More lightning snakes rained from the thundercloud and tore into Han Wu’s forces. Without the Great Lightning Dragons to suppress them, his units were being fried.

Han Wu’s heart winced with every death. He had painstakingly raised each of his units. It was unbearable to watch them die for nothing.

However, the lightning snakes were pure elemental entities, and Han Wu was struggling to find a counter to them with just his units. He was considering whether to use his Conversion Jurisdiction when a pack of dogs charged through his divine realm gate.

These weren’t ordinary dogs; they were the Heavenly Dogs, the ultimate evolution of Han Wu’s Devourer Path. Their Moon Eater ability allowed them to swallow anything and convert it into strength.

Without waiting for orders, the Heavenly Dogs opened their mouths and activated Moon Eater against the rampaging lightning snakes, swallowing them whole. The violent Lightning Energy didn’t harm the dogs at all. If anything, they looked refreshed, as if they’d just eaten a five-star gourmet meal.

They continued to use Moon Eater even after the snakes were gone, devouring the thundercloud itself. Vast sections of it vanished under the pack’s appetite.

The spectators were dumbfounded. These Heavenly Dogs can digest pure energy? Is there anything they can’t eat?

With the lightning snakes neutralized, Han Wu’s medics rushed in to save many of the wounded units, drastically cutting his losses. Meanwhile, the Heavenly Dogs had found their paradise. They continued to eat the thundercloud until it was nearly gone.

Han Wu had overcome Lei Bing’s lightning snake strategy.

Having no choice but to change tactics, Lei Bing deployed his elite forces with a wave of his hand. This included one Subcosm Thunder Detonator King and fifty Microcosm Thunder Commanders. These were his real prizes from training with the Chaos Clan.

“Kid, let me teach you something. While connections matter, strength matters more. Numbers mean nothing. A single Microcosm Thunder Commander is enough to make you bleed,” Lei Bing declared proudly, confident in his elite forces.

“Oh, really?” Han Wu stopped pretending. With a single call, his Subcosm fighters materialized behind him one after another.

Steely, the Pride Dark Tyrannosprite King, the Wrath War Tyrannosprite King, Supreme Power, and four Mythic Titans born with the Diamond, Gravity, Flesh, and Steel Jurisdictions surrounded him.

Han Wu stood at the center. Wielding Peerless in one hand and his Divine Authority greatsword in the other, he himself radiated the aura of a peak Subcosm fighter. This made nine Subcosm fighters in total on his team.

Lei Bing’s side buckled under their suffocating pressure.

But that wasn’t all.

Next to file through the gate were Han Wu’s Microcosm fighters. Dark Locust, Bow God Bart, Sword God Akanzor, War Angel Amelia, and more—every one a Microcosm powerhouse. Together they rivaled a major faction’s forces.

Han Wu wasn’t quite done yet.

A dragon's roar echoed from his divine realm. Then, Black Dragon King Alpheus, Fire Dragon King Esquiem, Gold Dragon King Smog, Silver Dragon King Erebard, and Lightning Dragon King Bakir stormed out. The five Dragon Kings, while technically Microcosm rank, had the overall strength of Subcosm fighters.

This lineup shook even Di Hong, much less the Lightning God King. Di Hong had assumed he was dealing with a frog in a well, but he was belatedly realizing that Han Wu wasn’t a nobody at all! He was a dragon that had just woken up and was preparing to swallow him whole.

The spectators erupted in cheers. This was an army fit for a divine war!

“Lord Di Hong, what do we do?” Lei Bing asked, frozen in mid-air. Han Wu’s roster was beyond anything he’d imagined.

“What else can we do? Surrender and cut our losses,” Di Hong said coldly. As proud as he was, he recognized the gap in their strength. There was nothing he or Lei Bing could do to fight against Han Wu. Conceding was the smartest move.

Lei Bing raised his hand to surrender, but Han Wu immediately and loudly rejected it. This shocked Lei Bing.

“Kid, I’ve already surrendered! What else do you want? Push me too far, and I’ll do something desperate!” Lei Bing threatened.

Han Wu didn’t flinch. “If you can do something desperate, then why not face me in a fair fight to the death? The agreement’s signed. You’re not leaving this arena alive.”

With that, he ordered the total assault.

Steely was the first to charge in. Its hundred arms unleashed a storm of blade winds that tore through the Thunder Colossi's defense line and crashed straight into Lei Bing’s strongest unit, the Thunder Detonator King. It wanted to test the sharpness of its wind against the ferocity of the Detonator King’s lightning.

With the Thunder Detonator King occupied, the Pride Dark Tyrannosprite King and the Wrath War Tyrannosprite King intercepted Lei Bing’s fifty Microcosm Thunder Commanders, cutting through them with brutal efficiency.

Supreme Power and the four Mythic Titans targeted the remaining Thunder Colossi floating overhead. Their task was to clear out the regular units.

Han Wu saved the Lightning God King for himself.
