of course, when you see something you don’t understand, you try to understand it, but with holy magic it’s impossible,” Dina said.
“Maybe you just aren’t trying hard enough,” Aiden replied, causing both of them to turn towards him. “You’re intelligent from what I can see; you should be able to replicate it if you try hard enough”
Aiden spoke. He had no idea how or what she was doing to replicate holy magic, but he didn’t care; he simply needed her to like him to a degree since he needed her tweaked clone spell for himself.
“Would you let me use you as a test subject? I won’t do anything to harm you, of course; I just want…’
“No, and just so you know, you can’t do anything to harm me,” Aiden replied with a smirk.
“Really… What if I…”
“We’re getting sidetracked here. Focus on the important thing: how do we cure the elven queen? His Holiness wanted to ask if you have a memory alteration spell or something similar,” Kat said.
“A spell to wipe some of her memories, not all, but enough that it doesn’t weigh too much on her brain; that should stop the collapse,” Aiden added.
“There is something of sorts around here, but it’s not alteration; it’s a spell to completely wipe all memories. That is why I didn’t touch or go anywhere near it. Some of these spells were built into the spellbook; I don’t want to accidentally wipe my memories for a spell,” Dina responded.
