Chapter 310: Chapter 310: Graham’s Urgency, Danger
“Here’s the thing. Just now, Aiden passed the Strongest Killing Intent Broken Soldiers trial, and…” Graham began slowly.
But before he could finish, Robert’s eyes widened. He whipped his head around to look at Aiden and asked instinctively, “The Strongest Killing Intent Broken Soldiers trial? You passed it?”
Seeing Aiden nod, Robert took a deep, sharp breath.
That was the Strongest Killing Intent Broken Soldiers trial! Not even passing it was rare; very few talented candidates could even trigger it!
Robert turned his head to glance at the other talented candidates. They were shivering uncontrollably, forced to endure the killing intent inside the few Broken Soldiers they had faced. Then he looked back at Aiden, who stood there with a calm, unreadable expression.
He couldn’t help but sigh inwardly: “The gap between people is truly enormous.”
“Lord Bella definitely didn’t misjudge Aiden. This guy has huge potential.”
“I almost forgot! Aiden is the genius who sensed the Dark Force of Laws at level 50. It’s only natural that he could pass this trial.” Realizing this, Robert turned his gaze back to Graham.
His eyes were filled with excitement and anticipation, and the corners of his mouth lifted slightly.
When Robert mentioned later that Aiden had successfully sensed the Dark Force of Laws, Graham would definitely be shocked.
This was something that would stun even a Divine Powerhouse!
“Oh right, what else were you going to say?” Robert asked Graham.
Graham looked at Robert helplessly. He had been just about to say it when Robert interrupted him.
“Aiden not only passed the Strongest Killing Intent Broken Soldiers trial, but he also used the killing intent from the trial to sense the Slaughter Force of Laws.”
After saying this, Graham stared seriously into Robert’s eyes. However, he didn’t see a single trace of shock.
“Yes, exactly. Aiden has already sensed the Dark Force of Laws, and you knew about that… Wait!”
“You just said Slaughter Force of Laws?”
“Slaughter Force of Laws?” Robert took a giant step toward Graham, his eyes wide, staring fixedly at him.
“What Dark Force of Laws? I’m talking about Slaughter Force of Laws! Wait… are you saying Aiden also sensed the Dark Force of Laws?” Graham’s expression was confused for a second, then he suddenly realized something was wrong.
The two of them slowly turned their heads to look at Aiden.
The atmosphere suddenly became unnaturally silent.
Not far away, Cassian had heard the conversation between Graham and Robert. He stood like a stone statue, his expression frozen and his body stiff.
If he hadn’t heard wrong, Aiden hadn’t just sensed the Slaughter Force of Laws during the Strongest Killing Intent Broken Soldiers trial, but had also sensed the Dark Force of Laws long ago!
Is this something a level 50 Reclasser is even capable of doing?
“Maybe the real me is still in bed sleeping, and everything happening now is just a dream?” Cassian thought to himself, unable to stop the feeling.
Meanwhile, Graham and Robert kept adjusting their breathing. It took them over ten full seconds before the shock and disbelief on their faces finally faded a little.
Graham muttered to himself instinctively: “Level 50, sensing two different Forces of Laws… just how strong is your soul?”
“No, I have to tell my teacher about this as soon as possible!”
Graham gave Aiden one last deep look, then turned to Robert without hesitation.
“Help me out, will you? Lead these talented candidates to the Golden Great Wall. I’m going to find my teacher now.”
“No way, I have other things to do,” Robert quickly shook his head.
He could see right through Graham’s plan. If Robert were a Divine Powerhouse, upon learning about Aiden’s incredible… no, his immense potential, he wouldn’t be able to resist wanting to take Aiden as a student either.
However, Graham’s teacher, Kenneth, was known to many as the War God. He was an absolute powerhouse who had mastered both the Strength Force of Laws and the Slaughter Force of Laws.
But Robert didn’t think Kenneth was a good fit for teaching Aiden. On Earth, only Lord Bella could truly guide Aiden properly.
Besides, Robert really had urgent business at the Golden Great Wall. According to the latest reports, a lot was happening inside the God-Death Realm. Many high-level Reclassers from human nations had been ambushed there, and quite a few had already died.
“Alright, you should just take these talented candidates to the next trial and stop dawdling. I’m leaving now,” Robert said. He didn’t give Graham a chance to speak again. After glancing at Aiden one last time, he simply vanished.
