Chapter 133: Chapter 133: Meeting Kian Tomorrow

Sheila Whitaker seemed reluctant to say, her tone turning harsh as she changed the subject. "What other reason could there be? You’re my biological child. I found you, so isn’t it only natural that I’d want to bring you home?"

Sheila Whitaker took a deep breath, looked at Sienna Everett, and her tone suddenly softened. "Sienna, just consider this your mother begging you. Please stop going against Shannon and Mason from now on, okay?"

Wyatt Everett immediately clenched his fists in displeasure.

’He’d thought his mother had finally realized she was wrong. But now, her speaking so softly to Sienna... it was all for Shannon and Mason again.’

Dustin Everett looked at Sheila Whitaker with disapproval. "You’d be better off going home and teaching Shannon and Mason how to be decent human beings!"

Sheila Whitaker’s eyes were fixed only on Sienna Everett, tears welling up. "Shannon’s reputation is terrible right now. Just post a statement online saying you’ve already forgiven her for sabotaging your designs. Ask the netizens to stop attacking Shannon, okay?"

Sienna Everett met Sheila Whitaker’s gaze head-on. "Don’t you worry."

Sheila Whitaker was instantly overjoyed.

However, the next second.

Sienna Everett’s lips curved into a mocking smile. "Shannon Everett’s reputation is about to get even worse."

Sheila Whitaker’s face instantly turned pale, and her voice trembled with terror. "Sienna Everett... What... what else are you planning to do to my precious Shannon!"

Upon hearing this, Sienna Everett let out a soft laugh, a sound that filled Sheila Whitaker with terror and unease.

Sienna Everett said, "You should go back and ask your precious Shannon what wonderful things she’s been up to."

After saying this, Sienna Everett didn’t want to look at Sheila Whitaker for another second and turned to leave without a backward glance.

Sheila Whitaker stared at Sienna Everett’s departing back as if looking at a wicked, unfilial child, tears streaming down the fine lines at the corners of her eyes. "What sins did I commit in my past life to have such an anim—" ...a daughter worse than an animal...

Before Sheila Whitaker could finish her sentence, she was met with cold glares from Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett.

The sobbing curses caught in her throat, and she swallowed them back down.

Then, Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett chased after Sienna Everett in the direction she had gone.

Watching her two sons so attentively defending Sienna, waiting on her hand and foot, Sheila Whitaker was both angry and anxious. ’They’re Shannon’s brothers; they should be defending Shannon!’

...

Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett caught up to Sienna Everett.

Dustin Everett hurriedly asked, "Sienna, how have you been lately? Wyatt and I have been so worried about you. We come to the entrance of Sovereign Entertainment every day, just hoping to catch a glimpse of you."

Wyatt Everett said, "Sienna, could you please unblock my number? I get so worried when I can’t reach you every day."

Sienna Everett stopped in her tracks, annoyed.

Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett quickly stopped as well.

Dustin Everett carefully took something out of his pocket. The once arrogant, top singer who shot to fame at a young age was now a humble brother, singularly focused on pleasing his little sister.

Dustin Everett held out the chubby, cute little clay figure he’d taken from his pocket. "Sienna, look at this little clay figure."

"Back at the Everett residence, we went to an amusement park together. You saw a clay figure stall and wanted to buy one, but I was a jerk and wouldn’t let you..."

"I went back to that same amusement park these past few days, but the old man who sold the clay figures stopped setting up his stall a year ago. I had to ask so many people just to find his house. I got him to teach me how to make them. I made this one with my own hands."

"Sienna, if you still like clay figures, I wanted to give you one I made myself."

Sienna Everett didn’t even glance at the clay figure, her voice indifferent. "Move. You’re in my way."

Dustin Everett’s expression froze, and his fingers holding the clay figure suddenly tightened.

Sienna Everett began to walk away again.

Wyatt Everett chased after her in a panic. "Sienna, if you don’t like it, Dustin won’t give it to you! Just please don’t be upset, Sienna..."

