Sokra lowered his hand, looking at the Dean as he called out.

The Dean looked at Sokra and nodded, then his gaze fell upon Andre, who was standing beside him.

"Dean, have I been gone for a long time?"

a Crown materialized. When the Dean saw the Crown on Andre’s brow, his expression froze. He immediately moved in front of Andre to get a closer look at his forehead.

After confirming that this Crown was indeed the symbol from his memories, a flicker of excitement flashed in the Dean’s eyes.

"A Child of the World... Excellent. Andre, you’ve returned at the perfect time."

The Dean was visibly excited now, looking at Andre as he repeatedly patted Andri on the shoulder.

Andre, however, was completely baffled by the Dean’s behavior.

’It’s just a Child of the World,’ he thought. ’The Dean is a Red Sun Great Wizard; surely he must have seen one before?’

"I was just wondering who should be appointed Dean of this world’s branch after we conquer it. Now, it’s settled. We finally have a candidate."

The Dean said suddenly, looking at Andre after patting him a few times.

Andre was taken aback by the Dean’s words.

"Dean, you can’t possibly be thinking of making Andre the dean of the Cosmic Sea World Branch, can you? This... this is..."

Sogra looked at the Dean, momentarily at a loss for words.

If the Dean was serious, how could a mere Level 2 Wizard like Andre possibly keep the various factions of the institute in check?

"Dean, the position of Child of the World is certainly special, but the treatment of an honorary vice-dean is a bit too excessive."

The Captain continued to object to the Dean’s recent decision.

When Sokra and the Captain heard those words, their eyes instantly lit up.

"I have that much authority?"

Andre looked at the Dean and asked weakly.
