Chapter 85: Chapter 85: Sienna Everett’s Wild Man

"You!" Dustin Everett’s face turned livid.

The stake of the bet was that if he won, he and Sienna Everett would never be brother and sister again.

’So, Sienna Everett would rather throw the match just to sever her ties with me forever!’

’Fine! Let her sever them! What’s the big deal!’

’She’s just a sister. Am I supposed to get on my knees and beg Sienna Everett to be my sister again someday?’

’Never!’

Sienna Everett got what she wanted from the bet. She no longer had to listen to Dustin Everett’s nauseating voice, and a welcome silence finally fell.

She put down her gun and left the shooting range with Keith Sterling and Orion Hawthorne.

Dealing with the Everetts had completely ruined her mood.

Sienna had only taken a single step when Wyatt Everett immediately ran after her, calling out tentatively, "Sienna..."

Sienna shot him a cold glare. "Get out of my way."

That cold glare was like a dagger to Wyatt’s heart, a pain spreading through his chest as if he were being slowly sliced to pieces.

’But who could he blame? He had brought this all on himself.’

’He had pushed his own sister away with his own two hands.’

’How could I have been so blind before? How could I not have seen how wonderful Sienna was?’

Watching Sienna’s retreating figure, Wyatt Everett secretly clenched his fists. No matter how much effort it took, he would earn back Sienna’s forgiveness.

Wyatt turned back to look at the target showing Sienna’s scores of 0.8, 0.4, and 0.6. He cherished the sight, pulling out his phone to take a picture and post it on Moments.

[Look, my sister shot this. Amazing!]

His friends on Moments were instantly confused. ’??? Bro, you okay??’

But what shocked them even more was Wyatt’s solemn follow-up post a second later:

[Note: This was my *real* sister. Not that disgusting thing, Shannon Everett.]

His friends again: ???

’Why does it feel like Wyatt Everett has become some kind of sister-praising fanatic lately?’

’And he was praising *Sienna Everett*. That was the truly terrifying part.’

After posting to Moments, Wyatt glanced toward Dustin and Shannon and mocked them unabashedly, "Some people could work their whole lives and still not be fit to touch Sienna’s heels!"

Dustin’s eyes widened. "Wyatt!"

Shannon dug her nails into her palm, biting her lip without saying a word.

’I never knew that bitch Sienna was such a good shot.’

’Still, this is for the best. Now, Fifth Brother will never be her brother again.’

’That means Fifth Brother’s love will be all mine, forever!’

-

After Sienna, Keith Sterling, and Orion Hawthorne left the shooting range.

Orion Hawthorne took a call and had to leave in a hurry for something urgent.

Before he left, Orion glanced at Sienna and reminded her, "Don’t forget about the show *Music Follows Me* in three days."

Sienna: "I haven’t."

Orion, who couldn’t go a day without bickering with her, retorted, "I’m not reminding you out of the kindness of my heart. I’m just worried an important person like you might be forgetful."

Sienna shot back with a smile, "Good. As long as you know I’m important."

Orion: "..."

’Damn it.’

’I can never win an argument against her!’

Keith Sterling’s interest was piqued. "Sierra, I heard the famous SG is going to appear on *Music Follows Me*. When you see them, don’t forget to get me an autograph!"

Sienna: "..."

Keith rubbed his chin. "I wonder what SG looks like. Probably some middle-aged uncle. Maybe even bald. You know what they say, the less hair you have, the more powerful you are!"

Sienna: "..."

Orion: "..."

Keith blinked innocently. "Why are you two looking at me like that? Am I wrong?"

Orion’s lips curled into a subtle smile. "You’re right. You’re a real genius."

Orion still had business to attend to, so he left after a few more words.

Keith and Sienna went to check out some other parts of the club.

Before long, Keith took a call. After hanging up, he turned to Sienna with a wide grin. "Sister-in-law, my brother’s here."

’No wonder my brother is so late. He was preparing a gift for Sierra.’

Sienna remembered the kiss from yesterday—the one where they were both sober—and her face tightened with indignant embarrassment. "So what if he is?"

Keith scratched his head. "Sister-in-law, did you really get into a fight with my brother?"

