Chapter 309: Unkillable Pervert Gets Questioned

Damian stepped back into the private room while the chaos outside continued.

Cynthia looked toward the distant mountain, then back at him. "Master... it seems you need to go now."

Damian sighed and nodded. "Yeah."

He glanced outside again, still looking slightly confused. "But seriously... how the hell did she change this much?"

Linsey raised an eyebrow.

Damian continued, "When I first met Cassandra, she was basically just a cold queen."

Helena nodded slightly.

Damian folded his arms. "Even at the festival, she was still cold. Sure, she had warmed up a little compared to before... probably because she thought I died."

His expression became strange. "But now?"

Damian pointed toward the mountain. "She comes back from one rebirth and suddenly turns into a fucking crazy bitch."

Linsey covered her mouth, trying not to laugh.

Evelyn calmly added, "Accurate."

Cynthia thought for a moment before speaking. "I think it’s because she has completely become a demonic cultivator."

Damian looked toward her.

Cynthia continued, "Basically, because of her transformation into a demonic cultivator, she’s still Cassandra. It’s just that her personality has been influenced a little."

Helena frowned. "So doesn’t that basically mean she went from a cold queen into a crazy, bloody demonic queen?"

Cynthia thought about it for a moment before slowly nodding. "You could say that."

Damian rubbed his head and let out a long sigh. "Great. Now I need to deal with an even more dangerous bloody bitch."

Cynthia nodded before patting Damian on the shoulder. "That’s exactly why, Master, you need to go now."

Linsey nodded as well. "Yeah. The pressure she released just now was already enough to suppress all of us. You’d better go before she loses what little patience she has left."

Evelyn finally spoke, her voice carrying a faint but unmistakable threat. "And if you don’t go now, she might stop waiting for you and come back here instead."

Damian’s body immediately stiffened as he turned toward Evelyn. "Why the fuck would you say that?"

Evelyn stared at him calmly. "Because it’s probably true."

Without the slightest hesitation, Damian jumped straight off the balcony and flew toward the distant mountain.

The four women remained silent for a moment before Cynthia suddenly stood up. "Let’s follow him."

Helena frowned. "Didn’t we just say we’d be useless against Cassandra?"

Cynthia nodded. "We would be if we fought her face-to-face. We’re not going there to fight. We’ll just stay far enough away and watch."

Linsey’s eyes lit up as she immediately nodded. "I see, I see. We’re becoming spies."

Evelyn quietly stood up as well, clearly having no objection.

Helena looked at the three of them and let out a helpless sigh. "Fine."

In the end, she stood up and followed them as well.

Linsey suddenly added, "Besides, we’re all part of Master’s harem, so Cassandra wouldn’t attack us, right?"

Cynthia glanced at her before answering weakly, "Probably."

Helena’s eye twitched. "That didn’t sound reassuring at all."

Cynthia shrugged. "What can I say? She’s so different now that even Master seems a little afraid of her."

Linsey laughed awkwardly. "Yeah, yeah, I know. But we’re still part of the harem, so at the very least, she probably won’t kill us."

Helena stared at both of them. "You two really need to stop saying things like that."

Cynthia stepped toward the balcony. "Either way, we’ll keep our distance."

The four women quietly left the courtesan house, following Damian from far behind.

---

Damian finally arrived at the distant mountain several minutes later.

The moment he landed near the peak, crimson-black Sword Qi immediately brushed across his skin like countless invisible blades.

Damian looked upward.

Cassandra was already waiting at the highest point.

Her long dark hair fluttered behind her, crimson streaks glowing beneath the moonlight while blood-red demonic Qi slowly coiled around her body.

The moment she noticed him, a crazed smile spread across her face. "So you finally came, Damian."

Damian casually walked closer. "Yeah, yeah. I’m here."

Cassandra tilted her head. "Were you enjoying yourself?"

Damian blinked.

She continued, her smile growing more dangerous. "While I was fighting to survive my rebirth, you apparently had enough energy to run straight into a courtesan house."

Damian coughed.

Cassandra took another step forward. "And there’s something else bothering me."

Her crimson-black eyes narrowed. "You don’t look like someone who nearly died."

Damian froze slightly.

Cassandra stared straight into his eyes. "In fact..."

She suddenly laughed. "I remember the Sword Tomb too."

Damian’s expression became awkward.

Her smile slowly widened. "You died there... At least, that’s what I thought."

Cassandra pointed at him. "So tell me, Damian. How the fuck are you perfectly fine every time you supposedly die?"

Damian scratched his cheek. "Hehehe... about the Sword Tomb..."

Cassandra’s eyes narrowed further.

Damian quickly defended himself. "I really almost died! But somehow, I survived. When I woke up, I took a few emergency pills, and that’s how I managed to pull through."

Silence.

Cassandra looked completely unconvinced.

Damian immediately pointed toward himself. "And this time, same thing. My body is just really fucking strong."

He flexed one arm. "See?"

Cassandra stared at him.

Damian grinned. "That’s also why I can handle playing around with lots of women."

Her expression froze.

Damian nodded proudly. "I mean, come on, Cassandra. You already know what kind of man I am."

He spread his arms wide. "I’m basically a fucking pervert."

For several seconds, Cassandra remained completely silent.

Then a few moments later she suddenly burst into loud laughter. "Hahahahahahaha!"

As she laughed, crimson-black demonic Qi subconsciously erupted from her body, spreading outward in violent waves.

The surrounding air trembled under the bloody pressure.

Damian, however, didn’t even flinch. He was now at the Peak Nascent Soul Realm as well.

This level of pressure meant absolutely nothing to him.

Cassandra wiped a tear from the corner of one eye. "You really are unbelievable."

Her grin became wider. "I spent all this time thinking I’d lost the first man I ever loved..."

She slowly drew closer. "And apparently that man was just a shameless, unkillable fucking pervert."

Damian grinned back. "Exactly."

Cassandra laughed again.

This time, however, her eyes carried something far more dangerous. "And that, Damian... is exactly why I’m going to beat the truth out of you."

The moment Damian heard that, he frowned.
