Chapter 681: Xia Qingyue’s visions

“I will now begin the process of transmitting parts of the Mecha Race racial data to all of you.”

Grey looked at the gathered members of his faction with a serious expression.

The people who would undergo this transformation were Jasmine, Valeria, Alissa, Lia, Alan, Julie, Anderson, and Angela.

As for his daughters, they didn’t have frequential bodies yet so they would have to wait. The rest he would handle later.

He wanted to see whether it would work without mishap first.

But then Grey pulled Alan aside from the group.

“Alan, there’s something we need to discuss.”

Alan looked at him with curiosity.

“You can’t utilize the Sovereign Ontological Override,” Grey explained. “You’re not a frequential being.”

Alan’s expression flickered with understanding.

“Hence, I propose this to you,” Grey continued. “Become a frequential being.”

Alan readily agreed without any hesitation whatsoever.

Grey was taken aback by his immediate acceptance.

“You understand this won’t be changing paths,” Grey clarified. “The event horizon only converts data to frequency. You’ll be able to do everything you could do before but it will still make a different being from what you are right now.”

“Do you still accept? The body you possess now is a cumulation of what you have built. Consider it carefully.”

Alan nodded firmly.

“I understand, Master. I accept.”

Grey had specifically asked and even made sure because he was the owner of a higher-leveled path. He wasn’t sure if Alan would appreciate such a fundamental change to his existence and wanted to think carefully about it. Once done, you cannot go back after all.

He was certain the rest wouldn’t mind, but Alan was different.

Yet here Alan was, agreeing without a second thought.

In the end, multiple event horizons appeared around the people gathered.

Grey used his Infinity Mind to parallel compute all of their racial datasets simultaneously. He made sure the data was compatible with each one of them before sending it down through the event horizons.

The information converted into cosmic radiation, the purest form of frequency.

The frequencies washed over each person and reformed within their existences.

Grey smiled at the successful transmission.

“Go ahead and anchor yourselves,” he instructed.

Everyone began the process immediately since they already knew how to do it from Grey’s earlier explanation.

But Alan in particular, when he completed the anchoring, started crying.

Grey became speechless seeing this.

He walked over and patted Alan’s back awkwardly.

“You’re a being far stronger than even a 13th Rank existence,” Grey said. “What the hell are you crying for?”

Alan instead bowed deeply to Grey.

“Thank you, Master,” he said with a trembling voice. “If I hadn’t met you, I would never have been able to achieve this.”

His voice cracked with emotion.

“The impossible barrier that prevented access to certain racial powers has now been completely breached by you.”

“You are a True God to me.”

Grey just smiled at his gratitude.

“Well, as long as you’re happy. We’ll be entering the Higher Realm soon, so this will come in handy.”

He let them familiarize themselves with the server and the Information Layer.

Eterna was already there giving instructions to everyone, guiding them through the basics of navigating this new realm of existence.

Soon, Grey gathered them again to discuss something important.

“I’ve discovered clues about Earth,” he announced.

Everyone’s attention sharpened immediately.

“The Zenith Heaven might contain the entrance to Earth.”

Angela and Anderson, his parents, were visibly surprised hearing this.

“Really?”

“Yeah, but I’m not too sure,” Grey admitted.

“But that would explain why Grandpa entered Earth in the first place.”

Hearing this, everyone readily nodded in agreement.

Their goal now was to get to the Zenith Heaven as fast as possible.

There was not much time remaining.

But not everyone would be permanently leaving for the Higher Realm.

Lia was not coming, she had responsibilities with the gods that needed her attention. Valeria was not coming either, she wanted to guide the gods in their recovery.

Jasmine also decided she wasn’t coming because she wanted to build the ship that could traverse between the Higher Realm and the Endless Reality.

In the end, the people going from his side were Alissa, Grey, Ouroboros, and Alan.

Well, Alan would leave behind his clone here and meet them in the Higher Realm. That’s what he said.

Others from the 12th plane like Lyris would also be joining them.

Speaking of which, Lia had already converted the devils into angels. They now loyally served under the gods and were helping them get back to full power.

At the same time, inside the Nexus Domain’s tower, in a silent quarters, Xia Qingyue sat there in a daze watching the starry sky.

“What are those visions?” she mumbled to herself.

She couldn’t understand what was happening to her.

For the past months, she had been seeing visions of a huge and vast world corrupted by red. She constantly kept getting killed by some unknown being in those visions.

She saw deaths, armies marching forward, and the world getting destroyed continuously.

She had reached the 7th Rank and had been getting such visions ever since.

Then suddenly, someone knocked on her door.

She glanced toward the door and immediately went to open it.

“Yo!” Grey greeted her enthusiastically while carrying a bag full of stuff. “I bought snacks.”

“Come in,” Xia Qingyue said with twitching lips as she closed the door behind him.

Grey casually put the bag on the table and sat on the sofa before turning on the TV.

“Do you know how surprised I was when I saw those small mini marts on my planet? It reminded me of my old world.”

“So I bought some chips, drinks, and ice cream. Then I remembered you, so I decided to pay you a visit.”

Grey had always visited her whenever he was around. She lived in the same tower as the others after all.

Xia Qingyue was the reason he was at the stage he was at right now. He could choose to forget many faces, but never hers.
