She arrived at the counter, and she could see three of the chefs seated on the floor, laughing with a single plate of food in front of them, each of them holding cards in their hands.

One of them was male, and the other two were female; a single plate of finger food was in front of them: potatoes cut into smaller pieces and fried, also with other tiny finger foods.

“It seems you’re having a good time,” Katarina said, startling the three of them as they dropped the cards.

“Ohh, Miss Katarina,” The eldest female spoke as she stood up almost immediately, and the rest followed.

“Don’t worry, you can go back to your game. I need one of you to serve any meal you have, something for…” Katarina turned around, and the three of them looked towards Aiden.

“Oh my goddess!! It’s a priest… Your Holiness,” The female spoke as she bowed her head towards Aiden; the other two followed suit, bowing their head towards Aiden.

Because of the commotion, the student seated at the edge with her face buried in a book finally looked up to see Katarina, the head of the academy.

She couldn’t believe her eyes. Even though Katarina was the head of the academy, she wasn’t in charge of teaching, but she could be a guest instructor sometimes, and almost everyone in the academy aspires to be as powerful as she is.

She immediately stood up from the chair and began walking towards Katarina to greet her when her eyes moved to the male beside her, and in an instant she froze as she noticed his clothes.

Aiden waved the chefs off as they rushed into the kitchen to bring something out for him, and then both he and Kat turned to find chairs to sit on when they saw the student just standing there, staring at them.

“Why aren’t you asleep, or at least in your room? You do know it’s nighttime?” Kat asked.

“Miss Katarina… I came here to read a book; my roommate can’t sleep without the crystal off, and Your Holiness,” She mumbled as she turned towards Aiden.

‘Wow, she’s pretty,’ Aiden muttered under his breath as he glanced at her face before turning away.

Kat walked away and sat in one of the single chairs close to the wall, and Aiden sat in front of her. Before long, the chefs brought in two trays of food with two plates in each tray, along with cups of water.

The meal was quick and simple. The chefs watched from behind the counter while enjoying their finger food; this was much more interesting than the card game they were playing.

Aiden and Kat didn’t talk at all, as both of them were busy eating. As it turned out, she was also quite hungry, and once they were done and stood up, the chefs cleared the table.

“See you later, Miss Katarina, Your Holiness.” The chefs bowed as Kat and Aiden stepped outside the dining hall.

“Dina would probably be in the library, or underground right now, so we should head there,” Kat said.

“Alright, I saw the library; it’s over there, right?” Aiden asked as he pointed towards the direction of the library, and she nodded.

They exited the main building, walking for a short while before reaching the doors of the library. The library was one of the largest buildings in the academy, and from the looks of it, it had several floors, with tall windows at the top.

Several crystals lined the library, glowing brightly like the rest of the buildings, and as soon as the door was pushed open, a smile formed on Aiden’s face.

Aiden stepped inside as his eyes wandered around; the library was enormous.

Bookshelves stretched from the floor to the ceiling, filling almost every part of the room. There were thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of books arranged neatly on the shelves, and tiny crystals surrounded the entire library, giving off a faint glow.

There were also reading tables scattered around the room, with stairs leading to the upper floors.

“Do you know how many books are here?”

“Too many to count. The library was here even before my grandmother was born, too many stories and histories, not just spell books”

“Have you read them all?” Aiden asked with a smile, and Katarina chuckled.

“Of course not; it’s almost impossible for you to read the entire content of the library unless you have nothing better to do with your time, or you’re Dina”

“She’s read everything?” Aiden asked as he looked up to the upper floors, which had even more books.

“Not everything, but I’m sure she’s going to; it’s only a matter of time,” Kat said as she walked forward, heading towards a door at the end of the library.

“How do you even find books in here?” Aiden asked as he walked forward. He didn’t see a librarian, and even if there was a librarian, the books were just too much for one person to handle.

“The library has its own system; I can show you later if you want,” Kat said as she pushed the door open.

Inside, there was a staircase leading down to the underground library. Both of them walked down the stairs, and the further down they went, the colder the air became; even the walls changed from polished stone to dark stones that radiated a bit of mana.

They finally arrived at the bottom of the stairs and were met with a large door, and unlike a typical door, this one didn’t have a handle, and it could not be pushed.

Aiden could already feel mana pouring out from the door, and he knew it must be the sealed door; there was no way an intruder could get this open, that much was sure.

Several layers of magic circles had been carved across its surface, and Katarina stepped forward.

She raised her right hand, and a small magic circle appeared on her palm as she infused mana into her hand before placing it against the door. The magic circle on her hand connected with the symbols on the door, and one after the other, the magic circles disappeared, with Aiden hearing clicking sounds.

A loud final click followed as the seal was removed, then Kat pulled her hands away from the door as it slowly creaked open and moved itself.

A cold breeze came from the other side of the door as it finally opened enough for them to pass through, and as soon as they walked in, the door closed behind them, creating a loud sound.

The underground library was completely different from the one above; it had only one floor, and Aiden could count the number of shelves with his eyes alone as he looked around.

This library didn’t just contain books; there were several magic objects placed around the room too as they walked forward, and then they heard a humming sound, and not just from one direction, but from different paths of the library.

A faint humming sound, which they followed until they arrived at an open space where a figure was lying on the floor.

Dina was lying on the floor in the middle of the room, humming a song; she had glasses on, which sat perfectly on her face. Her pale blue hair was a complete mess, as if she hadn’t bothered to brush it in days.

She was dressed in a loose white cloak, which had become wrinkled from spending too much time on the floor. Underneath the cloak was a tight top, along with black underwear, as she had no pants on

A book was in front of her, and she had a scroll to the side and a quill along with ink sitting beside her as she wrote some notes inside the scroll.

She was so focused that she didn’t even notice the two people standing in front of her.

Aiden took a closer look at her. She had slightly longer ears than a human, but not long enough to be an elf. She was also short; sure some humans were short, but hers was so evident.

Also, now that they were in front of her, Aiden could still hear humming sounds coming from somewhere else in the library.

“Dina,” Katarina said, but didn’t get a response. Aiden was about to think she was purposely ignoring them when she smiled brightly and began writing something inside the scroll.

“DINAAAAA!!” Kat shouted, and she looked up as her eyes widened. Immediately, she dropped the quill and stood up on her feet with a bright smile on her face, and Aiden nearly choked on his breath.

The moment she stood up, Aiden could see her exact height; her head was around where his stomach was, and the most important reason: her breasts were completely disproportionate to her size; she had very huge knockers.

“Miss Katarina, and… Oh my goddess… A male priest,” She mumbled as she swallowed her saliva.
