“Impossible!” Daniel Harris quickly interrupted Grace Yowell, “No matter whether Mabel Quinn showed up back then or not, there could never be anything between you and me.”

“Is it just because I deceived you back then? But have you ever thought about my feelings for you! I loved you so much, but what about you? How did you treat me?”

“Love me?” Daniel Harris sneered, “Did you love me, or did you love the status and wealth I could provide you at the time? Grace Yowell, from the moment you started deceiving me, your feelings for me could no longer be called love.”

Grace Yowell’s expression became even more unpleasant, “But now I don’t need any wealth from you. I am already a lady of the Landon Family.”

Daniel Harris’s eyes were filled with sarcasm, “Perhaps not for long.”

Grace Yowell gritted her teeth, watching Daniel Harris turn and leave, her gaze growing increasingly venomous.

This was his own path to destruction, not to blame her. She had given him a chance, but he didn’t cherish it.

Ever since he last came to the Landon Family, she instructed her servant, whom she had bribed in the Landon Family, to keep an eye out. If Daniel Harris came again, they were to inform her.

Unexpectedly, Daniel Harris returned to the Landon Family so quickly. And she overheard that his visit was to confirm something about the badge. So, before the servant brought tea into the study, she secretly spiked the tea while no one was watching.

Watching Daniel Harris get into the car and drive away, Grace Yowell’s lips curled into a smile.

Since this man could never be hers, and in his heart, he always thought of Mabel Quinn, then it was better to destroy it all.

Grace Yowell turned and walked towards the study.

Old Master Landon was still contemplating the matters Daniel Harris had mentioned, only to find Grace Yowell had entered at some point.

Old Master Landon’s face immediately darkened, “What are you doing here? Get out!”

But Grace Yowell just smiled, “I just wanted to say a few words to you, Grandpa.”

“I’ve told you, I’m not your grandpa!” Old Master Landon snorted coldly.

“So you mean I should just call you Old Master, right?” Grace Yowell said, “Were you just thinking about your biological granddaughter? What, planning to find the real one and kick this fake me out?”

Old Master Landon was startled, “You know?”

“Unfortunately, what if you find the real one? Will Mom believe it? To her, she only recognizes me as her daughter. Otherwise, even when you told her my DNA didn’t match hers at all, she wouldn’t listen and insisted on believing in me. Do you think if I deliberately said something provocative to her, would she just die on the spot?” Grace Yowell said with a smile.

“You dare?!” Old Master Landon slammed the table and glared angrily at Grace Yowell. “If you dare to harm Clover, I will never forgive you!”

But Grace Yowell continued to smile lightly, “Why wouldn’t I dare? Aren’t you already planning to kick me out of the Landon Family anyway? So if I’m going down, I might as well take someone down with me!”

“You—” Old Master Landon was trembling with rage, his fingers shaking as he pointed at Grace Yowell.
