Chapter 485: The Second Sect Base

“Bai Xue, don’t be like that. I just had some business, so I invited Master over for a visit. She can also keep an eye on Miaoke.”

“Of course, I can only rest easy with someone as powerful as Master here,” Chu Feng said with a smile. “See? I didn’t even call the Chu Family’s old ancestor. I don’t trust his strength—I only trust Master.”

“This trip you’re taking to the Southern Border to find the Netherworld Sect… what do you know about them?” the Celestial Sword Sect Leader asked.

“I’ve looked into the Netherworld Sect. I must say, they’re quite powerful. But no matter how strong they are, I’m not the least bit afraid,” Chu Feng said confidently, his smile as pleasant as a spring breeze.

‘So what if the Netherworld Sect has a lot of experts? They’re all in the Martial Arts Peak Realm, and the strongest are merely at the Martial Arts Limit.’

Yet, Chu Feng felt no fear and dared to face them alone.

“It’s good that you’ve done your research, but you must still be extremely careful. Don’t get careless. You can rest assured about things here. Even though I’m by myself, it will be impossible for anyone to harm your family. Even if I’m not their match, I can delay them until you get back.”

“After last time, Spirit Sword Valley has lost its former influence, so you can relax. No one is stupid enough to come here just to die,” the Celestial Sword Sect Leader said.

“With you here, Master, I can definitely rest easy,” Chu Feng said with a smile.

‘After all, the Celestial Sword Sect Leader was a veteran expert at the Martial Arts Limit, her strength unfathomable.’

‘An ordinary expert at the Martial Arts Limit would be no match for her.’

There were many people in the Martial Arts Realm at the Martial Arts Peak Realm.

But as for the Martial Arts Limit, not even one in twenty would reach it.

The combat prowess of each one had reached the absolute apex of this stage, making them incredibly formidable.

Even a major sect like Wudang, with its countless disciples and many experts in the Martial Arts Peak Realm, only had a few who reached the Martial Arts Limit.

“Alright, alright, stop kissing up to me. You’ve offended quite a few people this time—Snow Mountain Sect, Spirit Sword Valley, Blood Blade Manor… You’re such a troublemaker,” the Celestial Sword Sect Leader said, shooting Chu Feng a look.

She was completely helpless when it came to Chu Feng’s behavior.

But she had to admit, the guy was incredibly powerful—strong enough to take on dozens of Martial Arts Peak Realm experts all by himself.

Such strength was indeed dumbfounding.

“Master, it wasn’t me who wanted to offend them. They had nothing better to do and came looking for trouble with me. I couldn’t just take it lying down, right? So they turned out to be less skilled and got themselves killed, and now they’re blaming me? There’s no justice in the world!” Chu Feng said with a look of resignation.

‘He couldn’t help it. His power was so immense that it naturally made others jealous.’

‘And if people were jealous enough to come looking for trouble, then Chu Feng certainly wouldn’t be polite about it.’

‘Whoever came looking for trouble would be taken out, plain and simple.’

“So, when are you planning to leave?” the Celestial Sword Sect Leader asked.

“I’ll leave soon. The sooner I go, the sooner I can return. I don’t want to linger there for too long,” Chu Feng said.

“Alright, you should head out soon then,” the Celestial Sword Sect Leader said with a smile. “I must say, the south is much better. Beautiful scenery, warm weather… it’s a huge improvement over the Great Snow Mountain. Maybe we should just build a second Sect branch here. We could come down to relax whenever we’re free.”

“That’s a great idea, Master. There’s a plot of land just out back that’s large enough to build a Sect,” Chu Feng said, smiling.

“Great! Then it’s settled. We can arrange for people to start building here and move everything over. The Great Snow Mountain is so inconvenient, anyway,” Chu Feng said with a smile.

He had no objection to this whatsoever.

‘After all, if the Celestial Sword Sect built a second branch here, it would be much more convenient for Su Miaoke’s Cultivation. Plus, she would have people around to guide her.’

‘The crucial part was that the entire village’s security would improve drastically. No one would dare come looking for trouble, unless they had a death wish.’

‘Of course, building a second Sect here would certainly take a significant amount of time.’

‘A typical Sect required many structures: a main hall, side halls, various other rooms, training grounds, repositories for swords and scriptures, and even lecture halls for Cultivation sessions.’

‘It was a massive project. If they wanted to decorate it lavishly, it would cost at least several hundred thousand.’

‘However, for the Celestial Sword Sect to have reached its status, it must have considerable wealth. They wouldn’t be strapped for cash.’

“Master, you can all discuss the details of that later. For now, you can stay in the same room as last time, and Bai Xue can have the room next door. I’ve already had them prepared for you,” Chu Feng said.

Chu Feng’s family home was now a large, renovated villa. A single floor had five or six rooms, which was more than enough space.

When Chu Feng returned to his room, Su Miaoke was just getting up.

“Have Master and the others arrived?” Su Miaoke asked.

“Yeah, they just arrived. I’m about to leave. The sooner I head out, the sooner I’ll be back,” Chu Feng said as he began to pack his things.
