Chapter 95: 95 Andarna

95

Andarna

Valeria held the other one.

Nefrava restrained his legs.

Morcant attacked his soul directly.

Maeron roared.

Spiritual energy exploded once again, sending the four undead flying, but Eryon had already prepared the final attack.

The staff struck the ground as an enormous amount of dark energy surged through the skeletons and concentrated on Maeron.

The Beastman tried to resist. His legs trembled.

His chest was covered in cuts, his body looking like a piece of charcoal, while blood flowed from his mouth.

Even so, he still tried to raise one of his swords when the dragon opened its mouth.

"Playing with you was different, but you lost."

The childish voice sounded almost cheerful as blue flames descended violently, illuminating everything around them. Maeron disappeared within them.

BOOOOOOM!

The ground exploded, and a crater opened in the center of the base.

The flames consumed the spiritual energy surrounding the Beastman until his defenses finally broke.

Both swords fell. Maeron remained on his knees, his body covered in burns and cuts.

He took one final breath and then fell dead.

The five undead were scattered across the battlefield.

Kael had a deep cut running across his torso, while Valeria pressed a hand against the wound in her abdomen.

Nefrava had lost most of her bandages and had several cracks running across her golden skin.

Eryon held his broken staff, his spiritual energy clearly diminished.

Morcant remained motionless, the fissure in his chest partially closed.

The dragon landed behind them.

"I helped a lot, didn’t I?"

Kael looked at the enormous creature.

"You almost burned me too in the process."

The dragon tilted its head.

"Sorry. It was an accident."

Valeria let out a small laugh.

"She’s adorable."

Eryon observed the base.

Of the six thousand enemies, thousands had been killed or incapacitated. The rest were scattered, disorganized, and terrified.

But the supply depots continued burning. The weapons had melted, and the spiritual crystals had been destroyed.

And in the center of the crater, the body of the tenth-stage Profound Nascent cultivator remained motionless.

Yun Che watched everything in silence.

The objective had been achieved, but the five undead had also paid a price.

The enemy’s logistical base was almost completely destroyed.

It had once been an organized area, filled with depots, carts, tents, and soldiers. Now, it had been transformed into an enormous field of destruction.

The structures were engulfed in flames.

Large columns of smoke rose into the night sky while small fires spread across the remaining buildings.

The ground was covered with corpses.

Beastmen and Lizardmen were scattered everywhere, some crushed beneath their own debris, while others had been burned by the blue flames.

Yun Che remained standing several meters away, observing everything, his white mask still completely concealing his face.

Behind him, the five Apocalyptic Knights remained scattered across the battlefield.

All of them were in terrible condition. Kael had a deep cut running across his torso, while Valeria pressed one hand against the wound in her abdomen.

Nefrava had lost most of her bandages, and several cracks ran across her golden skin.

Eryon held his broken staff.

Morcant remained motionless, while the fissure in the center of his chest was partially closed.

The enormous Bone Dragon landed behind them, its gigantic feet striking the ground violently.

BOOM!

A small wave of dust spread across the battlefield as its enormous wings slowly began to fold.

Blue flames still burned between its ribs. The creature lowered its gigantic head and looked at the undead.

"I helped a lot, didn’t I?"

Kael looked at her.

"You almost burned me too."

The dragon tilted its head.

"Sorry."

Valeria let out a small laugh.

"She’s adorable."

Yun Che observed the creature for several seconds. Then the dragon began to shrink.

The gigantic bones began disappearing into a mass of dark energy. The enormous wings disappeared, followed by its legs.

Its long neck began to contract. The gigantic head disappeared into its own shadow, and the blue flames were slowly consumed by the dark energy.

Within a few seconds, the enormous dragon had disappeared.

In its place stood a small figure.

A small and adorable little girl.

She appeared to be approximately seven years old, her white hair falling softly down her back.

She wore a small dark-blue dress that moved gently with the wind, while a thin black blindfold covered her eyes.

And despite that, she seemed perfectly capable of perceiving everything clearly around her.

The girl opened a huge smile before running toward Yun Che.

"Master!"

Yun Che barely had time to react before the little girl jumped directly onto him and wrapped her arms around his waist.

"Got you!"

Yun Che remained there, motionless, while the little girl hugged him even tighter.

"My master!"

She raised her face toward him.

"Did you see? I helped everyone!"

Yun Che looked down.

"I did. You did well."

He stroked the little girl’s white hair.

"I burned all of them!"

She looked extremely satisfied and happy.

"It was so much fun!"

Kael remained silent. Valeria looked at the girl with a small smile.

Nefrava watched the scene while some of her few remaining bandages moved slowly.

Eryon was the first to speak.

"So this is the true form of our sixth little sister."

The girl immediately turned her head toward him.

"Sister?"

"Yes."

Eryon slightly inclined his head.

"We are your brothers."

The girl opened an even bigger smile.

"I have brothers!"

She let go of Yun Che for only an instant before running toward Eryon, but stopped before touching him and immediately returned to Yun Che, grabbing his clothes again.

"But I like Master more."

Kael let out a small laugh. Valeria covered her mouth, and even Nefrava seemed amused.

Yun Che remained calm despite everything.

"Come here, little girl."

The girl immediately raised her head.

"Yes, Master!"

She stood before him.

Yun Che observed her snow-white hair, the small dark-blue dress, and the black blindfold over her eyes.

Until that moment, the dragon had possessed only a rational designation: Bone Dragon.

Now, however, that existence had acquired a form of her own, and Yun Che decided to do the same thing he had done with the other five knights.

Give her a name.

"You also need a name, just like your brothers."

The girl became completely still, surprise evident in her movements.

"A name?"

"That’s right."

She placed both hands against her chest.

"I’m going to have a name?"

"Yes."

The girl began jumping.

"I’m going to have a name!"

She jumped again.

"I’m going to have a name!"

Then she hugged Yun Che again.

"Master is going to give me a name!"

Yun Che sighed quietly.

"Stop jumping around."

The girl immediately stopped.

"Yes, Master."

She stood straight as Yun Che remained deep in thought for several seconds before finally speaking a name.

"Andarna."

The girl remained motionless.

"Andarna..."

She repeated it slowly, then opened her mouth.

"ANDARNA!"

She began jumping again.

"My name is Andarna!"

"Andarna!"

She spun around in place.

"I have a name!"

Then she ran back to Yun Che and hugged his waist.

"Thank you, Master!"

She tightened her arms around him.

"Thank you so much!"

Her voice was filled with joy.

"I like it!"

She raised her head.

"I am Andarna!"