Sienna: "No."

Keith instantly relaxed. ’Good, as long as they didn’t fight.’

But in the next second, Sienna said, "I’ve cut him off."

Keith: ??? Huh? Cut him off??

’That sounds way more serious than a fight!’

When Julian Forrester arrived, Keith saw that Sierra and his brother really were on non-speaking terms. She wasn’t saying a single word to him.

Keith was starting to get anxious, but then he glanced over and saw his brother looking like he was thoroughly enjoying the situation.

’Right. I’m worrying more than the people actually involved.’

’On the surface, it looked like they’d cut ties, but they were actually flirting!’

Keith immediately found an excuse to slip away, giving his brother and Sierra some private time together.

’Tsk, tsk. Where else would you find such an observant, helpful, and adorable wingman like me!’

「After Keith left.」

Sienna shot a warning glance at Julian Forrester beside her and started walking ahead without a word.

Julian raised an eyebrow and followed her at a leisurely pace.

In the distance was a riding stable, with a boundless stretch of green grass under a blue sky dotted with a few cotton candy clouds. A cool, comfortable breeze rustled by.

She had only taken a few steps when Sienna suddenly heard a THUD from behind her.

She instinctively turned to look.

The man’s tall frame loomed over her as he stumbled forward, catching her in an embrace.

Sienna: "???"

Holding her, the man’s voice was low and magnetic. "Sorry, I tripped. Lost my footing."

Sienna immediately looked down at the ground, the corner of her mouth twitching. "The ground here is perfectly flat. There isn’t even a single pebble. How did you trip?"

The man let out a soft, impossibly alluring chuckle. "My left leg tripped my right leg."

Sienna: "..."

Sienna shoved him away, warning sternly, "I am in the process of cutting you off. Please don’t talk to me. Thank you."

Julian’s eyebrow arched. In that same lazy drawl, he asked, "Then may I ask the young lady who is currently cutting me off... have you gotten thirsty after playing here all day? Would you like something to drink?"

Now that he mentioned it, Sienna realized she actually was a little thirsty.

But she had her pride.

Sienna glared at him, her cheeks puffed out, and turned her head away in a huff.

Julian was so charmed by her expression that he couldn’t resist reaching out to ruffle her hair. "I also brought your favorite green grape crystal cake. Do you want some?"

Sienna was instantly tempted. She swallowed hard.

’He actually remembered my favorite dessert.’

But Sienna resisted the temptation. She slapped his hand away, her actions making it clear she wasn’t having any.

The man’s eyes lowered as he let out a low chuckle, his Adam’s apple bobbing. His voice, laced with amusement, was both sexy and teasing. "I made it myself. Won’t you do me the honor of trying it, my lady? Hmm?"

Sienna froze. ’He made it himself?’

’A thought suddenly surfaced. Was that why he was so late? Because he was making dessert for her?’

But flattery would get him nowhere. Sienna hadn’t forgotten that she was cutting him off.

She let out a haughty "Hmph!" and turned to leave.

But suddenly, the man wrapped an arm around her shoulders and guided her toward a room nearby. "Be good, Sienna. Go try it."

...

Shannon Everett needed to talk to Sienna about something, so she quietly slipped away from Wyatt and went to find her.

As soon as she arrived, Shannon saw Sienna being held intimately by a man as they entered a room that was at once understated and luxurious.

From Shannon’s vantage point, she could only see their backs.

’But it was enough to shock her. She would never mistake Sienna’s silhouette, but who was that man holding her?’

’And they were being so intimate?’

’Heh. No wonder Sienna has been doing so well for herself since leaving the Everett family. So she found herself a rich patron. She’s a kept woman!’

Shannon’s eyes darkened, and she immediately hurried after them.

’I have to get a good look at the man who’s keeping her!’

Shannon ran up the steps, just as she was about to push the door open.

A server in a black-and-white uniform approached her. "Ma’am, I’m sorry, but this is a private area."

Shannon was taken aback for a moment, then she sneered, her nose in the air. "I’m a paying guest at this club. Are you telling me I can’t walk wherever I please? You’ve got to be kidding me."
