Limited Time Marriage: Nice to Meet You Mr. Foster
Chapter 611 - 610: I Have an Idea
Chapter 611: Chapter 610: I Have an Idea
Nathan Foster knew what Langston Caldwell was saying, "I’ll figure something out."
"However, The Osborne Family has a library, and there are many lost manuscripts from Celestia there. I remember following the young master in secretly when I was a child, and was severely reprimanded by Sir Osborne. I found it odd; even though the young master had come of age, and the family business was handed over to him, they still wouldn’t let him enter that library."
The young master Langston referred to is Evan Osborne, but Langston’s memory of Evan is from when he was younger, during Evan’s youthful days.
The Osborne Family holds too much mystery.
Whenever anything leads to The Osborne Family, it’s difficult to continue the investigation.
Because there’s simply no useful information to be found.
Seeing Nathan Foster remaining silent, Langston hesitated for a moment, then said:
"Actually, I have an idea."
Nathan Foster looked at the screen, where Langston carefully chose his words before saying:
"Right now, the only people who know Ian Grant is the young master are just the two of us; The Osborne Family has no idea about this, and Sir Osborne still believes the young master died in the car accident that year, unaware that the person who actually died was Ian Grant. If we reveal the truth and release the information about the hospital where the young master had facial surgery back then, The Osborne Family will surely find out. The fact that South Grant is an Osborne child will certainly not stay hidden. The Osbornes won’t let their own child wander outside, and by then, they will inevitably bring him back. If South Grant returns to The Osborne Family, it will be much easier to accomplish things than it is for us."
"No." Nathan Foster flatly rejected without a second thought.
Langston also anticipated Nathan Foster’s disagreement.
If South Grant returns to The Osborne Family, he would be out of reach, and if anything happened, Nathan Foster would not be able to help her at all.
Therefore, the safest way is to keep her by his side.
"Pretend I didn’t say that, I’ll think of something else." Langston said, then remembered something, and continued: "For now, the most urgent thing is to get hold of the treasure map."
"I’ll handle this; you keep doing your research."
After closing the video, Nathan Foster returned to the bedroom.
South Grant was frowning even in her sleep, perhaps dreaming of something unpleasant.
Nathan Foster reached out to gently stroke her brow, and perhaps because she smelled a familiar scent, South Grant moved closer.
In her sleep, South Grant’s face was serene, and Nathan Foster couldn’t help but sigh.
How wonderful it would be if she weren’t a descendant of anyone specific, so she wouldn’t have to bear those burdens.
Harold Foster is a formidable character, something Nathan Foster always knew.
But he didn’t know the depths of Harold Foster’s cunning.
Stella Foster has been nothing but a pawn in Harold Foster’s hands all her life. Nathan Foster always thought Harold Foster was unaware of Stella Foster’s whereabouts; he actually knew she was with The Grant Family all along. He remained silent for eighteen years simply because the four treasure maps were incomplete and didn’t want to draw attention from others.
Now he’s afraid his health won’t hold out, so he’s started plotting for the four treasure maps.
Undoubtedly, The Osbornes will soon find out too, and what South Grant will face by then is predictable.
Nathan Foster only wishes for her to live a simple life, but he hadn’t imagined her life to be so complicated.
South Grant slept soundly and went to work full of energy in the morning.
Yesterday, she took Claire Ellison to the hospital for further recovery and gave her a brilliant idea.
