"Chu Feng, I’m going to kill you!" Little Overlord Hei Tian roared.

The rage in his heart was immense; he wished he could just tear Chu Feng limb from limb.

"Hei Tian, what do you think you’re doing!" At that moment, Hei Tian’s father walked in, saw the scene, and quickly reprimanded him.

"It’s alright, Uncle. Let him try. If it weren’t for you and Auntie, I would’ve crippled him long ago. If he keeps messing around like this, his life is over," Chu Feng said, looking at Little Overlord Hei Tian.

But the guy showed no restraint, swinging a club straight down at Chu Feng’s head.

However, before the club could land, Chu Feng snatched it out of the air. Then, with a single pull, he wrenched it away.

Instantly, the skin on Little Overlord Hei Tian’s hands was torn open, and blood gushed out.

The guy was just an ordinary person. How could he possibly compare to Chu Feng? In terms of speed or strength, the two were worlds apart.

The two slaps Chu Feng had given him earlier were delivered with deliberate restraint.

If he hadn’t held back, their heads would have simply exploded. Given Chu Feng’s current cultivation realm, a full release of his power could likely shatter a boulder.

"You just had to see blood to behave. If it weren’t for Uncle and Auntie’s sake, I would absolutely cripple you today! At least then they wouldn’t have to worry about you anymore," Chu Feng said.

"Son of a bitch! Chu Feng, you’ve got guts! Everyone, get him! Kill him!" Little Overlord Hei Tian exploded with rage and ordered his men to swarm Chu Feng.

Only by taking Chu Feng down could he vent his fury.

There were a dozen or so people in the hall.

"Hah, you’ve been running around for so long and you’re still in this pathetic state. You really think you’re hot shit? I’d like to see which of you dares to help him. If you’ve got the balls, then come on!" Chu Feng shouted, his face twisting in anger.

Chu Feng’s expression was incredibly fierce, striking fear into people’s hearts.

As a result, the others didn’t dare to step forward. They could all see that Chu Feng was a ruthless character. Who would dare to attack and risk getting beaten up?

"Hei Tian, since you haven’t had enough of a beating, let’s continue. I’ll be bare-handed, and I’ll even give you one hand. I want to see just how tough you’ve gotten, how much skill you have now. Today, I will beat you until you get on your knees and admit you’re wrong," Chu Feng said, tossing the club aside.

Chu Feng disdained using a club against an ordinary person like him; he could beat him to death with his bare hands.

Chu Feng also knew there was only one way to deal with someone like this: a beating.

Only by beating the fear into him, beating him into submission, would he not dare to act tough with you.

"Uh, Brother Hei Tian, my mom just called. Said something came up at home, so I’m gonna head out."

"Yeah, uh, my wife is calling me back for something, too."

"I’ve gotta go. I’ve got stuff to do."

Soon, the guys who had been eating and drinking with Little Overlord Hei Tian all scurried away.

Little Overlord Hei Tian had been the one to invite them. These young thugs were happy to oblige—after all, who doesn’t like free food and drinks?

They had been feasting like this for several days straight, which made Little Overlord Hei Tian’s parents miserable.

They didn’t earn much to begin with, and this daily extravagant feasting made the old couple sigh in despair every day.

The guy was already dirt poor, yet he didn’t know the first thing about saving money.

The crucial point was that Little Overlord Hei Tian had just gotten out of jail. He wasn’t earning any money at all and had been blowing through the hard-earned savings his parents had scraped together over the years.

What was most infuriating was how many parasites like him existed in society. Not only did they mooch off their parents, but they were also unfilial, even hitting and cursing them at the slightest provocation. They were worse than animals.

"Hei Tian, open your eyes and take a good look! These are the friends you’ve made. You think just having numbers is enough? Look at you now that you’re in trouble. Is a single one of them willing to stand up for you? Aren’t you so high and mighty? Come on, make a move! You couldn’t beat me when we were kids, what makes you think you can beat me now?" Chu Feng said coldly.

"You’re asking for it." Provoked by Chu Feng’s words, Little Overlord Hei Tian charged at him with a flying kick.

The guy was tall and burly, and with his ferocious expression, he instinctively frightened most people who saw him.

However, when facing vicious people, you had to be even more ruthless and fierce than them to make them afraid.

You had to beat them into submission, beat them until they were utterly terrified and wouldn’t dare to think of retaliating. Only then would it be over.

Chu Feng sent Little Overlord Hei Tian flying with a single kick. The blow was powerful, making him howl and grimace in pain.

If he hadn’t drunk so much, the kick probably would have hurt even more.

"Is that all the strength you have? Again," Chu Feng said coldly.

Little Overlord Hei Tian felt deeply insulted. He roared in fury and, despite the excruciating pain, charged forward again.

He couldn’t believe he actually couldn’t beat Chu Feng. The rage was enough to make him want to cough up blood.
