His shadow body should be immune to pain. In fact, his shadow pain should be immune to any and all kinds of physical attacks. But as things were, his immunity had been broken again and again, and he had been forced to taste the bitter flavor of pain.

While he was reading the contract, he used his other hand to grab Shadow Body’s face. Then he clenched his hand as if to crush Shadow Body’s face. The pain of having his entire face in a vice, trying to compress it to the size of an egg, caused Shadow Body to scream loudly in pain.

His screams were like music to Loki’s ears. They soothed his mind as he read through the contract.

He nodded in satisfaction for a while. But he still didn’t sign the contract. What he did was to add his own terms.

The main term he added was that Many Eyes had to tell him the location of every small world he knew, even if the small worlds didn’t belong to him.

The second change he made was that Many Eyes had to tell him the location of all of these worlds in less than an hour after signing the contract.

The third change he made was that their Cave Heaven will shatter completely if they break the contract. The previous punishment for breaching the terms of the contract was for their Cave Heaven to be split in half.

So he made the punishment more severe. He made that last change because he didn’t want Many Eyes to have any other option other than giving him everything he wanted.

The main reason he was willing to let Many Eyes go and not take his Cave Heaven of 375 million square kilometers was so that he could get every small world that Many Eyes had ever laid his eyes on. If Many Eyes had other options, the contract would defeat the purpose it was made for.

After making these three changes and other minor changes to the contract, he sent it back to Many Eyes. Many Eyes reached out and caught the contract. Then he read through it to see what changes Loki had made.

The seer had good eyesight and should be able to see everything in the contract with one eye in one glance, but he used three eyes to look at the contract from three different directions. He even read the contract over and over just to be sure.

It was clear that he wasn’t willing to let any error escape his notice. But no matter how he looked, Loki hadn’t snuck in an unreasonable demand. So he signed in relief and signed the contract.

With the contract signed, he sent it back to Loki. So it was Loki’s turn to make sure that Many Eyes hadn’t changed anything in the contract since the last time he checked it.

When he saw that the terms were agreeable, he used the Gorilla Strength Metac to sign the contract. This caused the contract to split into two.

One half of the contract went to Many Eyes and sank into his body. The other half of the contract sank into Loki’s body and entered his Cave Heaven.

The other half of the contract stood in the sky of his Cave Heaven like a small twinkling star. It looked harmless, but Loki was not fooled. He knew that if he broke the contract, this small star would wreak devastating damage on his Cave Heaven.

With the contract signed, he could finally return to using his two hands to beat the deceiver. What he chose to do was to punch the deceiver in the mouth.

This time, his fist broke into the deceiver’s mouth and went down his throat. But even this level of obstruction in his throat wasn’t enough to stop the deceiver from cursing him because he could still talk with his mind.

Not only did the deceiver curse at him, but he also threatened Loki, saying, "You’re strong, but you can’t kill me because my alliance leader is stronger. If you kill me, you will be pursued to the ends of the earth until you die a gruesome death."

Loki was interested, so he asked, saying, "Who is your leader?"

Shadow Body quickly replied, saying, "She is the Monarch Shadow Clones. She is a rank 8 great cultivator with three Divine Positions."

Then he grinned with pride as he asked Loki, "Are you scared now?"

In response, Loki lied, saying, "I am scared. But that doesn’t mean I will let you go. I won’t let you bully me just because you’re part of an alliance."

Shadow Body didn’t expect to hear what he said at all. Shadow Body expected him to stand down and try to negotiate peace.

So when Shadow Body heard that Loki was still going to kill him despite knowing his identity, he became hysterical as he said, "You’re crazy. Why would you continue to fight when you know that you will get into trouble for it? What can you gain from killing me? Killing me is not worth it."
