World Evolution: Starting With The Wind Monarch
Chapter 99: Complete Entrance Authority Token
As Evan put away his Arch Eagle Crossbow in his Storage Ring, he was surprised to find out that he could still use the Eagle’s Eye skill of the crossbow.
’I can use the skill even when it’s inside my Storage Ring...’ Evan raised an eyebrow.
But he noticed that although he could use the skill, the 50 points of Agility that the crossbow provided could only be gained while holding it.
While inside the Storage Ring, there was no stat bonus.
’Being able to use the skill is already quite good,’ Evan thought and finally shifted his attention to the Entrance Authority Token.
He looked at his status window and claimed the second reward for conquering the dungeon.
A golden light flashed, and the last shard of the token appeared in his hand.
"Let’s see what will happen when I combine all four shards," He muttered under his breath and took out the other three shards from his Storage Ring.
Evan put the four shards together, but they did not show any reaction.
He frowned slightly and then placed them on top of each other.
But even then, the shards didn’t show any reaction.
"How do I combine them?" He muttered in a confused voice before he thought of something.
Evan placed the four shards on the ground together and started to pour his Mana into them.
As his Mana was poured into the shards, all four shards began to shake, and a golden-colored aura enveloped them.
Evan’s eyes lit up when he saw this and he continued to imbue his Mana into them.
The golden aura around the shards became brighter and brighter, and it soon illuminated the entire room.
When Evan had used up almost 50% of his Mana, a notification suddenly appeared before him.
[Do you want to combine the shards of the Entrance Authority Token and create a complete Entrance Authority Token?]
[Yes/No]
Evan selected yes without hesitation, and suddenly, the golden light radiating from the shards intensified.
Evan brought his hand over his eyes to shield them.
Right at this moment, he felt a connection with something.
At first, he thought it was the connection that he had formed with the egg earlier, but he soon realized that this connection was much stronger.
The golden radiance covering the room soon faded, and Evan saw a star-shaped golden token floating in front of him.
When he focused on it, he found out that the connection he had felt earlier was coming from this star-shaped token.
Evan grabbed the token, and its details appeared before him.
---) Entrance Authority Token: A token that allows you to travel from one planet to another as long as you have the permission of the Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder of that planet. The energy required to travel from one planet to another depends on the distance between the planets.
A frown appeared on Evan’s face as he read the details of the token.
However, as his mind gradually processed the details and he finally understood what the Entrance Authority Token was, his eyes widened.
"Holy shit!" Evan exclaimed in shock. "I can go to different planets using this thing?"
Just at this moment, through his connection with the Entrance Authority Token, a flood of information entered his mind.
The information was the same as what he had read on his status window, just more detailed.
According to the information he had just received, on every planet, there could only be eleven Entrance Authority Token Holders, as a planet couldn’t produce more than that.
Among these eleven, ten tokens were the same, while one was the Supreme Entrance Authority Token.
The token Evan had was a normal Entrance Authority Token.
Now, as long as he had permission from the Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder of a different planet, he could use this token to directly go there.
Moreover, since this Entrance Authority Token was produced by Planet Zarth, Evan didn’t need the permission of the Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder of Planet Zarth.
Even if he was on a different planet, he could immediately return to Planet Zarth using the token.
The energy required to travel from one planet to another was absorbed by the token from the outside world.
The greater the distance between the planet and Evan’s location, the more energy he needed to go there.
Evan processed all the information in his mind and was finally able to calm down.
"Although my Entrance Authority Token currently has a decent amount of energy, I can’t go to any other planet because I don’t have the permission of any Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder of another planet," Evan muttered under his breath.
But just as he finished speaking, new notifications flashed before him.
[You can currently travel to the following planets using the Entrance Authority Token:
1. Planet Zarth
2. Planet Elvador]
Evan blinked a few times, then rubbed his eyes to confirm that he wasn’t seeing it wrong.
But even after rubbing his eyes, the notifications before him did not change.
"Elvador..." A frown appeared on Evan’s face.
He could understand Planet Zarth, as his Entrance Authority Token was produced by this planet, so he could travel to this planet freely.
But Elvador... He had no idea what this planet was or how it appeared on the list of planets he could travel to using his Entrance Authority Token.
Evan looked at the notifications for a few seconds before he clicked on Planet Zarth.
As he did, some other information appeared before him.
---) Because your Entrance Authority Token was produced by the source power of Planet Zarth, you can travel to this planet freely.
Evan’s eyes lit up when he saw this.
"So I can see more information," He muttered and immediately clicked on Planet Elvador to see its information.
But the instant he clicked on Elvador, the Entrance Authority Token in his hand began to glow.
Evan’s expression changed when he saw this, and his eyes widened.
[You have chosen to go to Planet Elvador. Since no fixed location has been determined, you will arrive at a random location on Planet Elvador.]
"Shit," Evan cursed and quickly picked up the egg that was still on the ground.
The next second, a blinding golden light enveloped him, and he disappeared from the dungeon.