Graham let out a helpless sigh and turned his gaze back to Aiden.
Then, he slowly looked over at the other talented candidates who were still struggling under the killing intent.
“It’s not that you guys are too weak,” Graham said with a sigh. “It’s just that one person is utterly insane.”
To be honest, people like Nellie, Jenna, and Rowan were quite good. They were far stronger than the talented candidates who had entered the Golden Great Wall for the first time.
But then Aiden showed up, making everyone else look incredibly ordinary.
Rushing to get back to the Golden Great Wall, Graham sped up the group’s pace significantly.
Just as everyone was about to reach the next trial, the ground suddenly began to shake violently.
An incredibly terrifying pressure slammed down from afar.
The sky instantly turned color, becoming dark and oppressive.
On the far horizon, a blindingly fast white line appeared.
Graham took just one glance, his face turning pale as he screamed at Cassian:
“It’s an Impact Wave! Get ready for defense!”
Cassian, who had been in a daze, suddenly snapped back to reality.
He took a deep breath, and red flames suddenly erupted all over his body, quickly forming a battle armor covered in flames and phoenix patterns.
Meanwhile, Graham was chowing down on strips of dried meat. The black patterns that had once appeared on his skin suddenly surfaced again.
Most of the talented candidates looked completely confused, having no idea what was happening.
Aiden, however, didn’t hesitate. He moved straight behind Graham and Cassian, shouting to Victor and the others:
“Be careful! Get ready to defend yourselves!”
In the next instant, deafening phoenix roars shattered the sky.
Blazing red fire erupted from Cassian’s body, forming a massive wall of flames in front of all the talented candidates.
Graham hopped lightly over the flames, landing safely behind the wall. He spread his arms wide and pressed his palms against the fiery barrier.
Even though the fire was incredibly hot, the black patterns on Graham’s skin made it impossible for the flames to cause him any harm.
“Stay put! Don’t move around!” Graham shouted in a serious tone.
Suddenly, the ground began shaking even harder as a powerful shockwave roared toward them from afar.
Even massive boulders as heavy as trucks looked like falling leaves in the face of this force.
Boom!
Boom!
The shockwave slammed into the fire wall. The sheer strength pushed Graham back a single small step.
Luckily, his expression didn’t change a bit. He wasn’t panicked at all; instead, he held his breath and slowly pushed the fire wall forward.
It took a full minute before everything around them finally settled down.
The fire wall vanished quickly, and the talented candidates all looked up toward the front.
They saw a landscape of shattered boulders. The ground looked as if it had been plowed by farm tools, leaving everything in a complete mess.
“What… what on earth is happening?” one of the candidates swallowed hard, looking around in fear and asking the question.
The black patterns on Graham’s skin slowly faded. He took a deep breath and replied, “It was probably a battle near the Golden Great Wall. Don’t worry too much.”
After speaking, Graham looked at Cassian, who nodded with a serious expression.
Aiden, however, felt something wasn’t quite right.
Sure enough, he heard Graham continue, “Due to some unexpected accidents, we will have to rush to the Golden Great Wall immediately.”
“Everyone, you must stay right behind Cassian and me. Do not fall behind. If you’re too slow, ask Cassian, me, or any of the faster candidates for help.”
“Get ready. We depart in two minutes.”
The candidates present realized something was wrong. Worry flickered across their faces.
Aiden thought for a moment, then walked right up to Graham and whispered,
“Is there danger?”
Graham took another deep breath, a hint of worry flashing in his eyes. He whispered back,
“That impact just now was very strange. The Golden Great Wall separates most of Earth’s space from the Abyss space. Normally, even if divine powerhouses fought right outside the wall, nothing would feel wrong here.”
“Unless… the Abyss creatures broke inside. But how could that be? The Golden Great Wall is filled with all of Earth’s divine powerhouses and countless Great Venerables.”
“For your safety, we should leave as soon as possible.”
Hearing this, Aiden frowned. That impact had been incredibly powerful, and leaving right away was definitely the safest choice.
But wait—they were heading in the exact direction the shockwave had come from.
Aiden briefly mentioned this point. Graham nodded heavily and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take a detour. It should be fine.”
“Let’s go. Time to move out.”
Just then, Aiden glanced toward the distance, his pupils dilating to their absolute limit.
He spotted two panicked figures rushing toward them at full speed!
