Chapter 558: Chapter 397: Endless Star Sea

A Star System was a completely new Concept in this world!

To Moens, it was probably just another brand-new research project. After all, before this, all planets had existed in isolation. Whether they were "living" Star Gods or "dead" planets, no symbiotic relationship had ever existed between them.

And for Moens, who had already completed the Great Arcane Art·Star Creation, this new ecological relationship was perhaps just another research direction to further that Great Arcane Art.

But that was only a step forward for the Great Arcane Art, not for him personally. For Isaac, however, it was a completely different story!

To him, this was the blueprint for a Great Creation!

That’s right, another potential blueprint for a Great Creation!

Moreover, it was far easier than creating a new Extraordinary Power. While perfecting the Star Mage system, Isaac had come to deeply understand its difficulty. The reason was simple: he himself was still just a Tier Four Mage and had no understanding of the paths of Tier Five, Tier Six, and beyond.

If his own path was already so uncertain, how could he possibly create an entirely new, Infinite-potential Extraordinary path?

But a Star System was different!

This thing had several existing templates—the Endless Sea and the Dark Wilderness!

He could totally copy the template and create an Endless Star Realm, or he could imitate the Endless Tower and build a Trial Space. Those who passed would get a Star God’s Servant Demon. Wouldn’t that be badass?

He would need to think carefully about which specific route to take. For example, how to bestow the Concept of "Infinite." Or how to properly create the Star God’s Servant Demons. If he followed the example of the Endless Tower, he would also have to consider the ability for massive, long-range Space Teleportation...

And so on and so forth.

No matter which idea he pursued, there was a pile of urgent technical problems to solve.

But at least he had a concrete direction, right?

That alone already put him far ahead of other Wizards!

Not to mention, he had also mastered the Power of Star Creation, a powerful tool that made the relative difficulty even lower.

Isaac slowly put away the Star System Concept, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips. In the end, however, Isaac calmed his excitement. It was precisely because this path was so clear that he understood just how vast the gap was between him and a Great Wizard. There was still so much he needed to work on...

"Looks like you had quite a revelation?" Moens walked over, raising an eyebrow as he handed Isaac the backup data from the Analysis Golem.

"Yeah." Isaac took the backup data but didn’t say much more. ’I don’t have any concrete ideas about this yet. It’ll be much more efficient to discuss it with Moens once I have a specific plan. For now, I should focus on finishing the task at hand,’ he thought.

SNAP~

With a light snap of his fingers, a Five-Colored Crystal Stone condensed out of thin air, appearing before Moens.

"Is this... Divinity?!" Moens’s pupils contracted slightly as he stared at the Five-Colored Crystal Stone in astonishment.

’I had long heard that Isaac possessed a masterful technique for creating Divine Fragments, but I never imagined it was on this level!’

"Yeah, there’s a lot of data. It’s more convenient to process it with this."

Moens: "..."

’He’s doing this just for convenience?’

Moens sighed. Although he had tried his best not to underestimate this Mad Witch, he found that he had once again underestimated Isaac. A Divine Fragment, something others could only dream of, was not only something Isaac could create at will, but he could also modify it to be used as a data storage device. Such skill and audacity were simply out of this world!

"This... How do I use it?" Moens asked, looking curiously at the Five-Colored Crystal Stone in his hand.

He knew how to use a Divine Fragment: make contact with it using Spiritual Power and Magic Power, envelop it, and refine it. Then, by gathering the Power of Faith, one could embark on the Path of the Gods.

He also knew how to use a data storage device. Whether it was an Arcanist’s or a Wizard’s, the operation was simple: just make contact with Spiritual Power. The only difference was that transferring the data required different methods.

But when the two were combined... he had no idea how to use it. The main issue was that he had no intention of Becoming a God, and removing its effects afterward would be a real hassle.

"Just use it like a normal data storage device. Make direct contact with your Spiritual Power. Don’t worry, this Divine Fragment already has an owner. Under normal circumstances, you won’t be able to absorb it."

Moens’s eyebrow twitched. ’A Divine Fragment with an owner... As expected of the man who, according to Legend, enslaved a Deity. He can even do something like this.’

After speaking, Isaac paid Moens no further mind. He casually tossed the data storage device in his hand behind him. Ripples spread through the Void as a charming figure in a long purple dress emerged. To Moens’s amazement, she caught the device and, with a flash of light, instantly absorbed the data within.

Immediately after, she opened her arms and slowly embraced Isaac from behind, a gentle wave of Divine Power pulsing outward.

Moens’s eye twitched as he watched the scene unfold. ’What a... high-end way to read data! So that’s why Isaac would use a Divine Fragment to store data. It turns out he has a Deity dedicated to managing this kind of information for him...’

’What a truly high-end field of study!’

However, looking at the faint glimmer of attachment for Isaac in Maxu Kant’s eyes, Moens couldn’t help but recall a certain rumor. ’Could it be... that Isaac controls Deities with "love"? Was that theory actually true?’

’But that doesn’t seem right, either,’ he mused. ’The guy controls more than one Deity, and there’s something off about their power. Although they are genuine Deities in terms of status, their actual strength is solidly at Tier Four. That’s extremely strange.’
