Chapter 537: Chapter 386: Privilege Magic: Big Mouth Swallow

Watching Isaac’s bewildering maneuvers on the battlefield, the Tier Five experts couldn’t help but feel a flicker of worry. The worst-case scenario...

...had come to pass!

As it turned out, ever since Isaac had set foot in this world, the Tier Five powerhouses from beyond had been watching him. At first, the powerhouses from Brurel were a little confused by this.

Yes, they knew the Wizards of the Main World were powerful and had many tricks up their sleeves, but was this level of concern really necessary? After all, he was only Tier Four, and a newly promoted Tier Four Middle Position at that (having completed one Heroic deed).

Nowadays, a Wizard’s power primarily came from Knowledge. How strong could such a young Wizard be?

However, after the powerhouses from the Main World explained Isaac’s situation, they had no further objections.

After all, this was the man who had dared to initiate a sacrificial ritual to an Evil God, offering up millions of people while only at Tier Two!

Even if the vast majority of those millions were Artificial Humans and not truly living beings, the Concept of sacrificing millions of "people" was genuine. And he had indeed demonstrated the ability to preside over a blood sacrifice on the scale of millions, or even tens of millions!

This was not something just anyone could accomplish. In the face of such a blood sacrifice, most people would just be devoured whole by the Outer God, not only failing to gain any benefits but also losing themselves in the process!

Even the fanatical Believers of the Outer Gods rarely possessed such an ability.

But Isaac had mastered it back at Tier Two, and now, he had already advanced to Tier Four...

So, what these powerhouses feared most right now was that Isaac would pull the same stunt all over again...

Although Brurel’s value had dropped significantly since it couldn’t be integrated into the Real World, it was still a complete and vast Little World with a considerable amount of resources.

They couldn’t just let Isaac ruin it.

That was one reason. The other...

...had to do with the Eldest Prince, Morgan.

Given Isaac’s current actions, if there truly was a sacrificial ritual in play, then Morgan was almost certainly the offering!

After all, he had just been busy swallowing things with his Kukutun Outer God Incarnation...

Although he now sensed something was wrong and had stopped using Big Mouth Swallow, he still had to inevitably swallow some of the relentless attacks from Isaac and the Four Gods...

All he could do now was be selective in his devouring. He would ignore the attacks from the Four Gods—dodging what he could and tanking the rest—and only choose to devour Isaac’s own attacks to increase his margin for error.

In reality, the most important thing for Morgan right now should have been to attack and eliminate Isaac. The situation was no longer developing as he had anticipated, and delaying tactics were off the table.

Unfortunately for him, ever since the beginning of his Extraordinary journey, after realizing he could never walk the path of a pure-blooded Caster like Gandalf, he had resolved to become a Magic Cannon Platform!

And for a proper Magic Cannon Platform, the most important thing was never offense, but self-preservation!

As a result, Isaac was a master of all sorts of displacement and Defense Magic, as slippery as an eel and completely uncatchable.

Seeing the battlefield situation worsen, the powerhouses beyond the heavens began to form their own plans according to their different allegiances. The sole Tier Five powerhouse from the Terra Kingdom narrowed his eyes, eager to make a move. If things went south, he would intervene to protect Morgan. The Terra Kingdom was extremely fragile right now; it couldn’t withstand too much turmoil.

Unfortunately... that didn’t seem to be an easy task...

The representatives from the Otesk Empire and the Kingdom Alliance were watching like hungry tigers from the side. If that moment came, they wouldn’t just sit by and watch him save Morgan. Meanwhile, the native faction feigned total ignorance, turning a blind eye to the machinations of the three parties, showing no intention of getting involved.

His only hope now was that Isaac wouldn’t be too ruthless...

At this thought, the Tier Five powerhouse couldn’t help but sigh. He never thought the day would come when Terra would need saving by a member of the Solomons Family...

’Hm?!’

Suddenly, his expression shifted slightly. He had just remembered another of the Emperor’s prophecies, one they thought had long been altered—that a Tier Three Isaac would bring an Undead Army to destroy the Terra Empire!

They had previously believed this prophecy to be rewritten when Isaac used the Miracle Lampwick to advance to Tier Four, but it seemed everyone had forgotten a very important point—prophecies are never so straightforward!

Not even the prophetic dreams of a Demigod!

What if the prophecy wasn’t describing specific, detailed events, but rather an abstract picture?

What if it merely signified that Isaac would be the one to destroy the Terra Empire, and in the process, he would cooperate or cross paths with a Wizard skilled in Necromancy?

Anything was possible!

At this thought, a drop of cold sweat slowly trickled down his forehead. ’We were too careless...’

The others at his side glanced at his rapidly changing expression and frowned, unsure what new development had occurred. Still, they figured it couldn’t be anything good—at least not for the Terra Kingdom. After all, the look on the man’s face didn’t seem fake.

As fellow Tier Five powerhouses, it was quite difficult to deceive them in such matters.

At this thought, their furrowed brows instantly relaxed. ’Oh, then it’s fine.’ According to the law of conservation of smiles, as long as things were going poorly for Terra, they were doing just fine. At the very least, they could rest easy.

Meanwhile, as the Tier Five powerhouse from the Terra Kingdom was suffering in turmoil, Morgan’s situation was no less grim. Isaac’s actions were too obvious. He had come to the same conclusion as the Tier Five powerhouses—Isaac was definitely up to no good!
