Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System - Chapter 1513 Aftermath

Chapter 1513 Aftermath
A day quickly passed by on the outside. That is 24 days inside the tower.
A lot had happened since the battle between Kent’s team and the three demigods, which ultimately ended with a Celestial appearing only to be sent packing by a bald kid. After the struggle, the first few hours saw many shift the blame for how Kent’s identity as the Spirit Painter was discovered by the soul temple to Lady Annette.
After all, she was the only one who saw Kent up close and also the one who put the painting up for the auction.
However, that was soon dispelled when Lady Tilly revealed the name of the one who leaked the information. It turned out she had suspected one of her workers of being an informant for the Soul Temple.
When Lady Annette came to her with the Spirit Paintings, she described Kent to her in vivid detail. As it happened, their conversation was overheard by this lady, prompting her to call the Soul Temple.
Unfortunately, the old man who nearly killed Kent was the closest to this planet, so he was sent to do the work that mostly requires immortal-stage agents.
The young lady tried to run, but she was captured and imprisoned. From what they had seen, keeping her alive for Kent would pacify his anger toward this planet.
As the only Spirit Painter to appear in millions of years, they all wanted to be in his good books. Naturally, his claim that he could decipher the cursed map only added to their overprotectiveness.
Some who wanted to speak up to him even went so far as to demand an answer from Lord Hunter, resulting in a battle that forced the poor god to run off the planet.
He left Planet Brymrr, and judging by how fast he ran, coming back would be very hard. But then again, he would soon become the hunted.
In less than a day, Kent’s influence had spread all over the planet.
Meanwhile, inside the tower, Vexthra and her sisters met Ainna and Inaya. Initially, Vexthra and her sisters were very angry when they learned that everything had started with Ainna wanting to punish Kent for what he had done to Inaya.
Vexthra, in particular, was very pissed. Before meeting Kent and her sisters, she was a no-nonsense kind of goddess. So her original self nearly awakened, had it not been for her sisters keeping her in check.
Eventually, she calmed down, and they finally learned the source of Ainna’s grievances.
While they didn’t have the complete picture of what had happened, given that their explanation was entirely from their perspective, they decided to accept their account for now and wait for Kent to wake up.
In a sense, after hearing what happened, they understood why she would go that far to get revenge.
Vexthra and her sisters, who knew why Kent went to look for Inaya in the first place, used that reason to calm down further.
They are aware that before Kent can deal with his heart demon, the forbidden seer who has part of his fate must be found. Unfortunately, she was imprisoned in Amon’s Guillotine Cave.
It is one of the seven Calamity Zones in the universe. This particular forbidden zone allows only swordsmen to enter. In the last 100 million years alone, millions of cultivators ventured in, and those who returned were fewer than a hundred.
In fact, some Supremes and Celestials who ventured in never returned.
Inaya was one of the few who managed to venture in there, spend a few thousand years, and return safely. Since that was the case, her help is needed.
So they softened their hatred for the two ladies who nearly caused the death of Kent and some of their sisters. If any of them had died, then they wouldn’t have been lenient on them.
After that, Vexthra had the three demigods thrown into the tower prison. They planned to give them to Yi Lai as potential dragon undead.
They must first pass the dragon ascension trial, of course, but with three of them, there is a chance one of them would at least make it.
For now, she must first become an Immortal before she can open the trial for such powerful beings.
They later decided to learn more about the bald kid, who, after returning to the Legion Tower, had closed his eyes and begun meditating.
They never got to ask him directly who he is or what he is, but thanks to Inaya knowing something about him, they learned he is a sword intent.
Naturally, every last one of them became stunned when they heard this. In their minds, there was just no way a sword intent should possess sentience, let alone become a living person.
However, Inaya explained that he isn’t the normal sword intent they knew.
She explained that the bald kid came into being as a result of Jest glimpsing into the realm above-the-sword Celestial (Sword Will) stage.
She had no name for it, but she believed Jest saw that next realm, and thanks to that, he was able to cultivate a few strands of that energy.
Learning that the bald kid had driven away a Celestial sure made them believe in Inaya.
It was only something far above the Celestial stage that could make a Celestial run with their tail tucked between their legs.
But if that was the case, then just what kind of existence was Kent (Jest) back then if a mere strand of his sword intent could do this?
This question, surprisingly, wasn’t one Inaya could answer. She said she parted ways with Jest when he reached the Sword Supreme stage.
Inaya said they parted ways, but Ainna said she was abandoned. Naturally, the feelings Inaya exuded when she spoke told them she had indeed been abandoned.
Again, when Kent awakens, everything will be cleared. Despite all that, as to how Kent cultivated that strand of sword intent, she had no idea.
Just that a few years after they went their separate ways, he gained enlightenment and started walking the path to the peak, just like how he planned to when he was still a slave.
He once looked up at the sky, his eyes grazing the Wall of Death, and shouted at the top of his voice, “I will one day escape this place and become the greatest swordsman to ever live.”
He made that dream possible, but at the cost of losing someone very important in his life.
Now, Vexthra and her sisters decided to wait for Kent to wake up and explain himself before they headed back out there.
Kaizo and the others, who were left on the 11th floor, decided not to sit around doing nothing, so they made contact with the natives of that world.
Kaizo, being Kaizo, decided to use the chance to train, so he looked for their mission guild and registered. Even if they were there for a month, he wanted to use that time to train as much as possible.
As it happened, his new golem had made it possible for him to break past the Heavenly Ascension stage.
So, in order to always be of strength when the need arises, he ventured into the wild with his golem and started dealing with the monster problem of the planet.
He aimed to become an Immortal before Vexthra returned. His golem is an Immortal King, so he had no reason to be afraid of anything while out there.
Some of the members in the Legion also found something to do while they waited for Vexthra and the rest of the girls to come back, so they could head to the 12th floor.
While all this was happening, Kent was also in the world of memories, recovering more of his memories as Jest, the Genesis Swordsman.
