Chapter 719: Chapter 719: Legendary Mage

Within the Seven-Day Tower, it was rare to find one of the Incompetent, those unable to practice magic. Such individuals would typically return to their families in dejection to live out their days as commoners.

And yet, many of the Incompetent still lingered within the Seven-Day Tower, desperate for a boon from a Top-Level Mage—a Magic Potion that could alter their Magic Talent and allow them to become Mages.

Within the Seven-Day Tower, the Incompetent occupied the lowest rung of the social ladder. They too had to complete various tasks issued by the Tower just to be allowed to remain.

Without a patron, it was difficult for one of the Incompetent, like Celine, to survive within the Seven-Day Tower.

A slight smile touched Celine’s lips as she chuckled. "I am now Master Paul’s maid!"

Ambor’s gaze sharpened. He spoke slowly, "Master Paul! You mean Paul, the Direct Disciple of the Legendary Mage, Adisio?"

Celine beamed with pride. "That’s right. The one and only."

The color drained from the faces of the two lackeys beside Ambor. An Incompetent like Celine was actually Paul’s maid! It was obvious she must have made some sort of deal with him. A woman like that was someone they couldn’t afford to provoke.

It would be all too easy for the Direct Disciple of a Legendary Mage to crush two Magic Apprentices. He could simply issue a suicide mission and have them legitimately sent to their deaths.

Ambor adopted a courteous tone. "Celine, if you truly have become that master’s maid, then I apologize for my previous actions. However, I’ll need you to prove it."

"I can vouch for her."

A level voice sounded from behind them. Paul strolled over from the library, a book in hand, and glanced at Ambor.

Ambor immediately backed down. "Greetings, Senior Paul! I am Amboka of the Kabo Family! I was not aware that Celine was your maid. Please forgive any offense my words may have caused. I will offer 100 Magic Stones as an apology. Please accept them."

Ambor had only wanted to make a deal with Celine; he hadn’t resorted to any extreme measures. But he had no desire to offend a genius like Paul—someone with Superior Magic Talent and a Legendary Mage for a master. He wisely chose to yield.

’Paul is incredible!’

Watching this unfold, an unusual glint appeared in Celine’s eyes.

The Seven-Day Tower had an eight-year academic program. Any student who failed to advance to First Tier Mage within four years would be directly encouraged to withdraw.

Ambor was a sixth-year student and a Level 1 Peak Mage, considered a minor genius among his peers. The fact that he would bow down so readily to a first-year like Paul naturally sent ripples through Celine’s heart.

Paul grew thoughtful. "The Kabo Family? So, you have a considerable background."

Ambor’s expression turned fawning. "Senior Paul, you must be joking. Compared to you, the Kabo Family is nothing."

A single word from Adisio Great Mage could tear the Kabo Family apart. While Adisio wouldn’t be so petty as to target their family for no reason, Ambor still wouldn’t dare to lightly offend Paul.

Paul asked coolly, "Are you interested in selling Magic Potions for me?"

Ambor’s eyes lit up, and he replied with the utmost respect, "It is my honor to be of service to you!"

In the Gulondo World, the demand for Magic Potions far outstripped the supply.

Only in a Magic Holy Land like the Seven-Day Tower were Magic Potions sold in large quantities. However, the Tower had few Alchemists, so even there, the demand was high. Some Top-Level Magic Potions couldn’t be bought even if one had the Magic Stones.

Paul said, "Celine, you will be my representative. Handle these matters."

Celine’s eyes shone, and she replied with excitement, "Yes, Master Paul!"

’This woman has really made a comeback!’

Ambor gave Celine an impassive glance, thinking to himself.

Celine, one of the Incompetent, had been at the bottom of the Seven-Day Tower’s hierarchy. But now, as Paul’s representative, her status was completely different. Among the many students in the Tower, few would dare to provoke her.

The Magic Potions Paul introduced quickly sold out through Ambor’s channels, earning him a wealth of new resources.

As long as he had the formulas and Source Energy, Paul’s Base Space could rival even the most skilled Alchemists, allowing him to concoct all sorts of incredibly precious Magic Potions.

In addition to Ambor, Paul had Celine develop several other channels to sell his Magic Potions, earning a massive amount of resources.

If an ordinary Alchemist dared to sell Magic Potions in such large quantities, they would surely be tracked down by the major powers, captured, and forced to brew potions day in and day out.

But Paul was the Direct Disciple of Adisio Great Mage, a magical genius with Superior Talent, and the rising star of the Seven-Day Tower. Naturally, no one dared to cause him trouble.

Once the various factions learned that Paul was the one selling the potions, they abandoned any ulterior motives and obediently used their Magic Stones to vie for his concoctions.

Paul, in turn, used the resources from his sales to synthesize body-strengthening Magic Potions, rapidly improving his own physical constitution.

Every day, Paul continued to evolve and grow stronger.

Paul tossed aside the Treasure Map of Pirate King Andesaru, giving it no thought. Until he had cultivated to his absolute limit, he had no interest in such treasures.

The Gulondo World was teeming with powerful experts. Aside from the Five Great Gods, countless Evil Gods lay hidden. There were also many Legendary Mages of Demigod Level living in seclusion across the world. Paul had no intention of running around recklessly and provoking those old monsters.

「Half a year passed in an instant.」

’I’m already a Legendary Mage! But Paul’s soul hasn’t fully integrated! To become the strongest Legendary Mage... do I need to spread my fame?’

Paul sat on a soft sofa, tapping his fingers together, lost in thought.

In just half a year, Paul had successfully cultivated to become a Legendary Mage. If word of this cultivation speed were to get out, it would leave countless Legendary Mages utterly flabbergasted.

After all, in the Gulondo World, practically every Mage only advanced to the Legend rank after the age of seventy. The reason many Legendary Mages appeared so young was that they had all used various Magic Potions with miraculous effects.

White Rose Grandmaster Ada looked to be only twenty-five or twenty-six, but was in fact a three-hundred-year-old woman.

On Paul’s chest, a badge shaped like a Flame flashed faintly. Waves of scorching heat emanated from it.

From the badge came the voice of Adisio Great Mage. "Paul, come and see me."

Paul quickly arrived at the Mage Tower where Adisio Great Mage resided.
