Zhang Qiang’s expression was ugly. ‘How on earth did this guy get out?’

But since the man was already out, there was no point dwelling on it. Instead, he said coldly, “You’re a smart one, aren’t you? Coming to apologize to me the moment you got out?”

Li Yang smiled and shook his head. “I’m not here to apologize. I came here today to tell you something: I’m not happy that you sent me to the police station.”

“Not happy?” Zhang Qiang scoffed disdainfully. “So what if you’re not happy? What do you think you can do to me?”

Li Yang nodded. “You’re right, that’s exactly what I’m thinking. How about this: you apologize to me right now, and we’ll just let this matter go…”

Just then, the door creaked open, and an old man walked in.
