Chapter 111: A Generac Stone?

Vox lurked in the shadows and located Tyler’s hideout cave. He didn’t want to break into it, so he used his right hand to place the trap underneath the snow. The small stone pulsated until the Eidolon said, "Propogate."

The tiny stone quickly expanded as he disappeared into the shadow and the Generac stone produced the first legendary beast.

"RAWR," the giant beast howled, shaking the snow off the trees in the forest. Beasts started quickly coming out of the Generac stone, fighting amongst themselves. The original, who had a giant black horn on his head and was slightly larger than the rest easily ripped through and killed two of the one’s fighting and roared again.

The rest of the beasts fell in line and the one’s pouring out of the crystal lined up and started scouring the area for food and resources. The alpha was established.

"What the HELL is that?!" Dean Pritchett yelled across the control room as he saw beasts quickly flooding the forest.

"Not sure sir. It looks like some type of origin stone for the beasts to spawn from." One of the employees said while reviewing the footage.

"Stop, right there!" the Dean yelled, noticing a smaller Eidolon with a hood in the area.

"Who is that?" One of the higher ranking officials asked.

"Looks Eidolon. So he planted something to spawn beasts near Tyler’s hideout. Why?" Another official asked.

"Get the board of directors on the phone, we have much to discuss." the Dean said while biting his nails.

’Tyler, I don’t know what’s going on or where the hell you are but I really hope you’re prepared for chaos...’ the dean thought as the board of directors all answered via video call.

He explained the development and the board of directors wanted access to the video feeds moving forward. The dean refused, stating they needed to come to the Academy to protect any leaks. Unfortunately for the dean, Tommy V and other influencers also noticed the Eidolon putting the crystal down and the entire world watched in wonder what other secrets the Forest of Unknowns had and if anymore would be exposed.

Tyler stood in the throne room listening to Bahamut’s speech about the importance of discovering the true meaning of the forest. They had already spent at least an hour there, so everyone slightly worried the scores would be drastically different. Another concern for the group was someone discovering their hideout, breaking in and stealing all of their supplies.

"Make sure you cleanse that staff. You won’t be able to summon us if it isn’t at maximum level and even at SSS you are not nearly strong enough," Asura said with a faint smile.

"Thank you for all the information and allowing the portal to come right to you, are you able to control that?" Tyler asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Sometimes. Not always so don’t expect it. As you level and rank up, you will be able to gain more control over them. Now go!" Bahamut ordered.

Tyler and his girls sprinted through the portal. Tyler closed it and they heard giant roars and foot steps stampeding through the snowy area. They all looked at one another, tossed each other a health potion, food potion and mana potion while preparing for whatever came their way.

Tyler removed the Earth barrier blocking the entrance and the beasts immediately smelled their fresh prey.

"What the fuck are those things!" Kass said in disgust, noticing hundreds of beasts running around. A group of them was headed in their direction.

Nyxara quickly used inspect.

"Legendary beasts and I have no information on them. How are there new beasts randomly here?!"

"Calm down. Stick together and let’s get as many hearts as we can," Tyler said calmly as he linked with Rex.

His skin turned green, protected by the scales from the tyrant’s beast form. His white aura now swirled around him significantly more vividly and his eyes were no longer green, they were a very pale gold.

Amanda and Kass paired up, Nyx and Sophie went in another direction and they started taking down the giant beasts with precision and teamwork. Nyx continued to change forms with her requip ability while teleporting to slay the large, hybrid beasts. They looked like a mix between a wyvern, griffon and wolf with menacing black eyes and thick, black hides. Their claws and teeth were sharp, but the group was able to work around them to the delight of the streaming audience.

"Looks like this group is working together in top form!" Tommy V commentated to his 1.2 billion viewers.

"Tyler! Tyler! Tyler!" People commented, others rooting against him.

"Hope these weird fuckers take that asshole and his bitches down!" -DragonSlayer69

Despite the cold, sweat was dripping down their foreheads and Kass didn’t see the Alpha charging at her. Tyler shot a giant wall of earth to slow him down, but he ripped through it and sent her flying.

"Link with Ash," Tyler muttered and flew as quickly as he could to heal Kass, who was bleeding from the head and arms.

"I need flesh Tyler...I don’t feel good." Kass looked at him, face pale and drained.

’Well this is going to hurt like a mother fucker,’ Tyler thought.

"If I chop my arm off, can you regenerate it if I’m linked with you Rex?"

"It’s worth a shot." Rex said calmly.

"Let me do it Tyler!" Ritsu said cheerfully.

"A clone will work as human flesh for her?" Tyler was weary of the idea.

"It most certainly should. We can try just a small piece and see how she reacts."

"Ok, sounds good, thank you Ritsu, it’s going to hurt I’m sorry."

"It’s ok. I’ve been through worse," she said calmly.

’Link with Ritsu.’

"Everyone else go help the other girls and start taking down these beasts. Find out where they’re coming from!" Tyler ordered.

"On it!"

His 7 Eidolons stormed off and Tyler noticed Gaia weaving through Vexarra like it was nothing. She was the Eidolon of creation, so she naturally could become one with the terrain.

"Kass, my clone is going to feed you a small piece of flesh. Let me know if it helps or makes you sick, ok?" Tyler said while using his healing magic to make her feel more comfortable.

She gave a faint nod and Ritsu used her other arm as a make sharp razor blade and cut one of the clone’s fingers off. She fed it to Kass.

"Well?" Tyler asked nervously.

"It’s not as strong as human flesh, but it works. Thank you." Kass said quietly.

"Ritsu, how much can you give without going to rest?" Tyler asked while putting up another earth wall. The beasts wanted a free meal and he wasn’t going to give them one. Shadow and Rex lunged over and took down the charging beasts and their score continued to increase with each kill. The other schools looked up in shock at Ability Academy 1 quickly climbing the leaderboard.

Ritsu cut off her entire arm and Kass inhaled it like it was nothing. The color started returning to her face, which made Tyler relax.

’Recall Ritsu.’ Tyler said while grabbing a mana potion from his back pocket.

He cut a piece of his own flesh off with his staff and let Kass eat it and drink his blood.

She reluctantly ate the flesh and stopped drinking quickly, not wanting to drain Tyler.

Tyler smiled and healed himself.

’At least we know we have ways to help her if she’s in trouble.’

"Tyler! We need your help with this alpha bastard! We can’t get him down!" Nyx shouted in frustration.
