This is why Patrick Grant relies on his past reputation, and it’s the only reason Boss Payten hasn’t thrown him out.

If it were someone else, they would have been kicked out long ago.

“Mr. Fenton, I really believe in this raw stone. Are you sure you don’t want it?” Master Clark recovered from his shock and spoke calmly.

“No, I don’t want it.” Mr. Fenton responded straightforwardly, deciding not to buy it.

“Mr. Fenton, you should know some people might be bluffing, maybe planning to swoop in themselves.” Master Clark subtly glanced at Patrick Grant and spoke with a smile.

Master Warren frowned, feeling uncertain about it now.

Patrick Grant has been out of sight for so many years, perhaps he’s here for this very raw stone.

This raw stone certainly comes with a gamble. If it succeeds, it could be Patrick Grant’s stepping stone to return.

“Mr. Fenton…” Master Warren glanced at Mr. Fenton.

Mr. Fenton shook his head.

Seeing Mr. Fenton’s reaction, Master Warren remained silent.

Master Clark laughed upon seeing this: “Great, since no one is competing with us for it, let’s acquire this raw stone.”

Isabella Chamberlain said with a smile: “But Stone God Grant said this raw stone would collapse; nonetheless, I still trust Master Clark.”

“Boss Payten, we don’t need to wait any longer.” Isabella Chamberlain looked at Boss Payten, “I believe, except for me, no one else would dare to buy this raw stone after Stone God Grant’s ‘judgment.'”

Boss Payten glanced at Isabella Chamberlain and asked: “Miss Chamberlain, are you sure you want it?”

“Absolutely.” Isabella Chamberlain replied firmly.

“Alright, let’s proceed with the transaction.” Boss Payten smiled and called over his assistant, while Isabella Chamberlain’s secretary followed to process the paperwork.

Master Clark looked at Patrick Grant and asked with a smile: “Big Brother Grant, where have you been all these years?”

Patrick Grant wore a faint smile, showing no trace of emotion even when seeing Master Clark, as if he had long forgotten the events of the past.

Patrick Grant’s lack of response made Master Clark feel humiliated, and hatred filled his heart.

Damn Patrick Grant, just as arrogant as ever.

If it hadn’t been to deal with Patrick Grant back then, would he have lowered himself to be so chummy with him?

“Miss Chamberlain, are you really buying it?” Sophie Wilson curiously asked Isabella Chamberlain.

“Of course.” Isabella Chamberlain replied with a smile.

“But what if it collapses?” Sophie Wilson asked worriedly.

I trust Master Clark’s judgment. However, even if that happens… this amount of money is nothing to me.” Isabella Chamberlain confidently displayed her prowess to Charles Seymour.

Mr. Fenton listened, secretly mocking inside.

If it were others from the Chamberlain Family saying this, he might believe them.

But Isabella Chamberlain, in the Chamberlain Family, only runs a hotel, whereas in jewelry business, she’s merely an agent, with someone else holding the real power.

If such a large amount fails, Isabella Chamberlain won’t be able to handle the consequences.

“Wow, you’re amazing.” Sophie Wilson looked at Isabella Chamberlain with admiration.

Isabella Chamberlain smirked triumphantly, sneering internally at Sophie Wilson, thinking she’s a woman without insight.

Beside the raw stone, Patrick Grant watched his boss’s performance in silence, amused knowing his boss was “playing” again.
