Chapter 509 - 400: The New Mammoth Heavy Knight Order
Chapter 509: Chapter 400: The New Mammoth Heavy Knight Order
BOOM!
A blistering heatwave, centered on Sun’s body, swept through the entire cavern like a tsunami!
The air ignited in an instant.
The Low Tier Vampires closest to him didn’t even have time to scream before they were instantly vaporized into ash by the terrifying heat.
"Ahhh!"
"My body! It’s burning!"
"Help! Help me!"
Shrill screams rose and fell one after another.
The moment the Vampires’ skin touched the light of the Domain, it began to emit black smoke, making a SIZZLING sound like roasting meat.
They thrashed and wailed in agony on the ground, but they could not escape the scorching heat that clung to them like maggots on a corpse.
Even the massive Blood Pool began to boil violently, like a pot of scalding water, releasing waves of a putrid stench.
"Damn it!"
Count Camille let out an infuriated roar.
He knew that if he didn’t act now, the followers he had cultivated for over a century would be roasted alive by this Golden Dragon.
"Crimson Domain!"
He bellowed, and an equally powerful, yet bloody and chilling Domain Power erupted from his body.
In an instant, the entire cavern seemed to be dragged into a world made of blood and shadows.
Dark red energy surged like a tide toward the brilliant light of Sun, which was as dazzling as a blazing sun itself.
RUMBLE!
The two diametrically opposed Domains slammed violently into each other!
The entire cavern began to tremble violently.
Countless rock fragments and crystals rained down from the ceiling.
Several massive cracks spread from the ceiling down to the walls, looking as if the entire structure could collapse at any moment.
"Sun! Control your power! This place is about to collapse!"
Raylo shouted a warning.
"Understood, my lord!"
Sun also realized the gravity of the situation.
He immediately contracted his Domain’s range, containing the power that could incinerate all creation within a relatively small area.
Although the Domain’s range was smaller, its power hadn’t diminished in the slightest. Its furious light and scorching power still ruthlessly suppressed Count Camille’s Crimson Domain.
Count Camille’s expression grew even uglier.
He could feel his Domain being burned away and purified, bit by bit.
If this continued, it wouldn’t be long before his power was completely incinerated by the Golden Dragon.
’I can’t keep fighting!’
’If I do, I’ll die here too!’
A single thought grew wildly in Camille’s mind.
He glanced at his subordinates, who were still struggling to hold on, and a cold glint flashed in his eyes.
Then, he gritted his teeth.
POOF!
Without any warning, his body exploded, transforming into over a hundred fist-sized Blood Bats.
The Blood Bats frantically flew toward the cracks and vents in the cavern ceiling, heedless of anything else.
The Vampire Count... had actually abandoned all his subordinates and fled alone!
"Trying to run?"
Sun roared and opened his mouth, unleashing his Dragon Breath in an attempt to burn all the Blood Bats to ash.
But there were too many Blood Bats, and they were too scattered. In the blink of an eye, more than a dozen of them had successfully slipped into the cracks and vanished.
"Damn it!"
Sun roared in fury.
Meanwhile, inside the cavern, the Vampires who had been ruthlessly abandoned by their Monarch fell into utter despair.
They looked at the god-like Golden Dragon, then at the murderous Human Knights before them with drawn blades, and their faces twisted into crazed expressions.
"Fight them to the death!"
"For the glory of the bloodline!"
They let out final, desperate howls and launched a suicidal charge toward Raylo’s army.
’A bunch of pitiful, abandoned worms.’
Raylo watched the crazed Vampires making their final charge, his eyes devoid of any pity.
For these evil creatures that fed on human blood, any sympathy was wasted.
"Ed, Alex."
"Here, my lord!"
"Leave none alive," Raylo commanded coldly.
"Yes, my lord!" Ed and Alex responded in unison, their Long Swords already thirsting for blood.
"Knights! For the glory of Black Stone Territory! For the innocent souls who have died! Charge!"
Ed’s roar was like the sounding of a Horn, signaling the attack.
"Charge!"
The Knights let out a heaven-shaking war cry as the Fighting Spirit within them erupted without reservation, converging into a steel torrent that met the charging Vampires head-on.
The battle erupted once more.
But this time, there was no longer any suspense.
The flight of Vampire Count Camille had completely shattered the Vampires’ last line of psychological defense.
Though they appeared crazed, they had already lost their will to fight. Their so-called charge was nothing more than a final, desperate struggle.
Moreover, suppressed by Sun’s "Solar Furnace" Domain, their strength was weakened by at least thirty percent.
The ubiquitous light and heat continuously burned their bodies and souls.
In contrast, the morale of the Knights from Black Stone Territory was sky-high.
The Earth Dragon Knights formed the vanguard. Their thick Armor and the Two-Handed Greatswords in their hands became an insurmountable barrier for the Vampires.
The remaining Knights flanked them, weaving through the enemy ranks. The Long Swords in their hands were like vipers’ fangs—precise and lethal, continuously reaping the lives of their enemies.