Not far away, Keith Sterling saw Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett pestering Sienna Everett, and his brows immediately furrowed.

’What’s going on?’

’Sheila Whitaker came looking for Sienna, and now Wyatt and Dustin have shown up, too.’

Evan Shelby didn’t recognize Dustin Everett and Wyatt Everett and asked, "Who are those two?"

Keith Sterling explained briefly, "They’re also from the Everett Family. They were Sienna’s third and fifth older brothers."

Evan Shelby understood instantly. ’More Everetts. Looks like they’re no good, either.’

Sienna Everett walked over.

Keith Sterling quickly asked, "Done talking with Sheila Whitaker?"

Sienna Everett nodded. "Yeah. Let’s go home."

"Okay," Keith Sterling said.

Wyatt Everett and Dustin Everett watched Sienna Everett leave without a backward glance, standing rooted to the spot with sorrowful expressions.

"Wyatt, when will we ever get Sienna to forgive us..." Dustin Everett looked down at the clay figure in his hand, an aura of desolation surrounding him.

"Dustin, are you... okay?"

Wyatt Everett was worried. He had been with Dustin Everett this whole time, so he knew that Dustin had practically run his legs off to make up for the little clay figure Sienna hadn’t been able to buy back then. He’d even hurt his hand while learning to sculpt—the same hand he used to write songs and play the piano. He’d just recklessly gotten it injured, and yet Sienna hadn’t even glanced at the figure.

Dustin Everett looked up, a bitter smile on his face. "It’s my own fault for being so blind and bullying Sienna back then. This is what I deserve. It’s my just deserts."

No matter how cold his sister was to him, it couldn’t crush his desire to win her forgiveness.

Dustin Everett stroked the clay figure’s cute, chubby face and pulled himself together. "Wyatt, we finally got to see our sister today. That’s a good thing!"

Wyatt Everett nodded. "You’re right. Sienna even spoke to us, which is much better than before! As long as we wear her down, we’ll definitely win her forgiveness one day!"

Wyatt Everett thought back.

Sienna’s words to him were: "Who’s worried about you? I wouldn’t even frown if you were beaten and crippled."

Sienna’s words to Dustin were: "Move. You’re in my way."

Wyatt Everett immediately counted on his fingers, looking utterly satisfied. "Sienna said fifteen words to me, but only five to you. Hmph, I win this time!"

Dustin Everett: "..."

’I’m so pissed. So, so pissed.’

’Why did she only say five words to me!’

’It would’ve been better if she’d even cursed me out a little more!’

...

Sheila Whitaker returned to the Everett residence.

Shannon Everett quickly helped her to the living room sofa. "Mom, how did it go? What did my sister say?"

Mason Everett poured Sheila Whitaker a glass of water and, guessing from her expression, asked, "Did Sienna Everett reject your request?"

Sheila Whitaker patted her chest to calm herself down, crying and cursing, "That damned girl, how can she be so heartless!"

Mason Everett had already prepared himself for this, so he wasn’t flustered. "Mom, don’t worry. I’ll figure something out."

Mason Everett calmly analyzed the situation for a moment, then looked at Shannon Everett and said, "Shannon, we’ll be able to see Kian at the banquet tomorrow. Your design skills are excellent; I’ll find a way to get you a chance to talk with him."

"When the time comes, show Kian your design drafts. Who knows, he might love your designs after seeing them. That will also give us a better chance of inviting Kian to be the chief designer for The Everett Group. Once that happens, everything for The Everett Group will get better."

Hearing this, Shannon Everett’s heart tightened. Her design drafts were all stolen from Sienna Everett.

’Good thing no one knows.’

’Tomorrow night, I’ll show these designs to Kian.’

Shannon Everett nodded and gave Mason Everett a sweet smile. "I know, Big Brother. I’ll do my best to help The Everett Group get better!"

Mason Everett patted her head, gratified. ’What a sweet, caring little sister.’

Now, all they had to do was wait to see Kian at tomorrow’s banquet.
