Chapter 233: Gravity Expulsion

"But that won’t happen anymore!"

Before everyone’s eyes, the pile of Arcanium ore began to disintegrate like the previous pile, but this disintegration took noticeably longer, taking a full minute from start to finish... but even with it taking all this time, everyone stood looking at that pile with expressions that had gone far beyond astonishment!

Before them, the pile that used to take them weeks to refine had transformed into a set of separate piles, each pile belonging to a pure metal, free of any impurities... Arcanium stood alone, and the other lesser-grade metals stood alone as well... and there were even small piles of other rare metals they hadn’t even known existed within the Arcanium ore before!

The experts and units kept staring at those piles, not believing how this had happened, and didn’t snap out of it until they heard King Vaelor’s voice again...

"Now watch this"

This time Vaelor extended his hand toward the piles of Tartarium and iron, and using the power of the Law of Genesis, within a single minute, he crafted a massive truck capable of carrying a sand cargo weighing a thousand tons with complete ease!

To understand just how massive this was, the ordinary trucks we usually see typically carry a payload ranging from ten to forty tons.

Vaelor had drawn on the memories of his other consciousness, Rios, brought from another world, in designing this truck.

But the difference between this truck and the trucks that existed in Rios’s original world was that this truck was at least thirty times larger... and it also had no wheels or any metal chains whatsoever!

The oddly-shaped truck stood upon the ground, and the bottom portion of the truck was completely flat, with no space for wheels or anything resembling them... but Vaelor wasn’t finished yet!

Vaelor drew a painting brush from his storage ring and began waving it in the air, and with every wave of his hand, ink would flow from the brush, beginning to form a line of strange black symbols... and under Vaelor’s will and guidance, those symbols began to move and attach themselves to that truck, until they finally formed twelve rows of symbols circling around the truck’s outer frame, horizontally... with roughly two meters between each row of symbols.

After finishing drawing those symbols, Vaelor tapped the air toward that truck, and immediately after, the first row of those symbols began lighting up in blue, and the truck began floating in the air... but the height the truck rose to didn’t exceed three meters.

"This...!" the elves stood frozen in place, not knowing what to say anymore, for the amount of surprises they’d seen today could last them for several months to come!

"I call this array the Gravity Expulsion Array, and as its name suggests, it expels the force of gravity from whatever object it’s placed on, and it’s an advanced application of the Law of Gravity" Vaelor gestured toward the rows of black symbols "I’ve now placed twelve arrays of this type on this vehicle, each array capable of carrying a weight of up to one hundred tons, for a total full payload of up to one thousand two hundred tons, including the truck’s own weight"

The elves looked at the truck contemplatively, studying it deeply. They knew the Dragon race could control gravity, but none of them could create an array with the power of this array... even the strongest Fourth Level people among the Dragon race couldn’t lift these weights using the Law of Gravity... their maximum might be a little over two hundred tons... and they certainly wouldn’t bring Fourth Level Dragon people to work in transporting ores.

But here, a single one of these arrays could lift a hundred tons, with the possibility of increasing the number of arrays as desired!

"As for this vehicle, design it however you like, this is nothing more than a rough design, and it’s merely a tool for explanation" Vaelor waved his hand and continued "it’s still missing a lot of things, like engines and a proper design, and you all take care of those things"

Upon hearing this, several people from several units specialized in these things furrowed their brows, and a young man with white hair, who appeared to be in his twenties, spoke...

"Actually, my liege, we can improve this vehicle’s design further to make it more streamlined and reduce its air resistance, especially given it’ll be this size and carrying all those weights" the young man stepped forward slightly and bowed to Vaelor....

"As for the engines that will move it from its place, I suggest we craft engines that work with air thrust power, and we can employ three arrays in this engine, an Air array, a Heat array, and a Gravity array" the young man’s pace of speech slowed slightly toward the end, and when he found no objection from anyone to what he was saying, he continued...

"We have numerous arrays related to the Law of Air. Some can store enormous quantities of air in a small space, some can gather the surrounding air in enormous quantities, and some can produce air by relying on energy consumption" the young man spoke, his confidence growing with every word...

"Then after that come the Pressure arrays and the Heat arrays, which would form an enormous thrust force after compressing and heating the air" when the young man reached this point, he seemed to recall something and shook his head regretfully....

"But there’s no use in any of this, my liege!"

When the elves heard this tone and these words, they seemed to recall something as well, and they too shook their heads regretfully!

"What’s your name" Vaelor ignored the reason for their frustration and looked directly at the young man, asking.

"My name is Luca, my liege" Luca bowed to Vaelor respectfully, introducing himself.

"He’s the young man who made the vehicle I get around in, my liege" Supervisor Jaco approached Vaelor, whispering in his ear while pointing toward the small vehicle that ran on the Air Levitation array.

"I see" Vaelor nodded, looking at Luca with a smile on his face "tell me, Luca, why is there no use in it"
